This is a very big neat and a nice hotel that you can lodge ,thou I went they for course, Itz a big and very quiet place

You need to fire the front desk working on shift Saturday 25 february, 18:26.
She was the rudest person I met by far in italy.
She got no manners, no educated at all, angry and in bad mood. If she does not like her job then fire her.

Ask 1€ for going to the toilets. The guy was not chill. I really do not recommend.

We were here at the Supercharger next to the hotel. The mobile WCs were closed unfortunately.
The receptionst denied us to use the hotel restrooms... ?! Thank you for nothing.

On the backyard of the hotel is the Tesla supercharger - while car was charging we wanted to eat something at the restaurant, we tried to use the bathrooms first before going to restaurant, BUT ladies at reception were very rude indicating that we can’t use bathrooms as these are only for hotel guests.

I'm not sure which hotel classification standard they used to define the 4 stars, but I'm pretty certain they added the 4 stars themselves...

We arrived very late at night to use the Tesla supercharger. We wanted to enter the hotel to use the bathroom, but after asking the receptionist if we could do that, she almost shouted ‘NO’. Then she said there is a portable bathroom right next to the supercharging station that we can use. It was the middle of the night, barely any light around and no light in the portable toilet, so it felt very unsafe to use it - we had to use flashlights. The area around the hotel didn’t feel secure and we didn’t feel welcome at all. We used a lot of superchargers around Europe which are next to hotels and we never got such rude attitude from anyone. I would advise to stop somewhere else to charge your Tesla.

we have been treated unrespectful while asking to use the toilet, the receptionist seemed angry while asked about toilet stating violent "NO" to us and showing us the door. This hotel is hosting tesla supercharger in their backyard so would benefit from stop by guests asking for food/refreshment service.
