It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Also very close to the center

I can't recommend this hotel. Booked online via a well known agent and paid for a room with a balcony. Upon arrive I was given there cheap basic rooms on the 4th floor, these are old and nothing like the photos on their website.
I questioned this, and was told the aircon in the room I had booked didn't work so they moved me. I have never been downgraded due to an issue with the room! It was only when I mentioned that these rooms are a lot cheaper did they offer me a discount! I feel they were just trying to get away with putting me in this cheap room without me noticing.
The room itself was bad, aircon does not keep the room cool, had a terrible night sleep and all they could say was it was a hot day! It was 36 degrees outside, so not exactly hot for Italy, and still wasn't any cooler in the room at 10pm at night, it was actually cooler outside. The beds are old and you can feel the springs through the sheets, and the shower is rubbish and needs a new shower head. Cleanliness was good, but the overall attitude of the staff are terrible.
There is a great pizza restaurant close by, just at the bottom of the road and turn left.

An excellent hotel. The stuff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast very tasty, an the location calm so you can really relax.

Stuck in traffic in the middle of the night with two small children, we decide to stop and sleep and continue the journey the next day. I send a whats up message to the structure all one in the morning who replies promptly telling me that they are waiting for us without any problem, after 15 minutes we were a structure and we were immediately given a room, quickly and even if we showed up without a reservation and with a few minutes notice.

The excellent and varied breakfast and icing on the cake my husband is celiac and lactose intolerant and despite having arrived at night we had not warned, we were provided with a basket of suitable products, cereals, rusks, biscuits, muffins and lactose-free milk. . fantastic .. more unique than rare ..

Well, it was just one night stay and we were happy for it. The lady on checkin did not speak English and it was bit complicated. Hotel was clean, but it was clear it needs some investments not to collapse...
