Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

I guess the hotel is run by a family, everyone was really nice with us. They opened the door at any time (you have to leave the key each time you go out). It's an office and residential space, not a hotel.

It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.

Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.

I stayed in this hotel in Florence for a weekend. The hotel, despite many negative reviews, has fortunately been recently renovated. Such a wonderful place to stay! We were pleased with everything. Very comfortable position, close to the train station ( 5-7 min. by walk ) and it takes you to the center of Florence. I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.

All the reviews aren’t fair. It’s 20€ a night with included breakfast. You really can’t except a four star hotel for this price. It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.

They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.

We were originally only after a reasonably priced place close to the airport for our last day, but Hotel Franchi outdid expectations. This is a great option if you need something close to the airport. It deserves 5 stars for what it is, a low price convenient and clean stay, but 4 stars compared to ALL hotel. It's not fancy but comfortably gets the job done.

The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.

The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.

We spent one night in this villa on our tour of Italy. The room was bright and clean. Better-insulated windows would certainly be a good solution to block out the outside noise. The shower cubicle was too small for me at 1.80m, I could hardly move in it and certainly couldn't bend over. The staff were very friendly.

Nice place, easy to get to if you come from the train station. Comfortable room and good service, but it is better for peple who wanna stay for a longer time and a good place for people who have kids. Checkout is rather early so 1 day stays are less recomanded. To get to centrum you can walk for 10-15 min and take the tram for about 20 min.

The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous. It is also close to the tram and with the T2 it takes less than 20 minutes to the center. The rooms were a little small but had everything you need; I recommend it to someone who wants to visit the city or is in Florence for work.

Basic but had everything we needed. A bit old and could do with upgrade but we weren't there for the hotel so it was fine. Cafe feronne was a lovely wee bistro cafe and the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. I missed them when I left Florence.

Excellent establishment, located near a T2 tram stop, which offers very good value for money. All the staff are welcoming. The reception is very good advice for the choice of visits. Hearty and good breakfast. Very clean and quiet room.

Convinient location with train station to main square/ Firenze S.M.N. train station right outside the hotel. Nice large, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was on top of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast options could include some more fresh cut fruits. Grocery store/mall - Coop is 5 mins walking from the hotel in case of some emergency supplies...

This hotel is perfect for getting to airport - only 12 minutes on the tramline that heads into the city. We booked directly, and everything from booking to checkout was perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the rooms, which were well-equipped and had bathtubs. Breakfast was also fantastic! Wonderful experience!

The hotel should be renovated, the floor has not been replaced, there is a smell of old wood as soon as you enter the lobby, the lobby should not be renovated, the lobby ceiling is a bit falling, the elevator is quite old, the overall hotel is still OK, the breakfast is OK

Not so friendly. Bath tub clogged. Charges water and to request omelet for paid breakfast isn't good!

Beautiful hotel adjacent to  university campus and walking distance from tram station ..  people are attentive and will go any distance to help you .. great hotel to stay .. only suggestion would be to start breakfast at 6.30 instead of 7am

This hotel is amazing, service is superb, very nice and accommodating. They serviced mailing to the US which helped us shipping our wine and stuff. I would highly recommend. Big rooms and big dining area. Love the Filipino staff too.
