Comfortable hotel near the beach, 10-day stay including assigned umbrella and sunbed/deckchair.
It takes 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach.
Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, satisfied all requests made, good breakfast served by the staff.
Excellent cleanliness of the room, equipped with a panoramic balcony overlooking the pine forest and the sea, hotel overall always tidy and very clean
Parking inside the hotel convenient to use.
Overall a quiet and pleasant stay.
It takes 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach.

For my work I have been traveling and living in hotels for more than 25 years, this means that in addition to the use of the world, I boast a "use of hotels"!
The Astoria is a hotel that AUTHENTICLY preserves everything you need to feel good first and foremost,
and therefore good does not mean luxury because luxury is already a basic quality to choose, especially today where you can choose...!
The Astoria has spacious rooms, first of all very clean, fresh, beds with springs and top mattresses for me, beautiful spacious balconies, simple but more than sufficient breakfast, parking space, you cross and throw yourself into the sea on a small piece of private beach that seems like a small oasis: so what more could you want for a simple but very functional beach holiday??? In my opinion nothing! The Astoria is a simple and "flavorful" choice, period, certainly not for the pretentious, especially in a system where everything is now standardized and very often fake!

I cannot avoid having to write a review for this hotel with somewhat questionable management. I went with my partner to the hotel looking for accommodation for 4 nights in the second half of August. Although we had been informed that the hotel had rooms available after a very embarrassing turn of phrase, the owner informed us that we were not welcome with our 15 month old baby even though we had a camping cot for him or could make him sleep in the large bed with us. Since we have been informed that it is the hotel's policy not to host families with children, I would invite you to write it clearly and on your website where you praise your hospitality and attention to customers. I remember that we are in Pineto, a location suitable for families and children and this, among other things, is one of the few hotels that is not full during the high season. However, I conclude by saying that my father stayed here last month and that the showers do not have a special shower tray but are open in the bathrooms which have a step to access them and need to be modernized. The management also strongly prefers cash payment, causing inconvenience to those who want to pay by card. Obviously after this unpleasant episode I have already found another hotel for us and my father who go to Pineto several times a year. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve. Greetings.

Annoying lady who wanders around the hotel beach and bothers bathers at the hotel and on the free beach, calling to order anyone playing ball or passing by the beach itself.
I find (and with me other bathers/customers we talk to) the situation and the lady quite annoying: we are on the beach, not at school!!

It is a hotel that boasts many advantages as we were able to see from our last holiday. You have the sea and the pine forest right below, just cross the road with the underpass. You have included in the price a delightful private beach with an umbrella, a sunbed and a deckchair. Right next door there is a beach with an excellent restaurant. The center is a few hundred meters away and can be reached on foot. Included in the price you can use the hotel's internal parking. The staff is very kind, the breakfast very good, the rooms spacious and the cleanliness impeccable. It's just a shame there isn't a minibar, one of the few flaws... the air conditioning is centralized, it is turned on during the hottest hours but on request it is also turned on in the individual rooms, so we were told. The railway passes right behind the hotel, during the day you don't pay much attention to it, but at night you can hear it loud and clear, but you get used to it after the first few days. This summer they organized several free concerts on weekends in the park in front of the hotel, we had a lot of fun, we even followed them from the balcony... for some they can represent a nuisance, it depends on the type of holiday one wants to spend. Overall a great holiday!

Excellent location and friendly staff, daily room cleaning. However, the structure is quite old as is the management method. The rooms are overall comfortable but the climate is centralized and therefore you do not have the possibility of regulating it or turning it on or off. The shower has no box and the drain is in the middle of the bathroom, so the floor is almost always wet. The breakfast is quite abundant but mainly sweet and without any consideration towards food intolerances, although reported, probably also due to the absence of a restaurant inside the structure. The free parking available in the hotel is very small (less than 10 spaces) and the nearby car parks are paid, while the white ones are practically unusable between July and August due to events that lead to daily road closures. In conclusion, the quality-price ratio is not convenient and the structure needs to be modernised.

Cleanliness, professionalism, location a stone's throw from the private beach with direct access to the well-kept and clean beach. I would also give an extra star if possible. Thanks to all the staff and especially to the family that owns the hotel. I will come back if I find myself choosing Pineto for my relaxation
