The rooms and bathrooms were quite old.

A little oasis Great hotel with helpful staff. Lovely pool, clean and fresh presentation. Restaurant only served pizza on the night we stayed, but it was perfect with a carafe of local red wine.

Restaurant offers a good variety of pasta dishes both with fish or meat. Large portions unlike other restaurants.

Very close to the railway station, good connections to the old town. Silent place, some pizzerias nearby. Very good room. Good breakfast, bit basic but OK.

Clean rooms as well as the spacious room with a very comfortable bed, an abundant breakfast, a welcoming and helpful staff. We only spent one night but will be back soon!

Generally nice hotel in a really convenient location right night to the train station and close to the little town with easy minibus access to the historical town Narni which is 15 minutes away. The hotel in itself is very basic, with very basic rooms away mind breakfast with no vegan options.

Delicious and original sandwiches in a welcoming environment. Good wide selection of wines. The themed evenings and menus are fun and original. Welcoming and professional staff, the girls in the kitchen create combinations for tasty and out of the ordinary sandwiches.

It is a family run hotel and the staff is really nice, helpful. It is certainly not the best one would like but, we had a good time during a weekend. Very courteous and helpful staff. If it happens I'll be back. Attention! The restaurant located in the same building is closed on Saturdays. Too bad because you eat well!

I just got back from Narni and stayed in this hotel nice! .... in terms of quality and price they are honest I must say ... Excellent as regards the cleaning of the rooms and the white goods, very nice owners and extremely available! Breakfast is done like in the bar with fresh pastry pasta but if someone wants an American-style breakfast they can do it easily, just ask. The location is close to Narni...

Definitely a place to return. Familiar and welcoming atmosphere, like being at home. Good and basic breakfast, large and clean rooms and a large garden. Surrounded by greenery, in complete tranquility but still convenient for reaching Terni, the Marmore waterfalls, Narni center... Recommended for both couples and families or friends. Warm welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was particularly appreciated by my son. The bathroom is not big and consequently the shower cubicle is too small.
