Though maybe a bit dated, the hotel was well-appointed and tidy. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and the bathrooms were nice. The real star is the staff; Outstanding people from top to bottom. I was there with a large group of Americans, and we obviously strained the staff, but they never showed it. They responded graciously and quickly at each turn, and made our stay memorable.

My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend getaway. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The food was also great. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a hotel around here.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel il Castello. The room was very clean and tidy with a great bathroom and powerful, hot shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing was too much of a hassle for them. We feel them going out of their way made our stay in Italy that much nicer. The room itself was not exactly spacy, but it had everything you need, including a window in the bathroom and another one in the bedroom, and air conditioning. The service was very friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was okay. But what was outstanding is the quality of the restaurant. Great service, wonderful food in a beautiful scenery. Very nice resort with four nine hole courses and a par three course. Golf courses Yellow, White, and Red (didn’t play the blue) were in very nice condition. Booked a day at the pool with my 6 months old baby, my best friend and her kid. The place is unreal. Very clean, relaxing and beautiful. A nice place even tough everything you see is fake - it's all plastic, drawers are not openable and the fire place is not usable. They are service minded and the pool area is perfect. The bed was too soft. The ac in the room (suite) was quite and gave a good temperature. The golf restaurant was nice, but no area with ac. We came with a baby (5 moths) and it worked perfectly! Spiders everywhere, no maid came to clean our room, ceiling in the bedroom is very low, no groceries or restaurants near by except the resort's restaurant that by the way the servers are quite rude

We had a lovely stay! The rooms were nice, the breakfast delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. It is a bit of a walk to get to the lake so it is best to visit by car and perhaps not if you are on a budget, though it is a memorable experience to stay next to a beautiful church.

The restaurant has a beautiful location and is very nice and clean. The service was normal, but the pasta was undercooked. For these prices we expected better. The rooms are slightly dated and would need to be modernized, having said that, the rooms are kept clean and it suits the purpose of a professional trip. The experience I had with a meal at the restaurant was ok, but not great, same thing for the breakfast buffet. To sum up, an ok place to stay the night.

This apartment complex is very well organised, staff are friendly and happy to come a fix any issue with the holiday let. Definitely not 4 star. We were given the accessible room, balancing on disabled toilet was not good. It is a great appartment hotel for families to stay while visiting lake Garda. Location is great for going other cities like verona, Milano and Venice. Clean, spacious rooms with superb pool and excellent friendly service

The management and staff are professional and nice, rooms large and well-organised, and pool big enough. Quiet location on the side of the main village, which for me was a clear plus as outside the beaten track a bit. Mind you, you probably more comfortable having a car there, not very practical with public transport (in Italy that is hit and miss anyway). Overall, a very good stay.

Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal.

We had a fabulous stay here in Late September. We opted for a nice pitch by the lakeside, which wasn't too bad with the ACSI card discount. Dog friendly, places to enter lake Garda to swim or paddle board, nice food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Also has laundry facilities and bike hire if required.

Great campsite on south side of Lake Garda. Good pool, excellent restaurant with great choice and service. Check in was easy. Paid a little extra to get lake front pitch, but well worth it. Superb weather in September too and no kids either at this time.... Bonus!

The hotel wasn't all that. The room was spacious and quite clean but you could see it had som wear and tear. However at our big suprise the room did not have a safe or a small refridge (Like other 3 star hotels we stayed at) The breakfast was very basic but OK. They did have gluten free options.
