Nice reception people and clean wc and room

This hotel is a little jem in the heart of Rovereto. Stayed twice in the span of a week. The service was spectacular, especially Chiara, who was incredible and informative. Only a couple of recommendations. Put in soap dispensers in shower. Those packets barely wash an arm. Add a couple of fluffier pillows. Otherwise great stay!

The lady in charge of the hotel was the friendliest person you could ever meet, and was very helpful. The hotel was decorated well, very clean, and had a working air conditioner. The garage was tight but sufficient and modern.

Previously ended up in Relais Palazzo Lodron by chance. But what a beautiful location! Quietly situated in Nogaredo, a hamlet between vineyards and apple fields. Just beautiful. A place to stop and breathe. Great hostess that made us feel very welcome. Lots of tips on where to eat and what to do. Room outstanding as the bed and linen. Loved it!

Nice hotel of apartments. We had all the space we needed. Good location, very short drive to the Costa ski lift, which we started from due to my youngest having baby lessons. An amazing location for the Serrada lift if all skiers in your group are competent - just a very short walk. The pizza restaurant behind the apartments was fantastic and great to get a discount for staying at the apartments.

The place is okay and clean but the appartment needs a bit of upgrade. The wi-fi wasn’t working all the time during our stay.

Close to skilifts, rooms are ok

Everything is ok, except for heating. The rooms are not warm enough. During skiing (over the day) is off. In the evening is heated better but not enough. A bad way to save money.

If you go for the skiing, then this hotel is adequate but sadly not very welcoming but we had good sport trying to extract a smile from reception. Food is again, sadly basic and alcohol not cheap, but there is a good bar close by. It could be so much better but its cheap and we were there for skiing, which was great.

We booked Hotel Eden last minute online. Wonderful place run by wonderful people: the hosts Millie and her daughter Cristiana. They are always ready to help in anything you ask them. Rooms are superb, clean and looking perfect for us. For sure we would like to come back to such a splendid place.

Nice place to be, with breakfast. Not expensive. Only problem was that in the end of April there was no heating. The room was cold. There is a good restaurant at the end of the street. The center of Arco is 5min on foot. The street is were tight that gies to the apparent.

Room was ok and clean. It is a bit older in equipment but the staff was really nice.

Unfortunately I forgot my passport at the hotel and had to fly again a week later. So I was very pressed for time and Mavy was extremely helpful and made it possible for me to have my passport 4 days later. Thank you for the immediate help.

The hotel has a pizza and salad restaurant at a very reasonable price they were the best we have eaten. The staff were very friendly and professional; we were made to feel very welcome. Hôtel let’s you appreciate your surroundings in the beautiful Northern side of Lake Garda. Check in was prompt at 3pm. Room has a fridge which was a nice surprise. Absolutely hands down best views of the lake! From breakfast and bar deck, pool deck and hot tub which is nestled between the mountain and hotel (and front facing rooms with balcony!) This place is so cheap. I paid 99€ included breakfast and dinner. It's run by the sisters of church. You cannot take your own breakfast although they're in the table since it was their COVID19 regulation.

We were looking for a peaceful holiday with the possibility of hiking and walking along mountain paths. The Grizzly hotel could not offer us better. The family management and the availability of Irene, Michele, Gaia and all the staff in recommending routes and attractions have made the period spent fabulous. Located near the ski slopes, surrounded by the forest. For me a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, the food is excellent and the owners are friendly. The hotel is chalet type, rustic. It has no swimming pool or spa but is located at 1475 meters above sea level. The peace, the silence, the view that you see when you go out on the balcony are priceless.

A fantastic stay! At the Grizzly hotel there is peace and tranquility, surrounded by the mountains. All very clean and comfortable. Excellent cuisine, with typical dishes and local products. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone! Thanks for all!!

Not what is promised on the website We are torn. The accommodation is a bit out of the way, but beautiful in the vineyards. The rooms are clean and functional, but the kitchen is poorly equipped, the sofa bed in the 4-person room is not really suitable for sleeping and everything is rather poorly furnished. What really didn't work, however, is that a pool was advertised, but it was closed without notice...

The experience was good; the most beautiful thing was the vineyard view; and rooms were clean, kitchen was well equipped,ps. No hairdryer so you have to bring one,and check in pretty simple, the price for just a night was a little bit high but it’s a nice and romantic location a longer stay;

Overall good. The place is clean and big enough. The ventilation in the toilet was noisy. No soap or anything to use. No coffee or tea for guests. No water or milk in the fridge. Seriously I believe that for the price they could have provided them. Or take another 5 euro for it. Was very disappointed after a long drive to not find any of that. The reception is in another hotel couple minutes from there...

wonderful place, friendly and clean. u can find everything what u need in the kitchen and in the bedroom is even a little library. if the sun is out - chill in the hammocks or next to the pool🤘🏻
