Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great services, super friendly staff and beautiful view. We enjoyed a short bike ride on the neighbourhood and the ladies from reception made great recommendations for everything: local food, wine, places to visit.

A lovely place to stay, lovely setting and staff that strike that perfect balance of being there for you, polite and helpful when you want, but in the back-ground when you don't need them so you can enjoy your holiday. Love this place! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff are amazing! Not only did they clean but they went above and beyond with their attention to details. I felt well taken care of here and it's a wonderful location to restaurants, train, bus, ferry and the lakeside paths. We stayed in the prestige room and I have to say it's just amazing! The large balcony is really nice even though you don't have a view from it because of the wall of the roof. The air conditioning actually is an air conditioning and not just a "fake" like in a lot of hotels. The staff is awesome and so is breakfast! Definitely worth coming back to!

Brilliant cycling hotel! Excellent bikes and quality bike tours every day from knowledgable ride leaders. Pinarello F10's, F12's and Nitro's (electric). The routes can be flat or proper hilly and take in spectacular views and winery stops as well. Bring your A-game though if you are doing the hills as the climbing in summer is a killer. We loved our stay in hotel dori. The receptionist was so nice, she helped us with good advice. There are restaurants and bars around. The room was perfect, they thought about everything. The breakfest was also great, Good coffee served to your table. Definitely recommend this place.

Very very hospatality, nice and friendly people in this cosy hotel, very hygienic, large rooms, wonderful swimming pool and at a top location near to the centre of the village!

Nice room that is close to the lake .. nice breakfast with very very friendly and nice people in the reception :-) and in the restaurant.. only one remark that swimming pool opens at 10 and closes at 20:00 ... we couldn’t swim 🏊‍♂️ Grazie !!

What a great hotel. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but it’s just a room. The rooms are very clean every day and our balcony is big enough for 3-4 persons (room for 2). The service is really the best of this hotel. The staff is really friendly, without being annoying to get more money. If you ask them something they just want to help you. Great location about a minute walk from the lake. We stayed in a quad room which was spacious and clean. Wifi didn't work well in the room. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. Great restaurant near by.

Nice place, cheap n cheerful

We have stayed in the apartments in the resort a few times, but this was the first time in the hotel. The staff in Il Pirlar restaurant on site are friendly and the food is good. Breakfast is self service, with plenty choice from hot buffet to cold meats, bakery, cereals and yoghurts. We have eaten dinner in Pirlar several times in the last 10 years and can recommend it if you don't want to go to Peschiera...

Staff and location was the best part! Check in was easy and the front door staff were super nice and helpful. Special recognition to Andreo (sorry if spelling incorrectly). He went above and beyond, not only lending us his umbrella to use for dinner but also recommending a couple of our favorite things to do at Peschiera del Garda. The hotel is nicely located in Peschiera and looks nice at first impression. The room service is okay but it was not done one out of three nights. The room itself looks nice and modern for the first view, but there was mold on the wall and water damage on the ceiling. Also the breakfast was disappointing, only the croissants were good but at least one egg was rotten and the variety was very limited...

Excellent hotel for a trip at Peschiera. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast offers a range of choices including warm food such as eggs and bacon, breads, sweets, yogurt and cereals. Ample options to choose from. Location is excellent, 2mins to port for ferries, 10mins to train station. Lots of restaurants around the area

We are currently staying here in a beautiful room. The room was very clean, the bathroom was made perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic, I really enjoyed my cappuccino. I would like to voice two areas of improvement. 1.) The shower heads in the bathroom get water outside of the shower and it is rough trying to contain the water. 2.) The rooms are slightly dated and would need to be modernized, having said that, the rooms are kept clean and it suits the purpose of a professional trip. The experience I had with a meal at the restaurant was ok, but not great, same thing for the breakfast buffet. To sum up, an ok place to stay the night.

Affordable but well-kept hotel. Staff very kind. Only two problems: the absence of a lift that is felt with crutches and the fact that both the bidet and the sink are without plugs.

Nice place, close to the station. 10 minutes far from the lake. Hansdome people and nice restaurant with a good pizza. Rooms are in modern stile with a big smart TV with sky network. Free WiFi not very fast but good for a netflix streaming before sleep. Price is good.

I would reccommend this hotel becouse of very nice decorated interior, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good location very close to lake Garda. Absolutely amazing!!! What a wonderful kind staff and good organized hotel. They even brought us themselves to the nearest train station so we could get on our way for a day trip to Venice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling by car in this area! Plus, it’s only 30min by car to the very romantic city of Verona.
