My sister was staying at this hotel and I wanted to treat her a bottle of wine. The hotel was very accommodating and swiftly sent an extensive wine list. After I made a choice, they sent the wine up to the room with a beautiful card. Great service!

Room very large if a little dated, the thermal spa gets very busy and there isn't much room to move. Dinner and food in general is quite good but could do with a bigger selection for breakfast.

Quite old hotel. You can see it on every moment. In rooms toilets there's no even soap, so recommended you to take your own from home. Limited breakfast, only one cheese, one ham. It should be 3 star not 4 star hotel. But its situated perfectly in town.

A very nice, small, lovely hotel! Rooms are large and confortable, cuisine is various, accurate, tasty. A quiet garden and a silent street are perfect for a "recharging battery" weekend!! My preferred thing is phrases on the hotel internal walls, a beautiful idea!! And the best for me is "Nobody can brush my hair best than the wind" (Alda Merini, Italian poetress).

Another Terrific Stay! We’ve been staying at the Villa Fiorita for a number of years. The property is immaculate, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast spread expansive and good. But it’s the friendly staff and lovely family who run the hotel that keep us coming back. Covid made us cancel bookings in 2020 and 2021 so we were delighted to return in 2022. Beautiful hotel in Art Nouveau style, built in 1907 and run by a lovely family. There is an elevator (pictured) to get you/your luggage to the rooms on the upper floors. Beautiful marble everywhere. Really nice little sitting area you can use as a group convening area if you have people in several room. The breakfast spread was lovely every morning. They were accommodating for food allergies and preferences...

The staff has been excellent from assisting with getting taxis, dinner reservations and help with where local interests are. The rooms are quaint, with the bare essentials for your stay. The best was a little hard and the shower is small. Location is convenient to the main area of the town and within walking distance of multiple food choices. My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this residence. Nothing to say really gorgeous, we had the jacuzzi in the room which was really gorgeous and made the room even more beautiful! Very central in front of the spa. A clean hotel from times gone by, the period, the end of October, revealed a warm and welcoming atmosphere, an autumnal warmth full of colours. It was like feeling at home. Definitely recommended.

Hotel located in the city center, amazing location. The breakfast is very limited, the staff were polite and followed us in our requests. There is parking but it is not nearby, it is located a few meters as the crow flies but you have to take your car back, there are very convenient parking lots in the back of the hotel but they are paid. It is the best hotel that has remained open and functioning in Salsomaggiore ... Once upon a time they jumped through hoops to be able to spend a week in Salsomaggiore .... Today everything went to hell.

A small, cosy, clean, quiet and hospitable hotel in the center of Salso. The staff is extremely helpful and service-minded and does everything to make you feel welcome and part of the family. Also the food is home-made, good and plenty.

Salsomoggiore is a town I discovered on a biking trip. The view over such a green tree studded town is superb. As for the hotel, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was second to none. A place I will visit again. See photos.

We stayed for just two days at the Hotel Roma and we immediately felt comfortable, first of all for the location which is very close to the centre, the very kind staff made us feel at ease, always available, furthermore both the room and the bathroom were excellently clean! we will definitely be back!

Salsomaggiore Terme is a lovely traditional Italian family resort. Hotel Roma was perfectly located and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our stay. Clean room and an extensive choice for breakfast. Absolutely no complaints. Great value.

Good hotel in a great location. Just need to keep going with upgrades and a few tweaks. The balconies need attention and anything broken fixed. The shower needs thinking about as very slippy. The air con was too loud to sleep with. However, the staff were lovely and helpful, the reception area was bright and cheerful, the breakfast was very good and overall the hotel was very clean.

This hotel has great value. You get treated really well, rooms are more than right for the price and food is terrific! It is no more than 5 blocks from the center. Mine particular room had a balcony, which is welcome!

The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are what you'd expect, but the kitchen is extraordinary. In full board, you'd expect one specialty and, if you don't like that, an alternative of spaghetti. Not so at the hotel Roma. Quite often, there are three choices and all three are special and extremely tasty.

Not only a hotel but also an excellent restaurant. Typical traditional cuisine, all homemade, from cappelletti in broth to potato tortelli with truffles. Seconds and desserts are also delicious. Large portions and more honest prices. Really recommended for those looking for a place to eat well as in the past with local recipes.

I was in this hotel for the bridge championships several years ago, four days from Thursday to Sunday. The hotel is unpretentious but certainly welcoming and familiar. The kitchen is its strong point: we have eaten a lot and certainly above average quality food. The only thing for breakfast did not have cappuccino with soy milk (asked on the first day) ... The rooms are normal although unfortunately...

I considered this hotel excellent because I think the most important thing when you are on vacation is that the place is clean you eat well and there is courtesy, trust and cordiality on the part of the owners and all my staff has found all this! Will definitely come back !!!!

Friendly staff that are happy to help you, very nice rooms, good airco, nice pool. Dinner and breakfast were both fine, we enjoyed it, though we would have loved it if there were more local products for breakfast.

Easy five stars. Friendly and helpful staff, marvellous pool and bar, well functioning airco. Italian breakfast is the default, but continental breakfast is available as well. There were only minor inconveniences (the doors of the shower cabin didn't close well thus flooding the bathroom, weak WiFi signal) but these don't change the overall excellent experience.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Holland. The room was very clean and solid with good airco. What we likes less was that the bed was too hard for us and the room was a bit noisy, right at the stairs from reception and the voices from a room above is coming through the airco vent and walking(stamping) early in the morning. The hotel itself is idyllic with a nice pool and a big parking...

Good comfortable bed in a decent room. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is also quite good stocked with breads, jams, toast and sandwich maker, cheese, cold meats, eggs, croissants, Nutella, fruit etc... a nice hidden gem.
