From the moment we booked the communication was excellent. We needed to sort parking, direction etc and our emails were always responded to quickly. On arrival each and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our suites were well appointed and had fantastic views. Loved the breakfast and the lovely staff. Thank you for such a special family holiday. We loved every minute of our stay.

Chefs menue When you are staying at this beatiful albergo you must have your dinner here. Otherwise you will be missing the excellent kitchen. We decided to have the chefs choice-menue. I strongly recommend this choice.

Amazing place that reminds of grand parents ‘ house. About the food, no words can explain it, all were so delicious especially when adding truffle. The place is located in an convenient location with nice view. Staffs were so lovely and friendly.

A glimpse of Langhe in a beautiful atmosphere...the personnel was very welcoming and friendly. The resort is surrounded by the narrow streets of Monforte, which is one of the most characteristic village in that area. Definitely recommended!

Extremely beautiful hotel but the beds are very uncomfortable

In town visiting Barolo producers that we work with in the US. Il Grappolo was clean and comefortable and the view of Monforte from my room was amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Stayed for two thanks to a Smartbox. Characteristic structure clean and tidy. The restaurant served us a good typical menu. Friendly staff. We stayed in two thanks to a regalbox. Our room was small but cozy with a spectacular view of the vineyards, the only flaw perhaps the mattress too soft but it is a matter of habit. The friendly and nice owners. Dinner and breakfast included in the regalbox are consumed in the restaurant right next to the rooms, a good meat-based dinner and breakfast with homemade cakes. An outstanding experience in one of the most beautiful spot in “Langhe”. I really suggest it. Only downside the internet connection due to structural problem (on top of an hill). But if you are coming here, be detached from an iperconnected world is a further plus.

The hotel is beautiful and is conveniently located right above beautiful Monforte d'Alba. We stayed at an Attic Room, which was about as inconvenient as can possibly be. There were two tiny shelves on either side of the bed with nearly no space to place anything on them. Extremely difficult to keep your stuff organized that way. Breakfast was fine, but I would expect a wider selection of options...

We had room 205, with a lovely large balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. BUT...wifi speed is less than 2Mbps down and up. Very sluggish. Shower is tiny, and the floor is a single very smooth cast piece, so very slippery! Shower floor should be rough so there is friction. And shower controls were balky, had a hard time at first getting water cool enough to avoid scalding. And the stupid room cardkey...

Truly a magical location. A hotel a stone's throw from the historic center of Monforte d' Alba in the heart of the Langhe, surrounded by vineyards with a wonderful view of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. My husband and I had lunch at the Skybar at the hotel. What a view! The food and service were excellent and our waiter was helpful in deciphering the menu. I had a glass of wine from one of their vineyards and it was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful and peaceful This property is nestled amongst miles and miles of beautiful vineyards and wineries (exceptional meals only a walk or short drive away). Our room was big, clean, comfortable, nice bathroom with soaker tub and a balcony for a morning coffee or sunset wine. The women who run this establishment are lovely and exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all extremely nice. Also loved that they had more than just the traditional Italian style breakfast everyday. We had an incredible time at Arborina Relais for our mini moon. We stayed three days in this magic place, with a superb view, staff very nice and always here to help, very tasty breakfast and well located for a trip around the Barolo region. The daily SPA allowance was the cherry on the cake to make the stay perfect ! We highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic week at Le Torri! The view from our balcony was as good as it gets and the room and facilities top notch. 10 out of ten! We have been to LaMorra several times and I don’t know how we missed this place. This was one of the most memorable stays of our trip. We had the room with the terrace and enjoyed spending our afternoons sitting there sipping their excellent wine, just looking over the valley. Those views could never get old! La Morra is a beautiful little village and this accomodation was just perfect for a wine loving couple like us. Simone was so generous with her time and knowledge- we loved every minute of our stay. The wine was excellent and the people were very welcoming.

The property is situated in the heart of the wineyards. Beautiful view on the hills. The breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and tasty with the home made bread. You can choose your choice and products from the list they give you on your arrival.

A very casual but excellent restaurant with amazing views. We came for lunch, there were no menus and a limited menu provided verbally. We were a bit skeptical but in the end amazed and thrilled by each dish and the overall experience. And, a great wine list—or should I say cellar where instead of a list we were brought into the cellar to choose our wines. One of the best experiences in the area

We stayed at Julie and Simon. The hotel is charming, among the vineyards of La Morra. The rooms are large and clean. The hospitality is wonderful, and always happy to help. The breakfasts are delicious, and the dinner was wonderful, Simon has a large wine cellar with wonderful wines that we opened for dinner.  I would love to come back again, and I'm highly recommend this place.

Cascina Baresane is very well located near Diana d'Alba and surrounded by vineyards. The room, with air-con, was spacious with a good ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was good, perhaps a little heavy on cake/croissant instead of something more simple (bread, fruit), though there was cereal and eggs. The hosts were very pleasant.

I had a wonderful and restful solo stay at Cascina Baresane last month while I was driving from the coast to the mountains. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic! I hope to come back and spend more time relaxing and exploring the region... I'll definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic experience. My wife and I went to Cascina Baresane on our Honeymoon. She works for wine importers, and this was a great home base to tour Alba/Barolo. We loved the view and being able to cook in the kitchen. In addition, when our rental car died. Amabile's daughter helped call a tow truck and Amabile drove me to get a replacement car the following day. So grateful for our time there...

No TV, one of the night lemps near the bed not working. In the bathroom there is no place to hang the towels, there is no shelf to put your stuff, the cup for toothbrushes is part of the toilet cleaner. In the shower there isn't a place to put your soap. Towels are old and different one from another, but clean. Breakfast - no vegetables, no fruits, the bread was from yesterday, only hard boiled eggs

Beautiful location. Wonderful host. Breakfast was far better than expected. You can pour your own wine at night in their 500 year old chapel, and pay for it the next day. Great room, free parking, free wifi....what more can you ask for?

B&B in a modern building 5 minutes walk from the center of Cherasco in a very quiet position. Perfect cleanliness, room equipped with all in comfort with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. My favorite hotel in Cherasco It is always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Napoleon in Cherasco. The hotel is lovely, modern, quiet and the rooms are ideal for a good night of sleep after a long day. The breakfast is also amazing, delicious food with a high quality standard. Excellent B&B two minutes from the center of Cherasco in a quiet residential area, clean rooms, intercontinental breakfast and courtesy / kindness of the owners.

It was close to the center, and I was able to spend a very quiet and relaxing time. The attention to detail and the delicious breakfast made my memory of Cherasco even better.

Easy to find, very nice welcome, limited English, but a lot can be done with a translator these days! Prices are debatable but I think you get quite a bit for your money!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Good rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and modern, great place to stay. Close to the road good parking with shops and restaurants nearby.
