The staff and service are first class- catering to your ever need (with a smile) and the food delicious. Breakfast, to poolside drinks to dinner were wonderful experiences. Wonderful, peaceful experience in a beautiful atmosphere. A nice break from more of the activity in Matera, which you must visit if you come to the area. Incredible recommendations by the staff, including food, tour guides they arranged, and towns to visit. Jessica was incredibly attentive, 5-star service.

This was a highlight of our trip in Basilicata. The pool was fantastic, and our family suite was very comfortable. I opted for an in-room massage and it was wonderful. Dinner was delicious, we phà our young kids with us and the restaurant prepared simple pastas for them. A spot of pure luxury.

The b & b is in an excellent position to visit the area, with a wonderful view of the gullies. Excellent hospitality from the hosts, with the spacious and always tidy room. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The sea is 15 minutes away by car and you can choose between several sandy beaches. Being in the historic center the streets are narrow and small. But the view pays for everything.

I loved it was clean, comfy and in such a stunningly beautiful village. I’m going again, didn’t even scratch the surface in a very short week.

Structure located in a rather dated building but the room lives up to expectations both in terms of cleanliness and size, equipped with independent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. New furniture, spacious and very clean bathroom. The owner waited for my arrival to welcome me and give me the keys to hold us completely autonomous.

Just returned from staying for a wedding. Stay at the B&B of Mrs. Maria, a fine and well-kept woman like her structure .. We spent one week for Easter vacation here and enjoyed the stay pretty much . The room is big enough, clean and cozy with separate bathroom. The host Maria is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was also awesome with homemade cake and fresh fruit. The location is highlight as this b&b is located in the downtown with grocery shopping possibilities nearby, we can just walk to visit the badlands on foot...

Although we stayed for only one night with my family, we appreciated the kindness, hospitality and Neapolitanism of Gennaro & Co. The dog Scheggia was also very sympathetic! ... my twins Veronica and Giulia still remember "January" and its bunk beds .... 😘

We stayed here in February 2917 and were amazed by the kindness and hospitality we were shown. Our host really went above and beyond and made us feel like family. Cannot recommend enough to stay here.

Excellent B & B I stayed two days for work, Federico the owner very kind, respectful, helpful and very friendly, very clean and fragrant, new and very nice in details.

Booked now for the second time. I go back with pleasure. A tastefully furnished and very comfortable apartment. I really recommend it. I am originally from Bernalda but I live in the Marche region. It is located in a great area with free parking nearby.

This small apartment is ideal for 1-2 nights, clean, with mini fridge, air conditioning and in the historic center of Bernalda, free parking a two Min walk from the property. The only flaw is the small bathroom with low ceiling but for a short time it can be done

Cozy and very large apartment, five beds, cleanliness is impeccable, the decor fantastic with the owner's original creations. Wifi is also available. On foot you can easily reach the course where you will find everything. There is a corner with a kettle to make tea or coffee with everything you need. Present a refrigerator and air conditioning and TV.

Palazzo Margherita was an amazing stay - I didn't want to leave! The staff are so helpful and kind, the food is amazing (especially the potatoes) and the rooms were so nice! Pasta making was a great experience and now I know how to make it at home. The garden outside is amazing as well as the pool. I would definitely go again if I had the chance. Five STARS!! 🤩🤩🤩

First clients after 18 months of closing and the experience was fabulous… never seen a service and palazzo like this one. So peaceful. We came 2 nights to have a break just after our wedding in Puglia, and the staff was so welcoming. Its a 5* experience, but you feel like at home. Breakfast is very good. We stayed 3 years ago, it was very nice, particular environments, obtained from a former oil mill. Greeted by the owner with a white wine for an aperitif, our stay was unfortunately short but a great memory. To our surprise we saw it again on TV on channel 8, the "race" between hoteliers and hence the curiosity to review the place on googlemap and release this review.

Unique residence in historic part of town, close to centre with bars, cafes, restaurants, amenities nearby. Excellent accommodation, big comfortable room with mezzanine. Easy access with keys, avoiding need to disturb staff to get in and out. Breakfast with wide variety of options, local produce, served by friendly staff, who like the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The lady at the reception was very kind to prepare a delicious pasta for lunch since we could not find a place in the surroundings that was open. This is a quality accommodation with stylish decoration and definitely a place where we like to come back. It is close to a beautiful beach area and nice sight seeing.

We spent 5 nights at this small, delightful and peaceful hotel. It has an impressive view over the Bernalda valley, attractive grounds dotted with olive trees and oleander bushes. The swimming pool was an added bonus, particularly for a refreshing dip after a hot day's sightseeing. The hotel provides free breakfast and you need to make your own arrangements for lunch and dinner. Plenty of choice available...

Located just off the main road but quiet, thanks to sound-proof windows, with a safe parking and good restaurant. Ideal for a stopover if visiting the nearby ancient greek Temple of Hera and the museums at Metaponto and Policoro.

The restaurant is very nice when they arrive at 8 pm all the employees wake up ... Until now there is a guy who assists the customers but who can do nothing only the keys to the room in case ... The room a bit worn and Vintage , comfortable. Nice breakfast area provided.

Never judge from the outside and the location. Ample parking. Spacious and clean rooms with all the comforts from the minibar (with two bottles of 500ml natural and carbonated offered), large TV, desk, wifi, hairdryer, etc. Large breakfast buffet. Restaurant with a wide choice. Stayed for work, a little far from the sea. Advised!!

We used the restaurant where we ate 3 dinners, different dishes all excellent. In particular paccheri with crab. Divine dish. The pizza is also very good and very digestible. 100 percent recommended

Dinner room opened a good 15 minutes late and there was live music during dinner which was annoyingly loud and not really fitting for 'dinner music', however the food itself was really good. The rooms are good as well, shower works a bit clunky when it comes to the temperature but everything is nice and clean, room has a balcony which is large enough to sit on and there was a drying rack for clothes...

Nice restaurant. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The waiters were a little confused and asked about each course at our table with 9 people and wrote something wrong. Sometimes drinks and food were simply forgotten. Otherwise okay. The big problem there are mosquitoes .... There are lemon candles everywhere, but they are just everywhere and bite everyone and everything ...

We did two nights, clean and new apartment. Very nice and large swimming pool. We didn't use the entertainment because we wanted to spend two days relaxing. We hope to be able to return next year and stay a few more days. The sea this morning was beautiful, clear and full of small fish.

At the end of a wonderful holiday we have no doubts about this choice. Tenuta Montedoro offered us relaxation and peace in a context of essentiality reminiscent of almost forgotten times. The apartment furnished with refined peasant style offered excellent internal and external liveability. The environment all around between vineyards and olive trees also presented us with a vegetable garden and fruit...

Yesterday I celebrated my son Alessio's communion, a lovely place, delicious cuisine, all of excellent quality. Perfect waiters, not improvised, excellent service, very kind and extremely helpful owners, ready to satisfy our needs, fabulous location.

Resort clean, quiet and tidy, the manager (Giovanni) nice, kind, polite and very approachable as well as the caretaker (Giuseppe). The housing units are very comfortable, just right for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Prices are acceptable. I could not give the fifth star for the place where it is located because it is only for bathing but absolutely not for real tourism since there is NOTHING all around...

The structure is excellent because it is quiet, welcoming and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Well maintained, with parking attached to the apartment and close to the sea. What disappoints is the external territory. Badly treated by the municipal management. Pity.

You can walk but in BC...
