B&B with attention to every aspect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the refinement of details, from compliance with anti-Covid regulations to the hospitality of the owners. The accommodation is very close to the sea but out of the typical summer chaos of the holiday resorts. Very close to both Marina di Ragusa and Puntasecca. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent location on the beach - though other amenities were a bit of a walk away. Room had a balcony and view directly over the beach and sea. Made to feel welcome by lovely staff.

In front of the beach. Rooms with terrace facing the sea have a very nice view. Relaxing place. Possibility to take breakfast in to the room terrace. A walk away from Punta Secca, by car too Ragusa and Modica, are not far.

If you want to go for a holiday but still wish to feel at home, Mar & Sol is the place for you! Right on the beach, spotless clean, very friendly staff - wonderful experience!

Everything! Kind and generous host, clean and very comfortable apartment with direct access to the beach, all the facilities you could require and days of sunshine and heat. What more would you ask for. Punta Secca is very charming and all the local people very friendly. Hopefully we will be able to go back.

Enchanting place, directly overlooking the sea. Kindness and availability characterize the owner. A corner of Sicily to visit absolutely ... at the Terrazza Montalbano.

My son and I stayed two days at this property and we found it very nice. The beach is two meters away and the sea view is splendid. The house is equipped with all comforts so it is comfortable and quiet. The owner attentive to our needs and always available. We will come back for sure.

Great seaside holiday flat in the heart of Montalbano country! Clean, modern, well furnished. Right on the beach and 5 minutes' walk from restaurants. Loved it!

A very nice panoramic point close to where the Italian tv series "Montalbano" was shot. Usually very crowded.

Staff friendly and helpful,we wonted to see Maulana ancient site which was closed but they rang someone who said they would call and take us to site and one of the owner's of hotel Emelio came also as his English was better than guide,could not be more helpful. My only criticism on hotel would be it said it had a working restaurant which was not the case .maybe to late in season!!!

An exceptionally clean place with the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. Pepe and Licia made us feel more than welcome, they made us feel at home. The breakfast was also amazing! We will absolutely be back.

The house was very cosy. Every detail was being thought off. A warm welcome, fantastic breakfast and the perfect place for guests who like to read a book at the roof terrace.

We can't rate this beautiful B and B highly enough! Everything from the design of the rooms and building, the personal touches of the service, the breakfast with home-made delicacies and the proximity to the lovely beaches was really great! We were sorry to leave!

NICE VILLAGE, COSY HOUSE WITH PLEASANT HOST

We visited Punta Secca in the third week of January with most hotels and B&B closed for holidays . We phoned the "SempreVerde B&B" on the off chance at the late hours of the day looking for a room for the same night and we were welcomed like family. Beautiful eco friendly building, nice breakfast and extremely friendly owners. A very nice experience.

An incredible experience, a fabulous eco friendly house designed by an artist and built from straw, earth, bamboo. Very nice host, really great breakfast on the large terrace. Make sure to get the best room, top of the stairs, first on the left. Best we've ever had

We stayed at the Golden Dunes on August 8th and had a great time !!!! The structure very clean and cared for, the pool delicious, but above all the owner Nicolanna wonderful !!! A perfect, welcoming and kind hostess who knows how to do this job! The excellent and very abundant breakfast, with delicious pies and donuts prepared by the same Nicolanna !! What can I say .... we will definitely be back...

Excellent place close to Barocco & Montalbano's set

Era tutto meravigliosa: le nostre conversazioni molto interessante sulla regione con Angela, la colazione con i suoi prodotti fatti in casa, una stanza bella e spaziosa, la possibilità di sedersi comodamente fuori. Ci siamo sentiti molto ben accolti. E per tutti chi amano Montalbano: Punta Secca con la sua famosa casa è vicina da lì.

Ottima accoglienza in un ambiente silenzioso tranquillo e pulito. caratterizzato da una vera passione dei proprietari per le coltivazioni biologiche. Indimenticabile la colazione, in particolare torte, pane e le straordinarie marmellate tutte fatte dalla signora.

I gave 5, the maximum, because it is not just a B&B, but in our vacation, much more. To put it briefly: lots of stuff. It is a masseria surrounded by greenery, an impeccable room equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. But the real added value is the family of Angela, the owner. In practice you feel at home, but truly at "home". The breakfast products are extremely genuine...
