Great location, lots of parking, front desk easy to deal with. Good pillows, mattresses could use replacing, not terrible but definitely well used. All in all. Still had a good night's sleep during our drive down the coast line

Hotel place in a great location to get around. Spacious rooms with small terrace. Large bathroom. Excellent breakfast full of everything. The terrace on the third floor is beautiful and offers an incredible view of the bay. The only drawback a bit 'the parking but on the other side is a bit' the problem of all in this place. Absolutely fantastic place. What a beautiful hotel, run by a great family, in a spectacular location with the best seafood we've eaten on the Italian coast. Grab a book, eat some food and enjoy.

Enjoyed our stay at this Villa by the sea. Grounds are very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was always good. Loved the jelly filled croissant. Dinner food was good and plentiful. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

We only spent one night here but the room was amazing, great view of the ocean, the breakfast was awesome too. Hopefully we can stay here again when we are in the area.

I ate here one of the best "cacciucco" I have had in my life, and I have had *many*. There is a "secret" ingredient in the dish which makes it particularly flavourful and the sauce is thick as you should expect. The "spaghetti allo scoglio" are also very well made, with fresh ingredients and juicy sauce. Check also the "antipasti" out - we didn't try the "salmon cheese cake" but it looks gorgeous....

This is a place I always went to with my family at least once a year, the building itself is nothing special, but the view is breathtaking, the staff is friendly and the food is always good.

The location is good and it has an excellent view on the sea. The service is normal but the organization is somewhat poor: the dishes are brought to the table in a strange order, and if you want a pizza While in the restaurant, you have to wait. The fish and the meat are good, but the pizzas aren't, probably because of the electric oven.

six of us stopped here without a reservation on a Sunday afternoon and were treated to a 5 star experience. With each course the chef sent a "surprise" small taste from the kitchen. The food was superb and the service was great. The view from the dining area is spectacular too. Highly recommend this restaurant but suspect you should make a reservation....we just got very lucky I think.

We had such an amazing meal, can’t wait to go back one day! Our waiter and waitress were so amazing and professional. I really loved the whole experience!! Would highly recommend. Note: the menu seems to always change!

Great place with great service. Amazing view from the balcony. We had the fish tasting menu and it was great as well. But, it's a bit worn here and there and the bed was a bit hard for our taste. There's room for improvement, but I absolutely recommend spending a couple of nights here!

The House of Ulysses is a security. This was the fourth time. Spotless rooms, impeccable service, excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. What is the real added value is the human relationship established with the owners, truly special people. I recommend it and I will be back.

Excellent accommodation with beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms. Approx. 600 meters away from a beautiful bathing beach. quiet location, parking no problem. The two owners take good care of their guests. We particularly enjoyed the dinner offered there. Always nice that there are people like Bruna and Marco and to be able to get to know them. Unreservedly recommended, would love to come back

Casale Del Mare, is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The pool is fantastic and the scenery is incredible. The wine is great and goes well with the local food. Everyone was incredibly helpful during my first stay, and I have since visited 3 other times. Would highly recommend!

I was passing by today. I fell badly and hit my head on concrete. I was not a patron yet they took care of me with such kindness. There was no taxi available so the manager drove us to get attention. They all blatantly refused a tip of any kind- such good people ❤️❤️

***- star hotel, great place. Workers are patiente, good dishes. Coffee is incredible (Italian traditional coffee) Incredible sights from room windows. I absolutely recommend it. In italy, Winter is not too cold, they use only heat pump type air conditioners to warming up rooms. It is enough. If You are cold, you need a plus blanket to awoid coldness. Views of the bay from the rooms and restaurant are great and the food at dinner was very nice and reasonable but the beach is a bit cramped

Quiet, well maintained, cleanliness, kindness, availability. All at the highest level. Too bad our room only with a window. I love the outdoors. But beautiful terraces overlooking the sea.

I recommend this b & b to everyone. It felt like home but in a wonderful place. Cleanliness and order of the rooms are wonderfully seasoned by the extreme courtesy and availability of Katia and Adriana. We hope to find a place again next time!

Visiting town for a friend's wedding, stayed 3 nights, Room was large, décor and furniture looking sort of old but clean. Lacked air-conditioning which was a bit of issue in mid June, leaving windows open was ok until night club on beach in line with window started up. An excellent small hotel with comfortable & modern rooms, beautiful breakfast room / outdoor area, great swimming pool, funky bar and multiple lounges indoors and out. Plus parking onsite! We spent 3 days here and loved it. Staff are very friendly. Many restaurants in the immediate area plus a supermarket. Beach is close. We might make this an annual trip!

Oh, we really enjoyed staying two nights in this hotel! It was clean, comfy, cozy and well located (3 minutes walk to the beach) Cleaning ladies are so adorable (say thank You to them, you will see how happy will they be!!!) Receptionists were helpful and friendly. They speak English. Lobby, swimming pool, garden and breakfast room are on point. Everything was great!

Hotel in the center of Castiglioncello but far from the chaos as it is surrounded by greenery. Outdoor pool in the Villa (fantastic) and indoor pool in the main building. Rooms one different from the other, renovated in a very imaginative way. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice on the menu for all tastes. Very helpful staff is nice. It feels like home.

We stayed in the main building of the hotel for a week in August with half board. The structure is not brand new but very well kept, clean and welcoming, the rooms have also been partially renovated. The hotel staff was amazing. Very helpful and very caring. It's situated just a few minutes from the train station, with shopping and the beach very nearby. I could only give it 3 stars because there is some sort of musty problem in the hotel which severely affected my allergies. If you don't have allergies, then you'll find this a great hotel for your trip.

I just visited Vila Parisi for 2 nights for a wedding , and it was an amazing experience. The location it's very near to a sharp cliff and the make it a way down to the sea where they installed a platform for special occasions like the one I've been to. The hotel it's very old and well preserved (1912). The rooms are super clean and the housekeepers are the best❤. The food was very good and tasty...

We hired this hotel exclusively for our daughter's wedding and when I say exclusively I mean for the week. The hotel was chosen by my daughter for her marriage to her man. A year in the planning and everything went off smoothly as per plan. The hotel is a very old hotel but the standard of this place is exceptional. Nice hotel and good if you want to travel to the inland, but DON'T bathe in the beach 6 km south (Spiagge bianche) because it's TOXIC. The beach is so white because the local factories dumps mercury, lead & cadmium. High cancer rates amoung the inhabitants of the local city (Rosignano Solvay).

I have really enjoyed my stay and still am. The breakfast is excellent and the gramophone playing at breakfast really fits the"grandeur" and feel of the early days of this hotel. The charm is still very much present,very professional staff. The rooms are spacious aswell.

Very old fashion hotel, nice view on the Castiglioncello sea. Rooms' furniture is old style but clean. Very close to the center and promenade. Free parking is available for guests. Nice garden and garden view of the restaurant lounge. I recommend it!

Ideal location a few steps from the sea and the center and practically in the pine forest! Charming building and tastefully furnished in the common areas while the room could be improved in the furniture. Generous breakfast from the menu as per anti Covid legislation. Impeccable cleaning. A beautiful hotel with a nice garden. In the garden are nice seats to relax or something to drink. It is within walking distance of the sea and the center. Super friendly staff, very helpful. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. Highly recommended!

I planned a last minute vacation to Castiglioncello and was so happy with my stay. Roberto was so kind and helpful and told us all the good spots in town and offered to make reservations, hold our bags and always went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. The town was small, quiet, and peaceful and had a magical sort of feeling. It was such an amazing time!

At first, the room smelled like they emptied a whole bottle of chemicals there. A less smelly cleanser would be advisable. At least the room was spotless clean and cool during the hottest summer days. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with parking, bags, advices etc. The breakfast was not really enjoyable but that was not an issue considering its convenient location to the other restaurants...

Cozy residence, we had problems upon our arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned 😱😱 after our heated complaints they took care ..... The holiday went well !!! Rated 10 to the lifeguard of the residence .. Super polite, nice and welcoming!

The apartments, some on the ground floor, others on the first or second floor, unfortunately without a lift, are very pleasant, even if rather wet, but it is normal since they are just a few meters from the sea.
