I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones, I work in tourism and hospitality and I rather prefer to report any disservices to the managers, but in this case given the arrogance, indifference and total lack of hospitality I felt like writing this review.
Doing this job, having a business in this sector has welcoming and hospitality in its DNA.
Here the owner of this place is diametrically opposed to this, he appeared arrogant, absent, unavailable and perhaps, I would even say a little rude.
I won't bother telling you about my personal experience, but people with these characteristics shouldn't do this job. They hurt the category of professionals with PASSION who do this job.

We stayed at the Ciesa Ulli residence. Good location in the town, excellent area of ​​Val Badia but the overall experience disappointed me a lot.

The appliances are excellent quality Miele, but they are many years old, so much so that the fridge and electric hobs had some problems. The apartment given for 3/4 people is actually a microscopic studio apartment with a kitchenette that already fits two together, let alone two adults and two children.
From how narrow a seaside apartment is compared to a mountain one, quite the opposite compared to the average in the area.

Total absence of managers or people to ask: in 10 days I have never seen Mr. Ulli. Even though he went to the Las Vegas resort, it was difficult to track him down there too; the office/reception of the residence was always empty. A lot of money saved by the manager which however did not translate into a better quality/price ratio, on the contrary, very expensive for what it offers.
Calling Mr. Ulli the conversation was often disturbed and he felt bad, the third time I stopped calling because it was difficult to communicate.

Very misleading compared to the description on the site, it is saved for the excellent cleanliness and the covered or uncovered parking space. The advert advertised a playground which was not present and a ping pong table which however was always without rackets or balls: useless.
