Filthy rooms with consumed drinks left in the mini bar. The bathroom mirror had spit stains and the shower room was mouldy. The place does not live up to the Mercure brand name.
Facilities were subpar. Staff initially advised that an iron would be available, only for them to advise the next morning that it is not. The “hot” breakfast was cold and the cold breakfast was poor.
The only positive side of this hotel is its great location and room views.

We do not recommend this hotel as it needs a serious update and good cleaning! Mattress had no cover and was full yellow stains, bathroom had black mold. Lady at the front desk was polite and understanding.

single handidly one of the worst places i have ever stayed the rooms were grim and falling apart with terrible staff who couldn’t be more useless place is a complete joke and 4 stars is outrageous wont be returning still waiting for water after 45minutes. no bottle opener so they used the bar side!!! plus bugs and rotten broken appliances all throughout the room with mold in the bathroom and no electrics in the room

The positive! Nice balcony view of the ocean.
The negative the front male desk employee was very rude. I had an issue with the network in my room and all he did was complain and curse in Italian. He thought I didn't understand. If you're looking for a decent view it's ok nothing to brag about. I won't return that's for sure

The only good thing about this hotel is its location by the side of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
We stayed in this property on 30 Apr 2024 as part of a group tour. Some of our tour mates had very bad experience.
Will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Horrible hotel don’t you ever book with them.. they are horrible to treat especially Americans very inconsiderate and not understanding language barrios and distances.. don’t waist your time pay more in somewhere else when they can be more humans then money sucker like this hotel.. that explains their rate 3.6 no comments

This hotel has some lovely ‘old world’ charm in its layout and decoration. The staff were good, especially the restaurant waiter who couldn’t do enough to be of assistance. Unfortunately the hotel was quite noisy when I stayed. There appeared to be a function with a lot of children in the evening, and they were noisy which affected my room. My room also had an interconnecting door to the adjacent room. This meant noise from next door travelled very easily, and the occupants appeared totally unaware of how noisy they were.
The location of the hotel is ‘out of town’ so if you don’t have transport you are a little too far from the main town.
On the plus side I dined in the restaurant and the service and food was of a good standard.

This hotel had an amazing old charm atmosphere. Definitely felt like you were in Europe. The floors are tiled, ac units in every room and the views are amazing. Stayed in room 132. I've attached a small video of our view from the restaurant on location. They had amazing food as well.

Great seaside resort hotel near the pier so good location to stop over if on the late arriving ferry as I did.
Cute rooms with nespresso machine which is welcome in the morning.
Breakfast is simple with plentiful options.

it could be a very good hotel if they would invest in their renovations and maintenance...the bathrooms and most of the buildings are far beyond their best years...the breakfast is typical italian a lot of sweets, ham, cheese and thats it...also the staff we met wasnt really friendly. I used a few of my accor points so it wasnt too bad, but for the normal price it would be a joke...the location is really lovely, so with a few updates it could find its way to former glory.
