A very pleasant experience, varied and tasty breakfast, spacious room with balcony, cleaning is done every day, very kind staff and at the guests disposal with any kind of information you need. There is a relaxation area during the day or evening where you can enjoy a cocktail, a beer or a snack. We will definitely choose this hotel if we return to Misano.

Often, a simple makeover of the furnishings, a polish on the exposed walls, a change of doors, and a few low-cost pieces of furniture aren't enough to make an old hotel feel like a renovated old hotel. Not to mention the bathrooms—narrow, worn, and shabby (hair everywhere in mine, and a broken shower head); or the double bed made from two mattresses on a camp-style cot.
This isn't the level of service a 3-star hotel should offer, especially at the prices offered!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days at the end of August. The location is excellent, just steps from everything, the beach, and amenities. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful (a plus is the breakfast room staff, always smiling). The XXL breakfast is brilliant: it allowed us to wake up at our leisure, choose what to eat (sweet or savory), and it offered a variety worthy of an international hotel. A special mention goes to the decor of the common areas: truly original design choices and, for those who feel the need, very Instagrammable 😉… My favorite detail? The “Do not disturb” sign with my Ozzy…

clean and recently renovated hotel, apart from the bathroom which needs work. unfortunately not at all soundproof, it is possible to hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. breakfast complete with sweet and savory but not excellent: everything average starting from the coffee/cappuccino made from a distributor. perfect location and very kind staff.

Missing 1 star only for the toilets. Room a little too cramped. For the rest, courtesy, cleanliness and excellent hotel. Highly recommended!

There is a motto in this structure "I JUST WANT YOU HAPPY" and I can confirm that here you can't be anything but happy and peaceful. Andrea and his wife two extraordinary people, thank you for making us feel at home. Thank you for the service, for the extra kilos you let us take home😂...XXL breakfast, exceptional products, I think there is no structure here that is up to par or that can in some way surpass them. Thank you for the cleanliness and attention...the photos don't do it because up close it shines even more..❤️ Having said that we spent 10 fantastic days with the company of fantastic people (including all the staff). We will miss you and not a little ❤️ we love you!!

Because the hotel is cared for down to the smallest detail, from the entrance to the rooms with a very contemporary design. The staff is very friendly and cheerful; from the reception girls, to the cleaning lady, to the breakfast girls and to the owners it feels like home. They are very professional people who care about pampering their customers. There is nothing to complain about them; indeed I would go back for this sunny and beautiful climate. Plus the food is fabulous and fabulous… come back to try

I found this hotel fantastic for the design, the convenience due to its proximity to the sea, but above all for the staff, who are not fantastic, more: all sunny, good-humored and welcoming, always available. And then not to mention the breakfast: SHOW, to lick your mustache and stay there all day just to be able to start the day with pleasure. I enjoyed my stay here, and would go back too. I highly recommend a vacation here, it's just a vacation.

we stayed for the first time. we asked for the superior quadruple room with sea view, we do not recommend it because the size is not appropriate, the cot for children is a sofa bed that can be raised and becomes a bunk, really poor thing.

Great host, very friendly... near beach, at night we don't have to worry about the dinner. So many variant choises of foods. Love it... and absolutely will go back here when I visit Misano again... grazie mille...
