Great hotel in a fantastic location. Salty pool is perfect, breakfast excellent (ask for coffee though as otherwise terrible). Friendly shuttle bus who can get you up & down to the village

It is rare to find a hotel where you want to wake up early to catch the sunrise and be back in time for sunset. Beautiful pool, views, and rooms

If you're having breakfast and dinner there a few nights, it will play on your nerves to hear "Jump" by Van Halen in a smooth jazz rendition over and over again

The ONLY criticism I have is they HAVE TO CHANGE the MUSIC selection from a 3-hour rotation to at least a 9-10 hour rotation or find a way to expand it

On top of the island experience. Grade A breakfast, incredible views and vibe. Carlo their driver is now a friend, and I slept so well every night

I stayed with my family at Casa Carmela for 4 days. Structure with a breathtaking view, clean apartment, well furnished with air conditioning. Enzo and Maria Grazia have always been kind and helpful, to try!

White tuff cliff, crystal clear water white beach, Chiaia di Luna, for some the most beautiful in the Mediterranean no longer accessible due to an accident in 2001 since then it has been an off-limits area

Large room with all the necessary comforts. In the morning it is possible to have breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view of the island. The staircase to reach the B&B is absolutely rewarded

We arrive at the b & b Casa Carmela (perched on the harbor, beautiful view😲) chat for advice on what to do with the owners Enzo and Carmella (fantastic)

There are some uncomfortable stairs to climb, but all of Ponza is as beautiful as it is uncomfortable. A holiday and a stay to be absolutely redone

We spent a wonderful week in a simple but comfortable apartment. The owner was of a unique kindness, very difficult to find

There's two pools and a huge outdoors area, aswell as a good seafood restaurant (dont visit for the meat)

I loved my stay here. I didnt feel like i was staying in a hotel, it felt like home. Just very relaxing and comfortable.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and even though its a bit on the expensive side, you're not getting anything cheaper on ponza with the same quality

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the center of town, which means its quiet compared to the other hotels closer to the port

Booked the economy room, had a great view across the land side of the island, a large bathroom and great air con and ceiling fan. Terrace and pool are magnificent, especially as the sun sets across Ponza

Amazing view all away around the hotel. Listed building on top of the main hill above the harbour. The economy room with sea view is newly refurbished and confy. Solarium/balcony/swimming pool are just amazing

This hotel is absolute perfection. From the incredible view, to the lovely and helpful reception staff and the comfortable rooms. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Ponza next.

It was a Prison before! Cool Location. Nice terrace with a DJ and good Atmosphere. You can look over all of Ponza habor. Wifi is working with around 2Mb/s down 0,10 Mb/s up

The best hotel terrace I have experienced. I read some reviews complaining about the rooms being old and small, but this is not the case

Amazing hotel in Circeo National Park!! Is located at the end of the road in best area of Mount Circeo in a wild and beautiful location!! Great views from the rocks with lots of gardens and luxurious terraces and buildings!! 5 star resort and hotel!! 🇮🇹🌅👍

Excellent tasty cuisine in a beautiful surrounding. Nice atmosphere and professional service. The hotel is "nec plus ultra" and really the only five star of the mount Circeo area

Absolutely wonderful hotel. A truly Mediterranean paradise. Great breakfast (although loads of wasps in the terrace!). Not the best option for reduced mobility people, loads of stairs.

It is a nice hotel, most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great, you have almost everything you need for a very quiet relaxing holiday. Just be prepared because is it very expensive

My honest opinion is not quite good value for the money. The guy from the beach won't let you choose where you want to stay unless you tip him (which in my opinion is not a very nice experience)

Lovely place with a breathtaking sea view, never seen such a beautiful sea. Hospitality is exceptional, you feel in heaven. The only flaw is the road to reach the claro de lua, but it's really worth it

Very nice hotel directly on the water in San Felice Circeo. Clean, spacious and a great deal of amenities. The rooms are clean, with big bay windows

If you're going in expecting bacon, eggs and hashbrowns, you WILL be disappointed; it's not the done thing in these parts! And yes, the WiFi is patchy, but who cares? I genuinely think a lot of the bad reviews are a case of expectations vs reality

Perhaps people wanted an Instagram experience? With a supermodel leading you out onto a veranda before feeding you grapes as the sun sets over the ocean? As my partner said: "If you want a 5-star experience, book a 5-star hotel

Simple place, with a wonderful view, surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Vintage style, simple but distinctive. The room was cleaned every day and the simple breakfast was just fine. The staff were also courteous

We needn't have worried! We had a grand ole time; it was genuinely lovely. Sure, it's not the most modern or swankiest of hotels, but it's literally tucked away on the edge of a medieval Italian village

I'm not sure what people were expecting? The interior decor is nice, with lots of charm and character (and cool artworks), and the room was clean, functional and quiet, with a vintage feel

Check in was 3pm, it’s now 3:05 asked for my room as I’m not feeling too well they said at least another 10 minutes... No upgrade

This property was chosen based on comments regarding cleanliness and I have to say expectations were greatly exceeded. The owner immediately proved to be attentive to our needs and available for every request

Breakfast was brought to us at the time indicated by us in the suggested range (8:00 - 10:00) and was consumed on the terrace of our room with a wonderful view. Abundant, varied and with fresh fruit from their garden

Very nice B&B! Breakfast on suite. We had the 3 Person appartement and had the breakfast with view on the ocean. Is there anything you need more? Dog welcome. Free parking. For us, a perfect place to be!

Welcomed by the very nice owner, we were accommodated for the we in a large room with private bathroom, three beds (one double and one single), and a kitchen with two burners

In addition, the room has a large balcony / solarium where you can sunbathe and have breakfast. The b & b is located halfway between the historic center and the sea

In addition to this room, the b & b also offers another and each room has a parking space. Should we return to the circeo we would certainly return to villa Lina!

Seafront location private parking. Staff always available and very kind. Spotless rooms, perfect spa and pool. Hearty and well served breakfast. Lunch and dinner served in the great beach restaurant

Great place for a lazy retreat or for active recreation. Our host, Sandra, was super helpful in recommending good places to eat at, things to do, beaches to visit. We went for canoeing and ate at a sushi place suggested

The beds were comfortable, AC was good, living room area was comfortable, the kitchen was clean, and the garden was a great plus

Both were really memorable places. The villa has bikes, an outdoor hot tub, sunbeds, a fireplace and, most importantly, a chill atmosphere. We always felt welcomed no matter what we chose to do

Spend a couple of days with friends at Giuseppe and Sandra´s. Must say I was astonished to find this beautiful peaceful place. Perfect setting, rooms, amenities, everything well kept, clean, nice and beautiful

The best part about our stay was however the hosts. I have met many good hosts but Sandra and Guiseppe were exceptional. They really did everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as possible

The kids especially loved playing in the jacuzzi, well and occasionally watching Netflix after a long day out in the sun. We also really enjoyed having access to the bikes and used them quite a lot
