The worst hotel i've stayed at in my life!Horror!

A total disappointment, old and ugly room, I had ordered a room for 4, two single beds and a bunk bed and instead a double bed and a bunk bed. There is work in progress and no one told us about the inconvenience. Not being able to go out onto the balcony if you open it. breathe glass wool that hurts there are no parking spaces for everyone there will be 4 for the whole building breakfast let's not talk about four things counted we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived but the lady was smart she made us pay as soon as we arrived which is the first time I see, I usually pay when I leave, not when I arrive, never again

I would like to report an unpleasant episode that occurred in September 2023 in this facility. Aware of the fact that I take responsibility for what I write and that I am in any case in possession of written proof (Whatsapp chat with the structure). The moment I leave the hotel after paying the bill, I realize that I have left the charger at the hotel and I go back to get it. At the reception they told me that the cleaning staff had finished their shift and that there was nothing they could do except wait until the next day (strange). I go home and the following day I call the hotel and they tell me that they are busy and to call back. In practice they did everything in a hasty and superficial manner for an object of modest value which, with a bit of desire and a call to the staff (since we are in 2023 and everyone has a mobile phone) could have been recovered in 5 minutes.

Worst place ever the staff was really rude and agressive. There’s nothing good to say about this place, and I’m giving them one star cause I can’t give 0.

I recommend to a young clientele, located near the station and therefore convenient for travel. The cleaning staff and breakfast room have always been friendly, Monica is saved at the reception and you can see that she knows how to do her job very well. In the vicinity there is not little competition, I recommend spending a little more per night for families and couples who want a better quality stay.

I did not have the opportunity to stay but already from the telephone exchange the seriousness of the structure was understood very well.
I state that we wanted to stay another two days in riccione so it was necessary to change the train date
I called for the availability of a double bed that was sold to me for 105 euros, I attacked and changed the departure date by naturally paying a supplement with the company and when I recalled the price of the room (booked) it magically became 170 euros, final of the story I called the owner who did not calculate me at all and I was left in riccione without a place to sleep
