We booked last minute but nothing was a problem we we're able to check in a little early which was great so we unloaded our bags and headed to the private beach, free parasol and sunloungers are provided 😊 hire bikes for 4euros which is a great price and went off for an evening into Carole. Very nice and helpful staff. You can get bikes for free. Our room with terrace was clean, and the bed was cool, tough and comfortable. You can go to the jacuzzi on the roof 0-24! The beach is close to the hotel, 5 min. walk. Nice and colourful breakfast!

Nice Staff and not a boring hotel because you have many things offered inside and outside. Like pools, whirlpools on top of the roof, beach 100m away and so on. All in all it's a nice place to stay for a while :-)

Young smiling staff, polite and also available for two jokes and chat. Small but clean rooms with small balcony. Perfect half board with abundant breakfast and dinner in my case always of good fish apart from a tasteless and poor fish soup. Perfect beach and parking available. The rooms are okay...the hospitality is okay... We were here with our daughter, unfortunately they didn't understand when the child fell asleep and we wanted something to eat... After we asked if we could have something in the When we got to the hotel we were told it was completely impossible, we had to make a reservation at least in the morning... We got our food somewhere else and ordered the drinks...

Our stay was truly peaceful. Here we found a truly excellent service both from the owners and the staff, extreme cleanliness and attention to detail. Family's! They seemed to have known us forever ... jovial, courteous, attentive, thoughtful and very kind. A beautiful family at the service of customers and 4-legged friends. All clean, tidy, near the beach and the promenade of Caorle, affiliated with Bao Beach and near the evening train that takes you to the center. I and my wife had great vacation in this hotel. We had room with see view. Hotel employees are very friendly. They work hard to keep visitors satisfied. It was my first visit to Italy with my great wife and we were satisfied. We will be back one day. Thank you.

Great location, right on the beach. What I loved: the pool, the interiors of the room, the cleanliness. Great customer service by the young crew at the bar & the servers during breakfast. Parking's spot is also good. What I didn't like: the tiny bathroom and the customer service at the reception. The hotel had everything that we wanted. Right on the beach, clean pool with new furniture, stunning breakfast until 11! (That's important). The service was excellent and friendly. Very nice and kind stuff, new and beautiful rooms with a big balcony. There are also enough parking lots for the hotel guests. The Hotel is directly at the beach with seaside view, also it has a nice pool and a great breakfast buffet. Recommended and we will definitely come back when we are back in Caorle :)

We stayed for a weekend, sleeping and breakfast we were very happy. Very nice and clean room, buffet breakfast and plentiful friendly and helpful staff. Position near the sea just cross a very nice park, it is about ten minutes walk from the center. Overall very good rating, we will be back

Attended for over 40 years, and how many friends and acquaintances have we sent to S. Margherita. I will remember with affection the many people I met and that now some of them are gone .... I only stayed for a weekend, but it was a pleasant return after years. I slept on the top floor, and the room was really nice! The restaurant is the only sweet and sour note: excellent service and very kind staff, the portions a bit scarce, but very good.

Good place. Seafront room from dv s can hear the waves, private beach, private park. Courteous and professional staff. Clean rooms. Sweet and savory buffet breakfast. The only flaw, as a coffee lover, breakfast in the morning uses an automatic machine with a soluble solution. I would have liked a bar espresso more. Overall good experience cmq. Certainly if I have the opportunity to review.

Very good location.l. More or less helpful staff / just one older blond lady on reception couldn´t speak engligh and were quite aborted/. Other staff, included waiters was very helpful and food was also very good. The hotel room was the smallest room in which our 4-member family ever slept, we were very disapointed. The rooms on the street have no balcony. I appreciate the hotel's cuisine - breakfast, lunch and dinner were varied and very good. The staff was friendly. Standard rooms I don´t recommend families with children, they are pressed.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the very nice, very helpful and professional owner who made us feel like "old friends". Although the hotel is only one star, the room was very clean and welcoming and the breakfast plentiful. Free or private beach within walking distance.
