We had a perfect stay in the hotel. The staff is super helpful. Especially Elia. The food is amazing and yummy. Simply perfect is the way to the sea / beach. Withing walking distance and superb restaurants. The hotel is basically in the city centre and everything within walking distance. All in all, a perfect stay with perfect staff.

Hotel Stella is a wonderful place to stay with all the personnel being very Kind and Professional it is also located perfectly !

Excellent from the timely response to our request for a quote until check-out. Excellent location to get to the beach and very central for evening strolls through the shopping streets. Ottima posizione, pranzo e cena al sesto/settimo piano sono da urlo, non avevamo la mezza pensione, ma l'aperitivo Pasquale ci ha fatto provare l'esperienza. Fantastic and helpful personnel. Very good location, in the center, but far enough from noisy points and events with good restaurants nearby. Very nice and elegant beach. Nice lounge and good breakfasts. The only '-' - very small bathrooms in 2 rooms I stayed.

Staff is extremly friendly and tries to help wherever they can. There was a misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff which was solved quickly. The hotel staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our group of 8 had to check out very early in the morning, and the staff started serving breakfast much earlier specially for us. Our room was nice with a balcony and a whirlpool. Some parts of the room were a little dusty and dirty when we checked in but overall still good enough. Hence, the 1 star less.

Ideal location, facilities and excellent suite rooms. Staff is lovely and very patient especially with children. Nice place to stay, however some rooms are too tight. The soundproofing is poor so room parties are out of the question.

Very nice family hotel in Riccione

We spent 1 week at the Kent Hotel. The sea view rooms were super nice, simple and refurbished. We had booked with breakfast and dinner, breakfast is limited due to Corona, but still very good. Dinner was always delicious, large portions and cooked very, very well! Sabina served us every day and the service and friendliness were great! We come safe again.

I just got home. I must say that my family and I had a really good time, too bad there was no longer the possibility of staying one more night .. you eat very well the services at the table quite fast there was in particular a young waiter named Kevin who really is the top does his job very well .. he did not stop for a minute ... Good location, excellent breakfast, clean and fun pool. Parking is ok, and reasonably priced. Staff is helpful, but sometimes distant, but they do a really good job running the place. The bar is overpriced, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants to have drinks. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families with kids.

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! The staff were warm and welcoming too!! The bicycles provided for our cycling were nice than any bike I’ve ever ridden. I hope to return soon

My wife and I were part of a 53 member biking trip in late May 2023. The food was excellent, the facilities in great shape, and the staff very cheerful and attentive to every need. The cycling guides were really good. This hotel has one of the largest pools in the area. Wifi is OK but not real fast but we found that true in the two other hotels we stayed at in Italy.
