The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return.

Great place to stay when in Ortise. Make sure you bring your gym clothes with you as the gym is just brilliant and well equipped. Staff are very professional and they make you always feel welcomed and look after you.

A great resort hotel, one night stay, two meals, afternoon tea, the food is impeccable. The hotel room is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the spa is a bit poor, mainly because the technicians are not good enough, not massaging, but touching.

We, three brothers, were here Sunday to Thursday in late September. We appreciated the friendly and serviceminded staff and our spacious room. It was also great that our emtbs could be stored and charged at the hotel during our stay. The dinner options were incredible and especially the deserts were magical.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel like honoured guests, Great facilities, amazing breakfast and evening meals. The barman is so very attentive and I the children loved the games area. Spa is very well equipment and then hotel is perfect for exploring the whole area.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. It started with checking in where they unloaded our car while the front desk gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated hotel. Beautiful town, beautiful hotel... the only problem is the owner with his "jokes", which he thinks are funny, but in reality they offend the customer. Another important detail is that even arriving on time for dinner, sometimes you don't find the buffet complete. Finally, I would recommend wrapping the toothpicks individually instead of leaving them loose.

Stayed here a good few years ago now but it lives long in the memory because it's just so damn good. Will be back in Ortisei at Easter so we'll make a point of stopping by for some great (also gluten free) food and wine.

What a beautiful and enchanting stay we had here. Super modern apartment with modern amenities, car park, flexibility in checking / checking out and an absolutely perfect view. We were tempted to stay at one of the 5 star hotels in the town but opted to stay at this chalet instead and we are SO HAPPY with that decision. Highly highly recommend

Clean and well-equipped apartments in a good location. Close to the ski bus stop and close to the city center. A cozy sauna is at guests' disposal. Owner friendly and helpful. I can confidently recommend the place and I will gladly come back again.

We spent our winter holidays and New Year's Eve at Cësa Marmolada / Ortisei. Even though with a baby (6 months), the Crepaz family made everything easy for us and made us feel like at home. The apartment is well-equipped. However, it is just like "Gold and jade without, rubbish within", the four burners of the electric cooker can not be used at the same time, or the electricity supply will be cut. The control panel of the sauna room does not work all the time. The quilt is too heavy for a heated room in October, you cannot sleep well all night long.

I honestly can't think of enough superlatives to describe our stay at Cesa Marmolada and Willie as our host. The basics here are fabulous and that's just to start.
