One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. Beautiful lobby and bar area, amazing restaurants (eat at Cocun, it’s a must), and the friendliest staff. We enjoyed the spa everyday and I received a great massage from Martina. You have to stay here if you are looking for a top hotel in Dolomiti!

This hotel really has it all. Helpful, friendly staff, amazing food, and a relaxing spa. We spent every morning exploring the area (Cortina and Seceda are both about 45- 1 hr away), then the afternoon in the sauna and hot tub, followed by a drink at the bar with all the little snacks, and then dinner at the restaurant or a recommendation from concierge. We checked-in 3 hours ago, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel is better than Burj Al Arab in Dubai which claims to be 7 stars. This is a fantastic hotel in San Cassiano. The Rudiferia family who runs this place is the best. The hotel is super nice, rooms, bar, spa, pool but the most important part is the service 10/10 we loved the Welcome buffet on Sunday hosted by the family. Amazing!

This was our fourth visit to the Stores and it did not disappoint. This is an excellent family run hotel with great service, facilities and an ideal position close to the Piz Sorega lift. We will be back for a fifth time soon!

I have been coming to this wonderful place for years ... Michaela and Ivan are exceptional people and they manage the hotel in an impeccable way ... elegant and comfortable rooms ... restaurant with all kinds of delicacies ... a corner of paradise .

The location leaves a bit to be desired. Unless you plan on eating all of your meals in house ( right now there’s only one restaurant on property) there are not really any options in the small town. We returned to Rosa Alpina because the first visit was so enjoyable. Once again, the service was excellent, the suites were very comfortable, and the St Hubertus restaurant was a culinary spectacle. The hotel is located in the centre of town, which is very convenient, but means the views of the mountains beyond townscape. Two of our bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, though one bedroom in single occupancy was small and did not have good soundproofing from adjoining rooms. Excellent stay with top notch staff! They coordinated everything from our helicopter transfers in from Munich to our adventures in the Dolomites. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a quick escape in the mountains. Our only challenge was food and beverage accessibility and offerings.

We spent a week in this b & b and we enjoyed it very much. Spacious rooms (our with balcony) comfortable and new bathroom. Parking in front of the b & b in the center of San Cassiano. Friendly and helpful manager. I did not give 5 stars because the salty breakfast was minimal (for example as a salami there was only cooked ham). But everything else was perfect.

Beautiful experience, our apartment was a two-room apartment in all respects, wood in abundance... and a pleasant heat accompanied our stay. Absolutely nothing is missing, and for me, used to hotel service, it changed my mind about the holiday. The spa with Turkish bath and sauna put the icing on the cake. Excellent welcome. Nice place especially out of season if you want quiet. Nice room. Expensive for the off season though. 163 euros without bathroom equipment except towels. You must also bring glasses and cutlery from home if you need them.

Despite an unfortunate misunderstanding with the agency he had booked, the owner was very helpful and very kind in coming to meet us and solving the problem. Truly out of the ordinary

Guests very kind, well-kept residence with superior rooms, while those standards are more ordinary. The personal sauna is tiny and the heat is generated by two directional lamps on the back. You get to the slopes in 2 minutes by car, or you can take the ski bus.

My friends and family just spent a week here. The gondola and lifts are close bye so limited walking to get to the slopes. The owners and staff were amazing. We've spent just one night at this accommodation, but it was a nice stay. The owner was nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. The food at breakfast tastes good but personally, I missed fresh fruits and vegetables. Otherwise, everything was fine and I appreciate the attitude of the owner, he kept everything clean during the breakfast time.

An example of why one should stay in a family hotel. Simon and Simona were the most perfect, welcoming and friendly hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Object is nicely located, really eye catchy, cosy and comfy. Interiors are nicely designed and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the view of surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Ski room with blowing air boot dryer as well as underground parking was a very useful add on. All floors can be accessed by lift, and private Infrared sauna on terrace was a great surprise.

The apartments are renovated and have everything you need. Despite being located on a busy street, the rooms are quiet, thanks to the excellent quality fixtures. Efficient service, clean rooms, the garden is kept in order. In short, a pleasant setting to spend a beautiful holiday without worries.

Breakfast was great from our perspective. Attitude of the lady managing the breakfast was a bit arrogant though: almost screamed at me when I turned on juice making machine to make juice, said only she can do it ( while I turned it on correctly and carefully).

We were in the Sajun apartments on the 1st floor. Spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen(dishwasher, microwave), 2 large bedrooms, bathroom. Everything very clean. Large terrace overlooking the garden and the alpacas. Heated swimming pool in the garden. Supermarket in 2 minute walk, bakery in 5 min walk. I recommend!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room was lovely, with astonishing views and, luxury of luxuries, a heated toilet seat! The Hotel is the best deal for everyone. It offers a great amount of activities, such as Swimming in the indoorpool, going into the sauna, relaxing or Doing sports in the Home-gym. The staff is great and very Aware of the requieres from their guests. We had an amazing stay. The room was impeccable, very cozy and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, which was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant to stay at.

This is an excellent hotel in a very beautiful region of the Dolomites. The hotel itself was very clean and our room (with a balcony) was large and comfortable. All of the staff, from domestic to owners, were exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. We had a four day skiing break at the Panorama. Our room was in the main building, and it was huge with a large balcony with fantastic views across the valley and surrounding peaks. The location is a little way out of town and might not suit everyone. However, there is a chair lift opposite, and from there, you can either go up or ski down to the town to catch other lifts, taking to other ski areas

Absolutely stunning location & stunning evening meals, ranging from 5 to 7 courses. This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in for accommodating gluten free without any fuss. Our waitress was on it everyday without us even mentioning it. A flaky gluten free croissant was on our breakfast table, along with gluten free rolls.
