The hotel is nicely located in Peschiera and looks nice at first impression. The room service is okay but it was not done one out of three nights. The room itself looks nice and modern for the first view, but there was mold on the wall and water damage on the ceiling. Also the breakfast was disappointing, only the croissants were good but at least one egg was rotten and the variety was very limited...

Excellent hotel for a trip at Peschiera. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast offers a range of choices including warm food such as eggs and bacon, breads, sweets, yogurt and cereals. Ample options to choose from. Location is excellent, 2mins to port for ferries, 10mins to train station. Lots of restaurants around the area

The restaurant has a very nice view. The pizzas are cheap and very tasty.

Just stayed there for three nights, one adult and two kids (13 & 9). We had one room, one double bed and a couch bed. Room was a little cramped. I had a very good stay, quiet hotel even if located at the gates of the highway. Abundant breakfast, very good italian and international cusine, amazing pizza and very polite staff and ready for anything. Cleanliness and complex in excellent condition.

Love this place! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff are amazing! Not only did they clean but they went above and beyond with their attention to details. We stayed in the prestige room and I have to say it's just amazing! The large balcony is really nice even though you don't have a view from it because of the wall of the roof. The air conditioning actually is an air conditioning and not just a "fake" like in a lot of hotels. The staff is awesome and so is breakfast! Definitely worth coming back to!

It was a very clean hotel with an okay breakfast. A bit disappointing if you prefer salty foods. They also take a deposit of half the price from your card so be ready for that.

Best hotel room I ever had! The staff was so nice and everything was really beautiful! Great value for money! Best location at Lago di Garda! Just returned from a seven night stay .the staff were very happy to help nothing was to much trouble for them .HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS clean bed linen .comfy beds and fresh towels everyday ...The breakfast was mainly fresh breads and rolls cereal various cheeses hams and fruit yogurt always plenty to choose from.....There is a terrace outside if you wish to take advantage of eating in the morning sunshine...

Had a wonderful stay, staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Swimming pool has a shallow area for kids and larger deep area for adults. The only thing I would like to point out is that the bathroom was a little outdated.

Brilliant cycling hotel! Excellent bikes and quality bike tours every day from knowledgable ride leaders. Pinarello F10's, F12's and Nitro's (electric). The routes can be flat or proper hilly and take in spectacular views and winery stops as well. Bring your A-game though if you are doing the hills as the climbing in summer is a killer. Very nice camping, with all the necessary amenities. There are two swimming pool, one only for the people staying in the camping ( always pretty packed) and the other open also to external public. On the negative side: the staff working at the bar is not able to make a decent cappuccino especially considering the high prices (3.00€ for a cappuccino!).

Overall a good camping experience. Maybe a little inconvenience it was that you have a key/card for the A/C, one for entry in the camping area, one for the "house" + an identification bracelet. Lovely campsite right on the coast of Lake Garda. Restaurant and shop open even at the end of October. The mobile home we stayed in was new and well equipped. 1GB of free WiFi per person was plenty.

Great location about a minute walk from the lake. We stayed in a quad room which was spacious and clean. Wifi didn't work well in the room. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. Great restaurant near by.

Nice place, cheap n cheerful

We have stayed in the apartments in the resort a few times, but this was the first time in the hotel. The staff in Il Pirlar restaurant on site are friendly and the food is good. Breakfast is self service, with plenty choice from hot buffet to cold meats, bakery, cereals and yoghurts. We have eaten dinner in Pirlar several times in the last 10 years and can recommend it if you don't want to go to Peschiera...

The rooms are slightly dated and would need to be modernized, having said that, the rooms are kept clean and it suits the purpose of a professional trip. The experience I had with a meal at the restaurant was ok, but not great, same thing for the breakfast buffet. To sum up, an ok place to stay the night.

Affordable but well-kept hotel. Staff very kind. Only two problems: the absence of a lift that is felt with crutches and the fact that both the bidet and the sink are without plugs.
