Art Hotel Milano

The hotel was on the tight side, but the staff informed me of the renovations going on. I did struggle finding the light switch in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and did their best to translate to English for my questions. Location, location, location! You are so close to the city center, you can just follow the river there. I wish I would have stayed at this hotel for the entirety of my Italian stay!

Clean and large rooms, they get cleaned every day and great included breakfast. The wifi personally didn't work, but I didn't need it since I had my own.

It's located 30 min from Firenze and 15 min from the train station. Unfortunately no close by markets.

Great personnel, they speak English. Overall, can't complain too much.

What a location for a business traveller and a no nonsense hotel. No too much luxury but what we need we get

The service is very accomodating and helpful, parking is a problem if you have a high vehicle like 2.3 meters above. The room is cozy and nice but needs a shower curtain so the floor won't be wet.

Lovey hotel based just around the corner of the lively navigli street. However, you could not hear the noise from the street in the hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious & very modern with all staff friendly. They had a buffet downstairs and if you ordered a drink you could indulge in the buffet. The bartender also gave my partner a free glass of Prosecco as it was her birthday which was a class touch. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel and I really liked my stay. Even before my arrival, the hotel team was very attentive to my request to stay at the specific room which I like very much. The room was clean and cozy, as well as the bathroom, the bed was comfortable and I had a spectacular view from my window! The included buffet breakfast was very good to me - variety of dishes for breakfast and everything was delicious. The hotel management was friendly and very helpful with all my questions and they kindly helped me to book a taxi to Florence airport as I had an early morning flight. So, everything was great and I will definitely stay at the hotel again when I come to Prato :)

I was very happy at Art Hotel Milano, thanks to your professionalism. The room and bathroom were clean, with a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and professional. Great breakfast. 24-hour reception makes a real, positive difference, from many other places. This is a proper hotel.

This is a good hotel with a decent breakfast (we booked a room with breakfast).

It wasn't an expensive option, and its location is really good. It's very close to the Prato train station, so easy to get tp Florence by train. It is also possible to walk to Prato center as well, the walk is nice and short.

The hotel is old fashioned. The rooms are quite small (we booked a room bigger than the minimal one). The equipment is reasonably maintained, everything works - but all looks old, don't expect the modern look.

The reception desk is 24/7. People are polite and helpful.

The hotel is listed as "Free parking" on Booking and Agoda sites, but it's not that easy to get. We arrived on Saturday evening, and were told that we can park till Monday 8 AM for free on the street, but have to pay for the tickets from 8 AM (parking garage is 10 Eur per night). Only after we complained that the property is listed as "free parking", the reception person guided us to park within the yellow lines in front of the hotel (there was a space there). It doesn't seem appropriate that we need to argue to get the free parking as being advertised.

The breakfast is good. Nothing extraordinary, but good and tasty, with multiple options.

Overall, the stay was good.
