Very, very clean hotel. Personal staff. Excellent restaurant on premise. Hotel owner, Anna and family always visible and made certain our stay was perfect. Private safe passage to the beach. Two beautiful outdoor pools with a beautiful surrounding. Highly reccomend this hotel.

Staff, food and aura at the hotel deserve five star rating! Maintenance guys, housekeepers, administrative and restaurant personnel are superb 👌 Don't expect all of them to speak English, but you can be sure they'll solve any issue! Grazie miele!

I am not staying at this hotel during my stay here. But I ate dinner there with my colleagues and the staff was so pleasant and nice. They catered to our wants and needs. The food was tasty, delicious and real Italian. Bellismo!!! What fun times dancing with the families and children after enjoying a great meal!!!

I booked with a 3rd party website a year in advance(AMOMA) and my rooms were “cancelled” four hours before getting on a flight to Italy. I called Hotel Kennedy and spoke with Daniel. Rocco the manager and his staff treated me and my family like we were family . I was asked if I wanted special breakfasts and they delivered pizza to me late night. The location is the best in calabria,rooms large and very clean . Just the nicest people running this hotel . Highly recommend if you staying in Calabria. Also hotel club Kennedy great also to visit

The hotel is clearly 4 not 5 stars. Staff are friendly, that’s the biggest plus. Room service or dinner not available until 8pm, you can’t eat before that, at all. Shower was a little unclean and smelt bad, needed to run for a while to clear the smell. Good TV package, food was top end of average - again, not five star. Hotel would not get 5 starts if inspected.

It is a beautiful hotel and property most the staff is very friendly. However ivenever stayed in 5 star hotel that charges for pool towels? Mind you, it's not so much, $3 but this is a 5 star, never had this happen in all my years of travel. But a really nice hotel and worthy of staying. Easy access to the beach just across the street too.

Very quiet and familiar environment, kind and helpful staff, the only thing I feel like doing is to renovate the bathrooms in the rooms or at least the one where we stayed, we will be back for sure.

Courteous and helpful staff. Family climate. Excellent breakfast thanks also to the fruits of the area made available. The view from the sea front rooms is stunning. The only flaw is access to the beach: local institutions should do something to favor the structure and tourists.

I have rented rooms for relatives who will be staying there shortly for my wedding. Really friendly and helpful staff, very nice and comfortable rooms. The view is spectacular and I saw that it also has a swimming pool. The internal parking is very convenient.

Fantastic location, views of the Ionian Sea and the breathtaking village of Roccella. The house has a large garden, dependence and swimming pool. Highly recommended

An authentic house surrounded by greenery and with a sea view. Have fruit from the garden for breakfast and forget about time as the sun sets its course over the valley.

Great house, great host and great view. Our stay was really nice and restful. The villa is comfortable and clean. You have enough place there as well as in the big wonderfull garden with a lot of fruit and olive trees. We felt like at home and liked the design very much, with a lot of cute details in the house and a comfortable relaxing area on the terrace as well as a big barbeque place. Great atmosphere...

I state that unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to stay at this charming B&B, due to lack of availability; but a couple of friends do. The owner is a very fine and kind lady, she offered me an excellent coffee with a croissant. The room was an old stable, renovated in a modern style and equipped with every comfort. To help her an equally friendly and helpful lady, who has a very nice daughter...

Very nice and helpful owner and employees. Place recently renovated; inside the rooms the toilets and furniture are new and clean. Central location, a few steps from the sea as well as from the train station.

Brand new structure, inside the naturally spotless rooms nothing is missing, excellent location close to the center and the sea. Friendly and helpful owners, definitely worth returning.

The B&B is not bad even if it has many flaws. Let's start from the not exactly favorable position because, to reach any place (apart from bakeries) you have to move with a vehicle, otherwise you will have to make a fairly demanding climb to be able to return to the room. The room was quite large albeit with a very cramped bathroom as was the shower. In the room there were various pieces of furniture...

Although in the hills you reach the sea without problems on foot. Beautiful terrace, good breakfast and hospitable owner. Not really cheap to be a B&B in the province of Reggio Calabria.

Tiny accommodation. We had a large room, clean, renovated, modernly furnished with a very nice bathroom. Unfortunately on the ground floor with access through the tiny breakfast room. A small window to the neighboring house 2m away. Good Italian breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice and fruits. No internet at first, Signore Enzo tirelessly. The next day i. O. The remote control for satellite TV...

Wonderful place to stay in Rochella! Breakfast was great every morning and we got some bikes to use for a few days. It's hard to find a place to stay here so this was a great find. This was my favorite town of our whole trip!!
