I'll sue you... I wanted to cancel a reservation due to a bereavement I suffered yesterday, and the so-called RESPONSIBLE told me it wasn't possible, didn't want to hear from me, and hung up on me twice, but Article 1371 of the Civil Code says otherwise. I gave my son-in-law a gift for the weekend, but the unexpected loss of his mother yesterday made it impossible for him to stay at this residence... The way I was treated is disgusting. At first I wanted to explain, then I got angry, and now I'm going to make you pay. I'm not entitled to the €150 back. I asked to move the date, but she's a ............

Cold reception.
Cleanliness of the room which leaves much to be desired (greasy hood, work surface and fitted kitchen door with fingerprints, etc.).

Beautiful flats in a recently entirely renovated building!
Window frames looked by Schüco or anyway same high quality.
Very safe, though not necessary because Misano seems a very quiet place, as the flats have thick strong doors, the entrance is equipped with a camera and the owners during the day are in the reception.
The position is excellent especially for families because it is close to the beaches and half km far from the centre of Misano, therefore it enjoys the quietness of the outskirts, though being very close to the centre of the town/village. Opposite you have a small Luna Park and small restaurants where you can eat the piadina, a typical sandwich of the region and also a supermarket.
Parking is in a big parking nearby. The two minutes walk pays off rather than keeping the car in narrow parking lots, that other hotels or residence offer, where you risk scratches.

A horrible situation happened to me on this property. I paid a 975 EUR deposit for Attico New York before the COVID-19 lockdown happened in Italy. Due to the COVID restrictions, I was not able to come. Once I realized there are no options for me to come this year, I asked the property to return the deposit, but they say don't want to do it! I cannot reach any suitable agreement with them. It looks like they stole my 975 EUR. Please be aware of such a situation and be careful sending money to them.

A year ago I booked by paying a deposit of € 250 for three days of stay. Unfortunately my wife passed away a few days after booking. A few weeks later I asked for the return of the deposit, before the date of the booked stay arrived and Mrs. Denise very rudely refused to return the deposit.

A very nice and clean residence. Spacious and comfortable apartments even for 4 people. A nice terrace in a great location near the sea.

I stayed at the residence with my partner for about 5 months in the winter and we had a great time. The residence is very well kept, the area is very nice and just a few minutes from the sea and the owners are super helpful and easy-going. I would recommend it to anyone!

Rented a room for 4, beautiful apartment, newly built/restiled. Close to the city center. Air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, two rooms and a nice balcony. Honest price. Easy to reach and provided with free parking nearby
