I know the reviews from Google. Good and critical. However, I can not confirm these negatives. Hotel not large and very decent. Reception staff helpful and contact. Restaurant cuisine interesting and service of young people service at a decent level. The team cleaning rooms consisting of ladies who know their work perfectly. Location of the hotel sensational. The person managing the reception - manager not only from the name of the position. The sommelier advising in the restaurant - respect for knowledge and empathy towards people. Yes, gladly our group ( 2 families), will return someday to the Hotel Enterprise in Montalto di Castro - Marina. Greetings!

We spent a nice week on half board, July 2024. Restaurant with excellent food, fantastic maitre d' and waiters/waitresses.
Average buffet breakfast for a 4 star hotel, I would perhaps have included fresh fruit instead of the one in syrup..
Large rooms with small balcony, perhaps need a little more maintenance and modernization.
Overall, however, I highly recommend a stay, also for the very short walking distance to the beach and for the quality of the establishment (umbrellas not too close to each other).
Very kind reception staff, swimming pool not huge but pleasant and quiet.
We'll be back.

We have been coming to the hotel for years
On the day of check out they usually allowed us to use the swimming pool as we had a small child
This time they told us in an unpleasant and disturbed way (ways that always belong to the same person)
which was not possible.
But beyond the bureaucratic problems they could have helped us as always.
Furthermore, this year the costs have increased from 120 to 155 euros with breakfast only.
The rooms are always the same (old style)
And especially with previous tenants' underwear in the drawers.
Which also happened a year ago
But the way we were treated this morning goes to this point.
I don't think we will return

Mind your passport. Our identity card was retained on arrival and not returned. As this is very unusual, we had forgotten to ask for it back. Which I personally would see as the responsibility of the hotel as they have taken it. We only noticed it was missing at the new hotel. They were very uncooperative with us. No support at all. Customer orientation is a foreign word here, they couldn't even apologize to us, even though we had lost 100 euros and a day's vacation. Absolutely impossible.

Good value for money and very nice hotel. Restaurant is super good with good ingredients. We also appreciated the fact that they organised transport to/from train station.
