Parco dei Principi Hotel

The voucher, which was valid for another year, was not accepted by the hotel. The price was paid. They just didn't provide service for it. I lost my money. It's all a scam. Don't pay anything in advance

We stayed 3 nights. Quality-price does not worth it. They said they gave us the 2 last rooms they had with sea view… we were able to see the sea far far away because there was also another part of the building in the middle.

The rooms were not so clean, we only knew that someone entered to “clean” because they left more soap and more towels on a small chair that was inside the bathroom.
There was not pressure in the bathrooms and one of the showers that supposed to have hydro massage didn’t work and when we complained about it they told us that they already knew that it didn’t work (they never said it at the check in).

The wifi was also really poor.

The first night, as we arrived late, we decided to have dinner there. The food was good but too expensive. The staff was very nice.

The breakfast was good and also the staff there was really nice and good!

They offer a van-service that take clients to the beach, but only if you pay the Lido (which is next to a public beach). They only take you if you then, pay the lido.
We didn’t know this till we were already at the lido. The next day we went by our own to the public beach.
The young who drives us there was also very kind.

The location is ok if you have a car to move around.

In general, we can’t complain about the staff, but what they offer and how much they make you pay, is a lot. You need to pay almost for breathing.

We had a problem with our previous reservation and didn’t have neither time or more options, sure I wouldn’t choose it again.
I’d visit Rocella Jonica again, but not Parco dei Principi.

Can’t find the words to describe this place. Let me just say definitely a 2 star hotel where most things don’t work, You will be very disappointed. The best experience about this hotel was leaving.

First impression place looks nice but very dated our experience included no entry keys working, no electronics working, no water pressure or hot water, no AC, no working gym equipment, cleaners not cleaning only changing sheets and towels and the hotel smells terrible.
Definitely a 2-3 star hotel no we’re near a 5 star

Mostly aimed at events/weddings. Dissapointing for a 5 star hotel: beach is not reachable by foot and management and service for guests needs some improvement (no information about activities/fun trips was spontaniously given when arrived at the hotel, pool bar was still under construction, the pool was being cleaned at 10am-1pm when guests wanted to swim instead of cleaning early in the morning, very loud music from wedding event downstairs at the same time as dinner reservation for 'ordinary guests' without warning, the same breakfast every morning, 'free' shuttle bus from the beach was only for free until 6pm in the evening)

Nice building, but poorly maintained rooms. No hot water for a while, weak air conditioning, no tea/coffee facilities and bad smells from the drains
