We had to change the room in the night since they were not able to solve the problem. Due to cancelled trains we decided to stay one night in Prato. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and the pool was nice. The airconditioning in the room was very weak, although it was on the lowest setting we felt hot in the night. The decor is very dated and needs an upgrade. Geat to stay overnight or holidays. We had problems with parking due to local event. Very fast resolved by the staff. Recommended to anyone.

a good option for people traveling by car to Florence. there is free parking. near the train station. we did not like breakfast very much. location - outside the city, near garages. was not very romantic. for a business trip - normal. for family vacations - look for something else

It worth what we paid for in summer time while every where is busy and expansive. We stayed one night just for a business trip. The room was big, clean and the breakfast was good too.

For a budget hotel, Datini is not bad. Also, You can park your car Firenze Castello free of charge and access the old town of Florence for 1,5 Euro by train. Still I will give 4 stars, because of the unbearable noise of a school children group at 10.30 PM.

The hotel was on the tight side, but the staff informed me of the renovations going on. I did struggle finding the light switch in the bathroom. What a location for a business traveller and a no nonsense hotel. No too much luxury but what we need we get

The service is very accomodating and helpful, parking is a problem if you have a high vehicle like 2.3 meters above. The room is cozy and nice but needs a shower curtain so the floor won't be wet.

Clean and large rooms, they get cleaned every day and great included breakfast. The wifi personally didn't work, but I didn't need it since I had my own. It's located 30 min from Firenze and 15 min from the train station. Unfortunately no close by markets. Great personnel, they speak English. Overall, can't complain too much.

Lovey hotel based just around the corner of the lively navigli street. However, you could not hear the noise from the street in the hotel. I spent 5 nights at the hotel and I really liked my stay. Even before my arrival, the hotel team was very attentive to my request to stay at the specific room which I like very much. The room was clean and cozy, as well as the bathroom, the bed was comfortable and I had a spectacular view from my window! The Gardens are lovely and well taken care of. Rooms are set up a little like Premier Inn. Staff are great and I had a great chat with the night receptionist. Continental breakfast. Not to far from tourist attractions by car. Ideal location for business folk in the fashion industry as the vast distributors are a walk away.local shops and chemist very close.

Beautiful structure, average prices, excellent restaurant. We chose this hotel for business. The rooms are large and both dinner and breakfast amazed us with the quality of the products offered. The only drawback: the cleanliness, which could be improved. All in all hotel 3 points, but restaurant 4. We will try to go for a second chance.

Very spacious room although my room stunk of stale cigarette smoke. They had to put a machine in to try and get rid of the smell. Good breakfast.

Good value for the money, but wish they were allowed to use the air conditioning after September 30th. Apparently the local government doesn't allow a.c. to be used after September.

We stayed at this hotel with Cost saver tours x 2 days. Good stay , breakfast is good.20 minutes walk to the Prato central station to get to Florence. Bedrooms are spacious with an average bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful.Good place to stay with family and children.

This hotel has got quiet and picturesque surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well maintained . Our room had small window. We were pleasantly surprised because Indian food was arranged for dinner as well as breakfast.Food was of good taste and quality

Never ask an accomodation in building B if you need internet access, couse its no available in buildig B

Travelling to Prato was very difficult and I was very late. The hotel was open and welcoming. I was very grateful. Altogethr an excellent stay

The hotel is excellently located a short walk from Station and very close to the historical centre. The hotel staff were very helpful, they made our room available on arrival, gave excellent advice re dining options, and were available and responsive to any requests. The buffet breakfast was as expected, was plentiful and incorporated fresh fruit. This hotel is highly recommended.

The room is ok. It is clean and spacious. Bigger than other 4 stars rooms. The bathroom is modern. The breakfast is also good. The hotel has free parking. We paid 84€/night including breakfast and city tax.

It is a big hotel, every time I got lost in the hallways. When entering the room, it was very hot inside, sadly the airco wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down. The room electricity only works when the room keycard is used. The reception couldn’t provide us with a second keycard to keep the airco on to cool the room down. Breakfast was basic, the personnel was friendly.

I guess the hotel is run by a family, everyone was really nice with us. They opened the door at any time (you have to leave the key each time you go out). Breakfast didn't have the same variety as a big hotel, but it was delicious and varied as well. Perfect location, 3 minutes walking to the Porta Serraglio station.

Good: very clean, nice staff, parking on the next street, next door to duomo and 3 minute from train. Bad a bit dated, furniture old (but clean) no phone, very simple.

Stayed here a few years back through Monash Uni. The location is amazing, it's right next to the Duomo and the atmosphere on the Terrace is beautiful. The rooms are nice and well kept. Would recommend and definitely can't wait to be back :)

This hotel was great, with a clean room and a comfy bed. It's in a perfect location, super close to the train station. The owner is also very nice and helpful!

So the hotel is very Italian. For health reasons we didn't dare to turn on the air conditioning and it was extremely warm under the roof at night. But the labyrinth path to the room, the low price, the proximity to the center and the apparently drunk tiler just all fit together. It's also funny that you always fall into the room when you come from somewhere 😂

Too far from the city of Florence, there is no transportation other than the trainً. Meal!!!! There is no kitchen at all. You can't prepare a morning cup of coffee or tea. There is no iron for clothes. Do not raise the ceiling of your ambitions There is no refrigerator in the room or in the whole hotel

Very normal, it lacks basic services such as access for the disabled, the parking is not well accessible, let's say made only for those who need immediate quiet accommodation surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the peace of the place

A beautiful place just above Prato, very hospitable. The rooms like the rest of the house are furnished with style and care, all the rooms are spotless, the breakfast excellent with grapes from their own vineyard.

Very peaceful .lovely location on the hills of Prato.Hosts unobtrusive but very accommodating when needed .Friendly and i was able to book and eat down stairs at home restaurant Giolica where the food was scrumptious.A good walk to station but need transport back .

Easy accessible by taxi, short walk to Prato if you like and we like everything about the place. Owners were super helpful and allowed us to watch then olive oil workshop.

The rural location and beautiful villa and its historical connections with the Medici. Giovanni the owner and his staff were delightful, warm and helpful despite being busy harvesting the olives, which was interesting to watch. There were beautiful views from the terrace and balcony overlooking the hills and Prato in the distance. Really stunning location with ducks and ducklings roaming free.

Trully tremendous accomodation. Ancient italian villa situated in to olive and fig grove. It includes magnificent pool and tree shades. Tasty, rich and awesome breakfast are just the cherry on the cake.

This Villa is a place of beauty and history! We never expected such a beautiful and authentic old place as we entered this Villa from the 15th century with a beautiful garden. Our room was very clean and beautifully and we felt like home! Giovanni was a super friendly host and always available. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We are looking forward to stay again in this beautiful place 😊

We liked our stay in Villa. Fantastic breakfast, good sleep, panoramic view, and very helpful owner Francesco, which ancestors stay here for 500 years. If you are looking for ghosts, maybe you can meet them here on a way to your room :). Or you can try local vine and oil.
