Hotel Balai

I spent my holidays in this facility, and I had a very good time. Hotel has free parking. The common room where there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, plates and cutlery, I would say this is a very comfortable thing. The room is equipped with a minibar and air conditioning, there is enough space to put your stuff (I had brought a car full of stuff 😅). The very kind and helpful staff, especially the girl at the reception Alice, had suggested many things to me, which were of great help to me. Breakfast was taken at the bar about 200 meters from the hotel, and I would say not bad, so you could enjoy the sea view with a cup of coffee 😜 And the most important thing: the hotel is located a few steps from the most beautiful beach in Porto Torres 😊

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights, and I absolutely do not share many of the negative reviews. I found a clean and welcoming room, polar air conditioning, sufficiently large and spacious shower and bathroom, minibar in the room that always comes back really convenient, ample parking available privately in the structure, but above all the beach at a stone's throw and a truly strategic position. The only negative note in my opinion, was the total lack of availability in being able to check out just a little later for personal needs (11 instead of 10), which was requested already at the beginning of the stay formally in email and then requested. verbally, but received a mandatory no, with staff that at 10.10 was already knocking on the door despite the check-in was scheduled at 15 and there was not even a living soul waiting at the reception. I would recommend only reviewing this part, which can make a real difference, especially if the customer stresses that it is important. For the rest, nothing to say!

Beautiful new hotel with great location near the sea, very kind and helpful personel, rooms are very clean, varied breakfast. 100% recommend! Greetings from Poland!
