it was a good hotel ! all the things i needed for comfort were there ! the food was okay and the waitress and the reception man were very nice !

The hotel is near a few restaurants and has his own kitchen. The big rooms and free WiFi is a + because if you still have some work to do it's perfectly possible except that you can't go on sites with a password for safety. The rooms themselves can use some deodorant because they had a less pleasant smell. The staff is very polite and will always do their best to help you out in the best way possible

A nice, comfortable and clean middle range hotel with a decent Restaurant and a good breakfast selection. Decent WiFi and mini bars in all rooms. Good location for all local businesses.

In average good hotel , quite, need more improvement, good thing it's parking free, you can make it as stop point for a night then move to Millan or Pisa or Venice or Florence.

Air-conditioning works great, water is hot, wifi connection is very fast.

Not a pleasure stay as bathroom was not clean. Facilities are old. Although I know it is somehow the best around the area, I'd rather go to the next town for other hotels next time.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service of the front desk staff and restaurant staff is very good.

On the edge of the city center, 15 minutes drive to the city center, the room is spacious and sanitary, and parking is convenient.

Stayed 1 night in a junior suite. A little expensive and outdated, but okay. Breakfast good.

Great location, clean room, good breakfast, and beautiful view for breakfast. Parking lot has a narrow entrance for bigger cars but the parade is safe. Air conditioning needs to be fixed or turned on.

Great hotel to spend the night in Piacenza. Good service, very friendly and professional people, lovely rooftop bar, garage for paid parking space (which is small, so with SUV's it's not recommended). As I had breakfast quite late, there was little choice when it comes to bread. But the choice overall is very good and various.

Well located, convient parking, modern structure, rooms not very big but has everything necessary, very clean, quiet as well as cordial and pleasant personnel. No restaurant in the hotel but many close by, even a pizzeria at the foot of the hotel.

The Front Desk and Restaurant staff was extra welcoming and kind. The rooms very comfortable as well as the beds! We had extra last minute requests and the staff was very accommodating. We travelled with our large dog and this was also not a problem.

The hotel itself is nice. Our room was spacious enough. The windows opened onto the street but provided good sound proofing. The breakfast was quite basic but good quality — perfect price/quality ratio. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks, as a student, and I can say how there were very friendly staff at the reception, to the excellent service provided to me for breakfast, to the clean well designed rooms; it was a great stay and value for money. Hotel is okay, staff is friendly and nice. But we experienced terrible noise caused by other guests during the night. We slept not really well... sorry, was partly just too loud and noisy.

Decent hotel. Receptionists were courteous. Room service was good. Rooms were a bit small though. Beds placed just beside the wall. Washrooms were decent and clean. Hotel is situated in the center of Piacenza with shopping areas at walking distance. Overall, value for money.

I guess it's ok for the price we paid. The forniture was very old, but it doesn't matter so much because it's a hotel. In walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants in the old part of Piacenza with roman ruins, architecture and historic buildings. The b&b with its own individual decor and furniture in the room with an adjoining bathroom. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This included breakfast. Good value for money.

The location is great, just 2 mins walk from the main town square. The rooms are spacious, clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A calm and cozy stay. I would happily stay there again!

We spent 2 nights at Palazzo Malaspina. It was very nice. Clean, great hospitality, tasty breakfast, close to very good restaurants and a center location from which you can visit all of the key places in the beautiful Piacenza. Higly recommended!
