Absolutely was amazed by service, hotel, staff and food. We had breakfast, dinner and for lunch snacks included into our hotel price. Have stayed in many hotels and have been in heaven here! It’s like a beautiful fairytale. My kids who are 18, 15 and 11 loved it here.

Friendly staff. Good food. Beautiful location. Amazing sky pool BUT adults only. If you are travelling with a baby you have to use the pool situated on the ground floor. This pool needs a renovation. In the indoor pool area was a strong smell of chlorine. Our room was very dark.

The location leaves a bit to be desired. Unless you plan on eating all of your meals in house ( right now there’s only one restaurant on property) there are not really any options in the small town. On another note, the hot tub is poorly designed. Rather than a view of the amazing Dolomites, you view only the back of the hotel, which is completely unaesthetic. The hotel is located in the centre of town, which is very convenient, but means the views of the mountains beyond townscape. Two of our bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, though one bedroom in single occupancy was small and did not have good soundproofing from adjoining rooms. Excellent stay with top notch staff! They coordinated everything from our helicopter transfers in from Munich to our adventures in the Dolomites. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a quick escape in the mountains. Our only challenge was food and beverage accessibility and offerings.

Wonderful hotel, I simply loved every part of it. One of the best things here was the serving at the restaurant, the waiters were very kind and full of joy, one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. We have been here twice now and Tofana is a haven in the mountains! It is the perfect place to unwind, relax, eat amazing food and surrender to the very capable hands of the charming staff. In winter you can get a discount on the ski pass with Tofana, and it's a 5 minute walk to the lift. In summer they rent out great electric mountain bikes, and inform you of the best walking and cycling trails...

Very modern and contemporary decor. Rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfy. The sauna looks out onto the valley with a big window. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel in San Cassiano. The Rudiferia family who runs this place is the best. The hotel is super nice, rooms, bar, spa, pool but the most important part is the service 10/10 we loved the Welcome buffet on Sunday hosted by the family. Amazing!

We have spent a wonderful week here and felt more then at home! From the welcome, to the bar and restaurant staff and including the always smiling cleaning lady, everyone was super attentive and caring to our needs! I've just returned from a 5 night trip, staying in the Conturines Hotel, one of the nicest hotels, with the nicest staff, they made my stay there so comfortable, nothing was to much trouble. The food is amazing, and so much of it. Very quiet location, but only a minutes walk from the high street, plenty of facilities in the village. No hesitation on recommending this lovely hotel

Incredible hotel, very friendly and engaging staff, beautiful location. We went Skiing, you can take the bus or go for a fifteen minute walk, which is very nice. The rooms and decoration is top notch, we really wondered why the hotel doesn't have 4 stars. The style combines alpine with modern elements and achieves a great balance. Only caveat is that the beds are pretty hard.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff: Giorgio advised and booked dinners for us along with excellent tips of the best way to ski la Sella Ronda along with weather hints and discounts for ski hire and local restaurants! You are not bound to Saturday to Saturday stay, can arrive any day of week and escape heavy traffic of European highways. You get daily cleaning. Beautiful experience, our apartment was a two-room apartment in all respects, wood in abundance... and a pleasant heat accompanied our stay. Nice place especially out of season if you want quiet. Nice room. Expensive for the off season though. 163 euros without bathroom equipment except towels. You must also bring glasses and cutlery from home if you need them.

Guests very kind, well-kept residence with superior rooms, while those standards are more ordinary. The personal sauna is tiny and the heat is generated by two directional lamps on the back. You get to the slopes in 2 minutes by car, or you can take the ski bus.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of San Cassiano. The rooms are absolutely grand and look out either over the mountains or the main street. We stayed here for a week with two children aged 2 and 4. The location is perfect for reaching the piz sorega lifts (10min on foot) and the center of San Cassiano (2min). Cleanliness is impeccable both in the room and in the common areas. In the dining room, Rosy welcomed us with her cheerfulness. A big good luck to Michele and Gabriele, who are learning the trade with passion and love.
