Food is great, rooms are pretty fine and clean. Staff is somewhat weird and is clearly not happy that you're visiting. Cleaning lady was extremely nice, though.

Such a wonderful place to stay in our vacation in Rimini. The whole place was spotlessly clean, our room very comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. All staff were very friendly, 1 minute from the beach, grocery store, restaurants and bus into town.

great and friendly staff, room is great with the price. balcony is convenient fo smoking or just chilling, free and decent breakfast. Only problem I had was there was no place to charge your phone and neighbors snore so loud.

Hotel by the sea, beautiful and large deluxe room for 2 with terrace and breathtaking view. The hotel is very large consisting of 2 structures. The good and plentiful breakfast and all the waiters are very kind. The only flaw is in the daily cleaning of the rooms which was not the best found even with other customers. I enjoyed a two week stay at the hotel. The staff is very accommodating, and the evening meals are always spectacular, both in quality and presentation! Their private beach area also includes outdoor dining. Rooms are ample size for beachfront hotel, and are well serviced by housekeeping staff. Free use of bicycles is a plus to move about the area.

Hotel is pretty old. Some weird smell everywhere. Conditioner works very loud. Pool is very small and most of people run to take places in the morning.

Basic budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Very nice buffet breakfast each morning and staff very friendly. In particular the lady on reception went out of her way to help us get to the motogp and gave us a lot of info and advice about getting around and places to go and see.

Perfect location for beach, bus stop just outside for train station and city centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are perhaps in need of a revamp, however clean and if you're on a budget more than adequate. Bathroom/shower is typical Italian style. Takes a bit of getting used to but again workable. Outdoor pool also and advantage. No qualms about returning here in the future.

Three stars for three star hotel. 20 meters from beach offer excellent choice for families. Good price, mediocre rooms with sea view and so so breakfast. Other side of hotel is on the street where you can find everything you need. Recommend.
