Great stay for the Wine fair in Verona. The town is not that exciting compared to some of the other towns around the lake. Staff was super and the resturant Bella Italia acros the road was super!

By far the worst experience. We went for our honeymoon and the water damage throughout the hotel was horrific. Nothing worked, there were lizards in the room, the balcony was shared, the lights didn’t work outside. I truly do not understand how this place has great reviews. This was non refundable even if you cut your trip short. There was no special accommodation for a later check out. It was far too early. Overall, I would never stay here again even if it was a free stay.

Wonderful accomodation close to all amenities and sights. Easy parking on site. Pool looked fabulous but weather was too cold for a swim. Bar area and breakfast area was ample and inviting. I will be staying there again one day

Definitely not 4 star. We were given the accessible room, balancing on disabled toilet was not good. The only reason we didn’t ask to be moved was because the bed was huge and very comfy so we put up with the rest. The room was bare/basic, was kept clean. Tea and coffee facilities not replenished so had to keep asking reception- some were helpful some weren’t. Breakfast was poor, no hot water for tea first day, congealed eggs, fatty greasy streaky bacon. Even pastries were burnt one day. Spa was poor, sauna cold so had to request turn it up. Jacuzzi also cold - no hot water for teas provided. Pool was ok but drinks very expensive- 4 euros for a small can of coke. There are better hotels nearer to the town and on the lake. Won’t return here.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 and stayed in a junior suite. It was very spacious, with a cot provided for our 2 year old. It was a 5 minute walk to the lake. Generally quiet, with really nice friendly guests. The pool was lovely, quiet most days, plenty of sun and sunloungers available, most people must go out for the day but we enjoyed the facilities. An underground car park kept our car cool and safe. Reception were very friendly and helpful, including late night drinks when we returned to the hotel after dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was tasty, service was excellent. The same chap ran the poolside bar and offered reasonably priced cocktails alongside a bar menu of salads and sandwiches. We looked at staying an extra night but they didn’t have availability. Would recommend!

Location: the walk to the city was about 15/20 minutes (relaxed walking). We found it perfect because we don't like the extreme hustle and bustle with lots of tourists in the long run.
Cleanliness: No words, perfect.
Service: So many smiles and relaxed attitude contributed to the feeling of well-being. Every request was fulfilled immediately.
Facilities:
Due to the heat, we can only judge the pool and pool area.
It is a cozy garden with lush bushes and trees. Three/four more parasols would be nice. Especially by the pool.
The pool is very clean and enough for 10 good strokes of swimming. It was never full, even though the garden was occupied. The atmosphere there was very relaxed.

Great food, nice staff and nice rooms.
