Beautiful location, perfect place for relaxing. Quiet pool area in a green landscape. The service wasn't very good, which is unfortunate. Breakfast wasn't the best either. All the services on their booking page as Hiking, Trekking, spa, don't exist. There is no wi-fi and there is not signal either, which is great unless you really need it.

Lovely country house very close to Saturnia hot springs GOOD: - Very close to Cascate del Mulino (Saturnia hot springs). - The pool area is an added value! - Breakfast is good and has a lot to choose from, especially the homemade cakes! --- BAD: - The restaurant was not open, but there were some restaurants nearby; - Staff (owners) didn't speak English... Peaceful lovely accommodation. Great breakfast nice pool.. Really miss having bar fridge in the room. It's 38 degrees.. so very needed or kettle in the room. Also i had no Italian power lead for my phone or laptop. Big let down for me. They didn't have one too help either. Its those simple needs that missing here.

Rooms are regular, beds are really hard. Site is really nice & quiet. Breakfast was great with fresh homemade cakes.

The exterior is well cared for nothing to say. As for the apartment, there is very little furniture! Okay for those who have to spend a few days!

Modern and clean property set in a beautiful rural property - surrounded by orchards and farms and a very short drive to Saturnia. Good communication with the host who attended to all of our needs. Breakfast excellent with a choice of Italian or English breakfast. This is a fantastic base to explore surrounding Tuscany region and the small ancient villages such as Pitigliano.

Great position and quality of the place. The owner was very helpful and polite, nothing was too much for him! Safe room with free parking and free wifi, great breakfast provided. If you going to the Cascate del Mulino is only 3minutes drive from the hotel and they renting for 5 Euros the bathrobe. Amazing experience and great costumer service!!!!!

Great place to stay to visit the neighboring villages and the famous thermal baths of Saturnia.Excellent welcome, nice and clean rooms.ve recommend it. We stayed there 5 nights, a farm chosen on the basis of its location near the waterfalls of the Mulino di Saturnia and near all the historic centers that we had in mind to visit. Clean room very good breakfast, covered parking for both the car or the motorbike.

Great holiday at Letizia's facility. Everything perfect, hearty breakfast with homemade cakes. Letizia is very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend spending at least a weekend in this paradise.

Amazing place with a great view on Tuscania signature landscapes and the grape camps. So friendly and welcoming hosts, caring of their guests as if they would have been old friends! Delicious local wine and salumi have been offered to us upon arrival. Very clean and quiet. All essentials are present, and even more. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights in this splendid farmhouse, for those seeking relaxation and silence it is the ideal place. We were greeted with great professionalism and kindness. The breakfast, with local and homemade products, is excellent, I really enjoyed the hot bruschetta with their oil. Clean environments. One thing not to be missed is relaxing in the garden while admiring the surrounding countryside...

All in a characteristic structure in the middle of the wild silence of the Maremma. Beautiful structure immersed in the countryside near Saturnia. Well-kept rooms, beautiful garden. Kind welcome from a nice lady. If I have to find a fault, I could say the absence of air conditioning even if it is cool in the evening and the stretch of unpaved road to get to the structure. For the rest all ok.

Very welcoming and well organized farmhouse, special breakfast based on typical products. We tasted ricotta, pecorino, jams, bruschetta with tomatoes and oil, freshly picked apricots and yoghurt. Relaxing and quiet place. Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a little trouble finding it but were otherwise happy with it.

Nice place with great hosts, relatively close to the Saturnia hot springs (By car). Comfortable bed and good breakfast. The dinner that is served at the place is very tasty, just coordinate in advance if you want.

I can't say enough about everything. Mara the hostess as well as being an excellent chef together with her daughter-in-law, and a very good and humble person. Truly exceptional. We have had an awesome experience here. The family that own the farm are super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It is a stone throw away from Suturnia and the hot springs.
