We were in the hotel from February 15–22. That was our 4th visit to this hotel. **Negatives:** - On the arrival day, it was always a "great buffet," but this time it was no longer there. It was a course dish where you had to make a choice, which was confusing as we had just arrived. - The dinner dish descriptions on the menu were misleading multiple times. For example, there was a menu item with the word "tiramisu." We thought it was traditional Italian tiramisu, but it was not. It was more customized and did not look like the brown tiramisu we expected. - The fish dish was smelly, and the beef dish was a bit tough. - The latte macchiato tasted different every day, unfortunately (not consistent). - There were no specified waiters or waitresses, so we could not tip them. (We had at least five different waiters.) - There was a very noisy big family near our dinner table who played loud music and talked loudly. - We think the quality of the dinner dishes has gone down compared to the last five years. Maybe a different chef? **Positives:** - The shuttle bus drivers are excellent. They are very prompt and kind. - Housekeeping is also great. - The female receptionists were mostly attentive and professional, but the male receptionist was a bit sloppy (not rude, just too casual). - The swimming pool water temperature was perfect! (We’ve experienced many ski resorts with cold pool water.)

We visited this amazing hotel in October 2024 and had just the best experience! Rooms, service, location, wellness area, design - everything was great! Dinners were exceptional! Special kudos to their barman Oleh, he makes outstanding cocktails you should try! We will for sure be back to this paradise.

Fantastic hotel on a nice location. Very friendly staff, food is exceptionally good, perfect shuttle service. Only 1 point that is a lot less: the very nice spa is spoiled by some tourists who don’t care about the rules, they don’t use their towels in a decent way and especially by making a lot of noice not respecting the other spa users. A pity, we hope the hotel staff will keep this in mind…

Amazing hotel with huge breakfast options. Loved every single bit. Theres a backyard play area and the view was stunning. Also the receptionists were very polite and helpful. Thank you for helping us remove snow from our car. Rooms were cleaned and the view was amazing.

Great location , 5 minutes drive to city center, avery good and helpful staff especialy David ( the maneger ) , lovely , good breakfast , nice and clean swimming pool, kids friendy ( playground ) i will sure come again and recomend it to friends and family

WOW! I can't say enough about this establishment and what it offers. One of the nicest stays we have ever experienced. This was a last minute find due to some unfortunate circumstances and boy was/is it a gem. From our initial greeting from Sarah to our suite and the meals it was memorable experience. Speaking of the meals, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and would strongly suggest that all guests do the same. You won't be disappointed, I know we were very glad that we did! The hotel/resort offers anything you might want or imagine in the way of amenities. My understanding is the resort is family owned and I cannot complement them enough...well done! I sincerely hope we are able to return! Thank you

We loved our stay. Views are amazing, food is incredible, and they have activities included every day. We enjoyed a mind-blowing e-mountain bike tour during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic stay! We stayed in one of their chalets which was beautifully modern, simple and natural. We had a lovely view over the valley and mountains and town. We enjoyed our server, Silvio, who was very funny! The spa area was really nice an relaxing and the massages were fantastic. We really enjoyed being able to take the shuttle daily and having a ski room with ski locker was great. All around a wonderful stay and I think we will be back!

As it is the Italian tradition, they look after all your requirements and they certainly feed you well every evening if you have made the correct choice of half-board.
The family that runs the hotel are very much hands-on and they ensure the smooth operation and functioning of this exceptional place.
The rooms are well designed and modern, the spa facilities are extremely well kept and hygienic. The maintenence is top notch from every angle.
We have booked to return already - now that is definitely two thumbs up. Highly recommended!

- the room is with fantastic view and facilities (Arnika Junior Suite) - parking is in a own garage close to the rooms - the hotel program that includes ski guided tours or sledging / snowshoe tours with guide is complementary offered from the hotel and is a great opportunity to get to know new people - the wellness and spa is large and offers all that is needed including Sauna Infusions treatments 2x 4 days a week. The cold pool outside makes it all complete for a healthy treatment - the shuttle service allow the car to be kept in the garage and enjoy holidays in ValGardena - the restaurant with its food is unbelivable great the breakfast and its offering is as complete as it can get in your own home with fruits and juicemaker to make your own juice. - The treatment is very friendly and the legend Silvio is a reason by itself to return.
