Inconvenient location. No restaurants in rhe area, super limited parking available, made by the bossy staff even more scare with stupid excuses ("reserved for the police"). Stay away.

New hotel with big rooms and big beds. I fine it very clean, staff was always available. Easy to find free parking slot around it. Possibility to park inside or in the garage for 10 euro per day. Medium breakfast.

This is my first time staying here. A friend of mine chose it for me and it was the right choice. A beautiful facility with all amenities and of course Italian quality.

Not a pleasure stay as bathroom was not clean. Facilities are old. Although I know it is somehow the best around the area, I'd rather go to the next town for other hotels next time.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service of the front desk staff and restaurant staff is very good.

On the edge of the city center, 15 minutes drive to the city center, the room is spacious and sanitary, and parking is convenient.

Breakfast was ok. We wondered why the doors of the neighboring rooms were taped. There were 5 doors on our floor. Well, an obvious bug problem because I was covered in itchy bumps. The trip was ruined because of the itching. We stayed for 2 nights. The location was ok for us, that's why we chose it. The whole hotel needs renovation.

Under renovation, some services are not efficient. Poorly maintained renovated rooms.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and located in a quiet environment. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for bringing me to the station when there were no taxis around in time for my train.

Well located, convient parking, modern structure, rooms not very big but has everything necessary, very clean, quiet as well as cordial and pleasant personnel. No restaurant in the hotel but many close by, even a pizzeria at the foot of the hotel.

The Front Desk and Restaurant staff was extra welcoming and kind. The rooms very comfortable as well as the beds! We had extra last minute requests and the staff was very accommodating. We travelled with our large dog and this was also not a problem.

Nice room, quite small though. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room! A bit overpriced hotel. Rooms are ok, but nothing special and a bit outdated. Some crickets found their way into my room. The breakfast was ok, enough choice to start the day. Internet was a complete mess. almost no connection whatsoever. do not expect to be able to work via VPN or watch a youtube video. Hotel is in middle of town, close to everything you want to visit in Piacenza and close to restaurants

Very good and central location right next to Piazza dei Cavalli. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks, as a student, and I can say how there were very friendly staff at the reception, to the excellent service provided to me for breakfast, to the clean well designed rooms; it was a great stay and value for money. Hotel is okay, staff is friendly and nice. But we experienced terrible noise caused by other guests during the night. We slept not really well... sorry, was partly just too loud and noisy.

4 stars for in this category - simple business hotel. The rooms are clean and the interior is not worn out to much. Since we stranded by accident here it's absolutely ok. Friendly people good service and a nice breakfast.

Decent hotel. Receptionists were courteous. Room service was good. Rooms were a bit small though. Beds placed just beside the wall. Washrooms were decent and clean. Hotel is situated in the center of Piacenza with shopping areas at walking distance. Overall, value for money.

Just one night in transit from Milan to Rome by bike. Already during the booking the staff had presented themselves as courteous and attentive, then confirmed by the visit. They have a room for storing bikes during the night. Average breakfast. They do not have an internal restaurant but they have agreements with several nearby places.

Stayed here for two nights . It's very near to the center of piacenza . Just a 10min walk. This is a little gem. The owner speaks little English but wasn't a problem we all made ourselves understood. The bedrooms are small but nicely done with some nice Italian furniture. Bathroom very clean and amazing shower cubical in our room. There is coffee making facilities. There is a very nice roof terrace...

We arrived late, around 22.00 and we were still greeted with courtesy and availability. The room and bathroom were spotless; it is a pleasure to take a hot shower and a good rest in a more than comfortable environment.

I guess it's ok for the price we paid. The forniture was very old, but it doesn't matter so much because it's a hotel. In walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants in the old part of Piacenza with roman ruins, architecture and historic buildings. The b&b with its own individual decor and furniture in the room with an adjoining bathroom. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This included breakfast. Good value for money.

The location is great, just 2 mins walk from the main town square. The rooms are spacious, clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A calm and cozy stay. I would happily stay there again!

We spent 2 nights at Palazzo Malaspina. It was very nice. Clean, great hospitality, tasty breakfast, close to very good restaurants and a center location from which you can visit all of the key places in the beautiful Piacenza. Higly recommended!

It’s a characterful building very close to all the main sites. We received a very warm welcome from Enrico who made sure we were comfortable, helped find bus times and was very happy to engage in conversation in English or Italian. The listing gives every impression of breakfast being available but there is just a coffee machine in reception and a coffee machine and wrapped croissant each in the bedroom...

This is a beautiful property. I was visiting family in Piacenza for 6 days and Domus San Martino felt like a home away from home. The manager, Enrico, is friendly, efficient and kind and upgraded me for the second part of my stay to a huge room with a balcony and big bathroom. He was always super responsive to any queries and also suggested an excellent local restaurant and made reservations for us...

Unreliable The only time I saw anyone at the reception was when I checked in. I have now been asking for an invoice for a month and also asked my local colleague to call them. They kept promising but nothing happened. A huge problem for me as the trip was paid with my employer’s credit card.
