Mourad had exceptional customer service!
Did you know there’s an amazing view on the top floor with a Jacuzzi? We’ll make sure you check it out. The breakfast is really good! The location is right next to the train station and the beach. You really can’t go wrong.

An absolutely horrific place and a huge scam. The so-called "sea view" opens onto an industrial area. The rooms are run down and noisy, with dysfunctional appliances. Despite having paid over 15 euro extra directly to the hotel (on promise of "lowest available price" which is also a lie) didn't even get late check-out. Regular check-out at 10 am is strictly enforced because "we need to clean the room". God knows what they are doing there for 5 hours because the check-in is from 15 o'clock. Getting one hour later check-out required negotiations directly with the owner of the hotel (!). Just this illustrates the level of mental meltdown in this establishment. Avoid at all costs!

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The owners are fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed, especially the bathrooms. It's in a great location, not far from the center and 50 meters from the sea.
They have good deals with several beach resorts not far from the hotel.
If I return to Praia, it will definitely be my go-to place for another stay (hopefully longer).

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a truly excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and meticulously maintained, with immaculately clean and functional bathrooms.
The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, ideal for those who want to enjoy a carefree vacation.
The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful; they made us feel truly welcome. Furthermore, to our great surprise, we were offered a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I would definitely return!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Hotel Tea. The staff were so sweet, the location was perfect for the beach or a very short walk to the city, and there was easy parking. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel TEA Praia! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. Breakfast could be improved, but it was still a pleasant start to the day.

A four-star hotel that doesn't have anything in common with this category, not even the price, which is actually slightly lower than those standards. It could have the highest rating with 2 or 3 stars. The room is very dated (broken walls, pre-war windows, non-functioning shower head). Breakfast is only Italian, but very varied, except for those with allergies, where there's only one option, but that's only available upon specific request.
Location: 50 meters from the sea, but in Praia, the sea is better and the amenities are elsewhere. Closer to Dino Island.

It was a great stay, we got everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the tipical Italian breakfast delicious. Very nice people at the reception desk 🙂

Perfect location, spacious rooms.
I would pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, but I admit I'm a bit biased about dust issues.
The air conditioning should be turned on an hour before guests arrive. But overall, everything was perfect. I would happily stay here again if I wanted to.

As per other reviews I confirm continuous water leaks from air conditioning above the beds, 2 days with towels on the floor for so much water.
The water in the shower did not flow well so it filled up and leaked.
Old refrigerator that did not work well.
Very basic cleaning.
Fixtures did not close well from the 60s.
Lights near the bed did not work.
Quadruple room with only 4 hangers in the wardrobe.
Decent breakfast.
After 2 days of scorching heat with air conditioning not working they changed our room where there were other problems but at least with air conditioning working.
The structure is well located, but it absolutely cannot be defined as 4 stars.
Very kind staff, some cleaning staff however do not speak Italian.
Only the 1st floor has been seriously renovated.
Terrible value for money for all the other breads.
