Il Mari è una garanzia mi dispiace solo nonostante avessi chiesto con anticipo di non aver ottenuto una stanza vista mare……

The most exceptional thing about the hotel is the people working there. I was treated in a way that is above the usual. Teresa at the breakfast is just an angel worth meeting and so much fun, so is Maria who cleanse the room with her great smile. Rosario and Roberta at the reception make you feel welcome from the start, are just extremly sweet and help you with everything. I have never encountered...

The hotel is located right in the port of Ponza and is a few hundred meters from the ferry. The entire staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. We had a room on the third floor and had a wonderful view of the harbor from the balcony. Upon arrival, the hotel room was available even before the check-in period. It's clean and the breakfast is good. Only negative point to mention is the bathroom. Unfortunately...

Very central and convenient location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Sea view rooms are recommended, as with the view from the balconies both in the morning and in the evening, they offer beautiful landscapes like paintings that are good for the heart

Very clean harbor hotel Their strong point is the fact that they keep your suitcases for you until you have to catch the ferry, plus they let you take a shower in a half bathroom. Weak point the little bath and a strong smell of closed in the closet I recommend an air freshener to managers. Apartments with a view of the splendid Feola cove .. Interior a bit "old-fashioned" and bathroom without a shower tray to be renovated. However, they are very clean and upon request provide bed and bath linens ... Wonderful shower on the terrace ... Wonderful holiday the advice!

Perfect. We chose the three-room apartment. 2 bathrooms with very nice showers. Huge sea view terrace with outdoor shower and breathtaking view. Functional kitchen and living room. Comfortable rooms and refreshing by ceiling fans.

Clean environment available with all the comforts you could need during a vacation on an island like Ponza. The staff accompanied us and explained everything in detail. We took extra (but we knew of the cost) the household linen and towels.

I spent a week in one of the three-room apartments of the structure, I must say really not bad, I especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and a third shower in the back, the optimal position for those who want to go down to the sea in a few minutes and relax, a little less if yes wants to reach the port. Good prices and helpful staff. I advise

Excellent location, and the sea view of cala feola. Decent apartments, well equipped, quiet environment, with good value for money (in September). The rubber gas pipes (cylinder on the balcony) that expired in 2008 only need to be replaced !!!

Francesco is an amazing host. the location is very clean and has the most amazing views. The beautiful beach can be reach in 5 min by walk.

The hospitality and professionalism of Amalia and Francesco is excellent as is the structure with very clean and comfortable apartments. Very easy to reach from the port because Mr. Francesco picks you up on arrival and brings you back down for the departure. The location is perhaps among the best ... a few meters from the beach of cala feola. Super super recommended.

Excellent accommodation, great food, super friendly staff.

You are a little out of the way from any stores or a pharmacy. About 2kms. But it made for a quiet stay with nothing but the waves as background sound.

So much potential, so little effort.. The architecture of the hotel is unique, the pool and the views are very good. The cleaning every day was also perfect. But the building isn’t maintained well, the minibar in the triple room was too loud and especially the reception staff seemed unorganised. It’s a pity!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff and owner, Antonella, couldn’t do enough to make our stay a joy. We weren’t easy, 6 adults, 2 of which were vegan, 2 children and a baby. But they made us special meals and they were delicious. The hotel itself, the grounds and the pool were a delight, well kept and clean. The private beach was perfect for us. I booked a standard room at this property, overlooking the garden. When we arrived we were surprised because we found a sea view room. The strong point is certainly the view of the sea, even if the structure could be improved. There The cuisine is excellent, there is both a la carte and fixed menu, the wine list could be expanded. We went to Villa Penelope for a couple's dinner at the hotel restaurant. If you are looking for a restaurant for a romantic dinner this is perfect. The place is very nice, few tables, elegant and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening it was a perfect setting! Fish dinner among the best in the area, very generous portions and prices in the standard and more than fair for the product...

Very nice villa, great food and great location. The hotel has very direct and fairly easy access to the beaches, one sandy and the other rocky, and to a beautiful solarium. Detached from the building where the reception, restaurant and some rooms are located, there is another one with, among others, the room assigned to us. Fantastic beachfront location, but a little further from the center. The private beach is neat and clean, a few steps from the hotel and the sea is splendid. Simple but complete and good breakfast, plus the staff is very helpful. The only flaws are the windows of the rooms a little old and the external facade of the farmhouse to be repainted, otherwise a wonderful stay. Recommended.

Well located on the sea with private parking. I recommend asking for one of the refurbished rooms which I found very clean and well soundproofed. To improve the breakfast (essential) and the a la carte dinner based on fish which personally did not satisfy me at all, otherwise a good structure.

We have been spending our holidays here for 3 years, we have 2 small children and in my opinion it is ideal !!! They are able to accommodate and satisfy our needs. In my opinion it is an excellent family-run hotel where the food is excellent and genuine! To next year !

Hotel located in an excellent position, facing the sea. Kind and helpful staff, from the reception (mother and daughter), to the boys in charge of the catering and the kitchen and cleaning staff. Simple place, with a wonderful view, surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Vintage style, simple but distinctive. We had a great time. The room was cleaned every day and the simple breakfast was just fine. The staff were also courteous.

Myself and my partner booked a room at Hotel Giardino degli Ulivi last minute, without really checking the reviews. However, upon entering the hotel location into Google Maps and noticing said reviews, we started our holiday with a bit of trepidation (I think the word "squalor" was used at one point). Got a room last minute when driving through. Was amazed by the view, absolutely stunning. Rooms are basic but have what you need, staff was friendly and it’s super close to shops and restaurants!

Regenerating holiday. Staff very professional and helpful. Convenient location in front of the associated bathhouse. Most relevant: Aqua gym and gymnastic for free; top massage at an affordable price! A small remark: the building needs some maintenance works.

Check in was 3pm, it’s now 3:05 asked for my room as I’m not feeling too well they said at least another 10 minutes... No upgrade

Seafront location private parking. Staff always available and very kind. Spotless rooms, perfect spa and pool. Hearty and well served breakfast. Lunch and dinner served in the great beach restaurant. Very nice and well kept place, good cleanliness of the rooms and very friendly staff. But I believe that the potential is not well structured, much more could be done.

It is a lovely place surrounded by greenery where you can find serenity and peace.The staff is very kind, the rooms are spacious and there is a large parking lot.Ideal also for those who have a dog.Moreover it is 5 minutes from the local bathing establishments.

Very nice hotel experience in the calm surrounding area of San Felice Circeo. Beautiful property, helpful staff, glorious AC and a nice Continental breakfast were the highlights. The awkward placement of the toilet too close to the shower was the only complaint I had. Would recommend to travelers with their own form of transportation.
