Friendly staff that are happy to help you, very nice rooms, good airco, nice pool. Dinner and breakfast were both fine, we enjoyed it, though we would have loved it if there were more local products for breakfast.

Easy five stars. Friendly and helpful staff, marvellous pool and bar, well functioning airco. Italian breakfast is the default, but continental breakfast is available as well. There were only minor inconveniences (the doors of the shower cabin didn't close well thus flooding the bathroom, weak WiFi signal) but these don't change the overall excellent experience.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Holland. The room was very clean and solid with good airco. What we likes less was that the bed was too hard for us and the room was a bit noisy, right at the stairs from reception and the voices from a room above is coming through the airco vent and walking(stamping) early in the morning. The hotel itself is idyllic with a nice pool and a big parking...

Good comfortable bed in a decent room. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is also quite good stocked with breads, jams, toast and sandwich maker, cheese, cold meats, eggs, croissants, Nutella, fruit etc... a nice hidden gem.

Quite old hotel. You can see it on every moment. In rooms toilets there's no even soap, so recommended you to take your own from home. Limited breakfast, only one cheese, one ham. It should be 3 star not 4 star hotel. But its situated perfectly in town.

Good hotel overall. The rooms are comfortable but a little "dated". Meals are good On the other hand the swimming pool is unusable because in a deplorable state!

Lovely welcome and clean, comfortable room. A 3 minute walk to the centre of a charming ancient spa town. Staff were very friendly.

A very nice, small, lovely hotel! Rooms are large and confortable, cuisine is various, accurate, tasty. A quiet garden and a silent street are perfect for a "recharging battery" weekend!! My preferred thing is phrases on the hotel internal walls, a beautiful idea!! And the best for me is "Nobody can brush my hair best than the wind" (Alda Merini, Italian poetress).

The location is undoubtedly the strong point of this hotel! As well as the price. A stone's throw from the Berzieri spa and the center. With a nice garden in front. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is really very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The only flaw in my opinion is the furnishings that should be renewed. If I can afford I would renovate...

Considered a 4 * we expected better. The structure is very beautiful but does not seem to take care of the beautiful comfortable room but a little sad does not reflect what was reported by the booking site, in our case in the bathroom the window has no curtain we could not keep the window open. It is the first time that we have stayed in this lovely hotel. Definitely we will be back, very clean and tidy room, good breakfast among other things served by a very kind lady. I had to let a couple of Brazilian friends stay and they are very satisfied, the hotel is spotless, the rooms pure and they are very comfortable. The prices are super fair and whatever you need, Luca, the owner is always very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Service is excellent as well as superb restaurant and breakfast buffet The spa below is huge and included in the room price .. You have 90 m each day It includes large pool with warm salted water, a small jacuzzi with thermal water from Salsomaggiore, another jacuzzi with regular water, sauna, steam rooms, aromatherapy...

Good Hotel with a good thermal spa. Payed only 50 euros for night, breakfast and 3 hours of thermal spa on Groupon. Nice staff.

Room very large if a little dated, the thermal spa gets very busy and there isn't much room to move. Dinner and food in general is quite good but could do with a bigger selection for breakfast.

Another Terrific Stay! We’ve been staying at the Villa Fiorita for a number of years. The property is immaculate, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast spread expansive and good. But it’s the friendly staff and lovely family who run the hotel that keep us coming back. Covid made us cancel bookings in 2020 and 2021 so we were delighted to return in 2022. Villa Fiorita did not disappoint, once again...

Beautiful hotel in Art Nouveau style, built in 1907 and run by a lovely family. There is an elevator (pictured) to get you/your luggage to the rooms on the upper floors. Beautiful marble everywhere. Really nice little sitting area you can use as a group convening area if you have people in several room. The breakfast spread was lovely every morning. They were accommodating for food allergies and preferences...

The staff has been excellent from assisting with getting taxis, dinner reservations and help with where local interests are. The rooms are quaint, with the bare essentials for your stay. The best was a little hard and the shower is small. Location is convenient to the main area of the town and within walking distance of multiple food choices. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others

Nice location in the centre. You can't reach the hotel by car (pedestrian zone). Parking at 150m (free) although not inside nor guarded. I had a bedroom next to the elevator. Up to a certain hour that made some noise. Airco in the room, although did not manage to get it working (was not rocket science; set temperature and fan speed, but nothing happened). Nice bathroom. Wonderful hotel in beautiful little city. Arrived at 02:00 from a late flight, welcomed by very friendly staff. Room is spacious, clean and comftorbale. Breakfast has a large verity of fresh and quality local products, coffee and a professional staff all around you to give a high level of service. I truly recomend this hotel.

We went there with a groupon. And I had to call several times to book until they found me a place in November when they were closing and then the pool and related services told me they were closed because they would close in a week. It's a bit old-fashioned, demode, but the rooms are comfortable, nothing exceptional. The food is nothing special. Good but not excellent as is the breakfast. However,...

I stayed at the kursaal hotel for a weekend on the occasion of a motorcycle race on the motocross track. I was very satisfied with the welcome at the reception by Miss Carlotta, the owner of the hotel; nice, prepared and pretty. From the very comfortable and air-conditioned room you had a beautiful view over the village. All very clean and in my opinion in line with the covid regulations of the period...

I can only give 5 stars, we showed up in three bikers without a reservation and they went out of their way to accommodate us for three single rooms. Nice clean rooms, great breakfast and in the center .... absolutely recommended

There is parking but it is not nearby, it is located a few meters as the crow flies but you have to take your car back, there are very convenient parking lots in the back of the hotel but they are paid. I put three stars like hotel stars. The hotel is located in the center of Salsomaggiore. You can park your car in a free car park reserved for the hotel approximately 100 meters away. Unfortunately, the rooms and furnishings are very dated. The breakfast, although simple, is good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The family that runs the hotel are very nice and helpful.

I only used the restaurant as I had already booked another hotel. The cuisine is delicious, with dishes that are sometimes simple but very, very well cared for and always varied. A delight for the palate.
