Chervò Golf Hotel Spa, Resort & Apartment San Vigilio

A nice place even tough everything you see is fake - it's all plastic, drawers are not openable and the fire place is not usable. They are service minded and the pool area is perfect. The bed was too soft. The ac in the room (suite) was quite and gave a good temperature. The golf restaurant was nice, but no area with ac. We came with a baby (5 moths) and it worked perfectly! (We didn't golf)

This incredible resort is located in a peaceful and beautiful country side region south of the Garda lake. Surrounded by vineyards, being in this place was truly a relaxing experience. The staff was very kind and available for any requests. The resort could help us with any need we had.
The rooms were spacious, clean and with all the necessities. I could really not complain about anything. It's just the perfect place if you want peace and play some golf.

Very nice resort with four nine hole courses and a par three course. Golf courses Yellow, White, and Red (didn’t play the blue) were in very nice condition. Hotel rooms were very nice, however, internet service was limited and not strong enough for reliable service. Restaurant in the clubhouse was fantastic and waitstaff, golf club, hotel staff all very pleasant. Will definitely try to make it back.

Booked a day at the pool with my 6 months old baby, my best friend and her kid.
The place is unreal. Very clean, relaxing and beautiful.
The receptionist helped us when we got there, explained everything we needed to know, where we were allowed to go and the things we could’ve done.
After an hour we decided to move from the main part of the hotel/spa to the other pool. Where, quickly, we got told, from the lady that was working behind the bar, that we weren’t allowed as we didn’t have a room. She said that the guys at the reception clearly didn’t know about us. Made us feel very much unwanted and somehow i had the strong feeling she was thinking we were trying to get in for “free” she made a call, made us wait, then, eventually, let us in.
She was extremely rude. I’ve explained the problem to the receptionist on our way out at the end of the day and he apologised saying she shouldn’t have done that because we were allowed access to the pools. Not just one.
Other then those 10 minutes of problem with the lady, we had a great time and planning to go back next summer.
