Residence Terminus Apart-hotel

Hi, Pretty pricey for what you get, but to well that is high season in Rimini (all of Italy) apparently. We were asked to move after one night form the 6th to 2nd floor, and as a family of 6, we have lots of stuff, so I refused. They said it was not possible. But moving for only 3 more nights was a lot of work for us (packing bags etc). In the end we were allowed to stay. Do not pay for the beds on the beach in advance via the residence. It is the 40 beach part not the 39 right in front. We were not told that. Just book per day at the beach. Also we did not get money back after a few days bad weather and not able to go to the beach. A waste of 40 EUR. Would not come back due to lack of service. Location right at the beach is great though.

Booked a studio with a sea view for 2 nights and on arrival were given a room with no sea view. We asked for a different room and were told they don’t guarantee a sea view as all rooms are priced the same……which isn’t the case. We were told they were fully booked so couldn’t offer us a different room. We booked a different hotel and as we were leaving, were told they could put us in a different room and they denied they’d told us they were fully booked. They argued with us in the foyer and refused to give us our €8 tax back. We are well travelled and have never been spoken to by staff so rudely. One further thing, there is a note in the room saying you will be charged €12 per day if you use the kitchenette on stays of 3 days or less! I’m sure there must be an ulterior motive for them not putting us in the correct room and they obviously didn’t expect us to leave! The website showed 7 rooms available!
