Lovely place and such a sweet family that runs it. My partner and I stayed for two nights, and Francesco and his family was hospitable and accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. The building is pretty and located in the small town of Gagliano. There's a small pool outside that guests can use, but we preferred to go to the beach a short drive away. Really enjoyable experience.

Located in a strategic area for getting around. Spacious rooms, very helpful and kind managers. Breakfast nothing special, good but not very varied choice. Definitely a good B&B for a few nights. Recommended.

Very nice old building with a lovely garden (and a cute little cat), spacious rooms and a strategic location to explore the area. The church across the street was a bit annoying though.

At the Antico Borgo Marchese you will find the courtesy, kindness and hospitality of Antonella and Roberto !! It's like feeling at home !! Morciano is also a quiet village a few kilometers from the sea and is in a strategic point to easily reach all the most beautiful places!

I returned a few days ago from the ancient marquis village, I state that for me it was the first holiday in a b & b I must say that the service is excellent with an availability on the part of the owners who in my opinion is very difficult to find, the room is spacious (we were in the basket) and cleaning is also done very carefully. Structure in the hinterland just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. As a first experience of a B&B I could not find a more optimal accommodation, well-kept rooms with everything you need, wifi, safe, air conditioning, TV and fridge. We chose to have half board (Recommended), with a rich menu with fresh local products with excellent cuisine. The abundant breakfast with homemade products. Super breakfast and dinner outdoors. The place is the unique gem of Salento. The atmosphere of the house is nostalgic reminiscence of the noble family furnishings, domestic tastes and warm atmoshere. Adorable property. Antonio took great care of us, gave good recommendations, and was always available. Laura was so kind and made beautiful, delicious breakfasts. They accommodated any dietary restrictions and were easy to communicate with even with the language barrier. Next time we are in Italy we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by Giovanna ina nice collaborator of Roberto (owner of the accommodation). Everything in the right place: comfort double room with access to the personal terrace, bathroom with all facilities, mini-bar, garden with lawn used as a solarium and equipped with sunbeds, space available for meals. Really the best place to spend a relaxing holiday.

We arrived for only 1 night, and we have to say that we appreciated the welcome from Giovanna alias Gio ❤️! Beautiful place, the rooms are superb and more refreshed on arrival!. The owner was very kind and helpful. The triple room is very large, clean and equipped with every comfort, including 2 bottles of water offered. Hearty breakfast with the possibility of bringing you things if you wanted. I recommend it. Excellent location to reach the sea ... Torre vado or the Maldives of Salento. Recommended.

I love the authenticity, warmth, kindness and atmosphere at this old-world family Masseria-full of real Salento flavor, so I’ve returned to stay several days for the second time. I also love the excellent food in its elegant restaurant that is a favorite with locals for celebrating important life-moments. The seafood is especially delicious. There is no pool but who needs a pool when the crystal Salento...

Five-star structure for everything from cleaning to staff to finish at the location, there is no restaurant for those people who do not want to leave the structure for lunch and dinner. However we will be back.

L'appartamento si trova in una villa con 3 appartamenti indipendenti. L'appartamento che abbiamo utilizzato è molto grande e ben ammobiliato. Ha un bel giardino di ulivi attrezzato con barbecue. C'è anche una veranda in cui si può mangiare. Posizione un po' fuori da Santa Maria di Leuca ma il paese è facilmente raggiungibile e comodo in auto. Supermercato molto fornito con orario...

Bellissima location, tranquilla e nel mezzo della natura. Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto comodo il parcheggio in giardino. Comodissima per raggiungere tutte le spiagge principali, la consiglio caldamente a chiunque voglia visitare il salento.
