Excellent central location and close to spas reachable on foot through a small park.
The management of the hotel is family-run which gives added value to all the services offered. All genuinely kind, helpful, generous and friendly without becoming intrusive. We preferred full board. The cuisine, overall, good and varied. Spacious and clean rooms with a nice view of the park; clean and spacious bathroom, with window. Just one note: the TVs in the rooms are really too small for the size of the rooms.

Honest, beautiful and old-fashioned structure in the heart of the city centre. Set in the limited traffic area and in front of the public park. Very little noise and clean air. The owner family who welcomed us is warm, courteous and friendly. The breakfast is very good and ranges from savory to sweet. The cakes are excellent. The room, in our case on the top floor, was spacious: large double wardrobe and large table. The bathroom is also large. Everything well kept and clean. There is also a balcony and a skylight equipped with an electric shutter. The curtains are thick and dark and black out perfectly. I have to say it was a beautiful stay. The structure has an elevator in addition to the stairs in the entrance hall of the adjacent building. We'll be back!

Excellent service and excellent welcome. I sincerely thank the sweetness of Mrs. Marisa, the infinite concern towards all guests, of Mrs. Mariangela and the great availability of Mr. Andrea. Finally and last but not least, the sympathy of Prince Mr. Celso. Excellent cuisine and attention to daily cleaning.

I recently spent a stay at Hotel Principe, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Since arriving, I have noticed some issues with customer service. The staff seemed poorly trained and unwilling to resolve problems. Questions were treated with indifference and, at times, in an uncourteous tone.
The cleanliness of my room was equally disappointing. I found hair and dust in various parts of the room, which made me question their attention to detail. Additionally, the furniture looked dated and in need of maintenance.
The service in the dining room was mixed. The opening hours were not convenient, and the food, while quite good, had excessively long waiting times. I expected more from a hotel of this category.
The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, and I had difficulty working during my stay, which was very frustrating.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Principe was disappointing and will not reflect well on my choice to return in the future or recommend this hotel to others.

For a 3 star hotel, what a really amazing service!
Family members are always at disposal and happy working as a staff, rooms are very clean, spacious, changes of towels everyday, very decent internet, they have a great cook and food, quiet rooms and neighborhood. I really can't complain if anything, top marks!

Central hotel with secured parking.
For the rest, the room and the bathroom are very large but poorly furnished and unsuitable for the context. The room did not correspond to the one booked in the photo and the air conditioning has a supplement of 10 euros per night.

Hotel located in the city center, amazing location. The breakfast is very limited, the staff were polite and followed us in our requests. There is parking but it is not nearby, it is located a few meters as the crow flies but you have to take your car back, there are very convenient parking lots in the back of the hotel but they are paid. Correct cost / price. In the morning at 9:00 we were awakened by the staff who were trying to get inside

I put three stars like hotel stars. The hotel is located in the center of Salsomaggiore. You can park your car in a free car park reserved for the hotel approximately 100 meters away. Unfortunately, the rooms and furnishings are very dated. The breakfast, although simple, is good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The family that runs the hotel are very nice and helpful.
