The Dolomites was a stop on our honeymoon in Italy. Our travel agent recommended this hotel. This place and their attention to detail is absolutely impeccable in every way, down to the napkin. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, which may make you think at first that it will be mediocre but it’s the opposite - it was some of the best food we had on our entire trip in Italy. We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing family hotel, we were three families with 8 kids in total and the service has been great, food excellent and very flexible with kids, you really feel at home, the whole family is working in the hotel and the staff is great! I strongly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, I simply loved every part of it. One of the best things here was the serving at the restaurant, the waiters were very kind and full of joy, one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. If you ever come here you will see yourself how amazing Alex, Andrei and Agostino are, besides the other waiters. I am looking forward to coming here again.

We have been here twice now and Tofana is a haven in the mountains! It is the perfect place to unwind, relax, eat amazing food and surrender to the very capable hands of the charming staff. In winter you can get a discount on the ski pass with Tofana, and it's a 5 minute walk to the lift. In summer they rent out great electric mountain bikes, and inform you of the best walking and cycling trails...

Very modern and contemporary decor. Rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfy. The sauna looks out onto the valley with a big window. Highly recommend.

We went to the Lagaciò Mountain Residence for breakfast and enjoyed every bit of it. The service very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about all the local specialties offered. Can totally recommend, also as a present. There is free parking around the location for non hotel guests.

This is a really nice, new cozy lodge. My husband and I stayed here for three nights in January, in the Bellerophon room. Our room was really spacious with a generous lounge and bathroom. The toilet was separate to the shower and there were two sinks, as well as a bath! Nice place especially out of season if you want quiet. Nice room. Expensive for the off season though. 163 euros without bathroom equipment except towels. You must also bring glasses and cutlery from home if you need them.

Despite an unfortunate misunderstanding with the agency he had booked, the owner was very helpful and very kind in coming to meet us and solving the problem. Truly out of the ordinary

Guests very kind, well-kept residence with superior rooms, while those standards are more ordinary. The personal sauna is tiny and the heat is generated by two directional lamps on the back. You get to the slopes in 2 minutes by car, or you can take the ski bus.

Incredible hotel, very friendly and engaging staff, beautiful location. We went Skiing, you can take the bus or go for a fifteen minute walk, which is very nice. The rooms and decoration is top notch, we really wondered why the hotel doesn't have 4 stars. The style combines alpine with modern elements and achieves a great balance. Only caveat is that the beds are pretty hard.

Structure neat and clean throughout! Large and clean apartment with everything you need! Availability and courtesy reign masters in the owners of the structure! Super treatment towards my German Shepherd with some difficulty !! We will definitely come back here !!

Simple but spotless rooms, extreme courtesy, welcome drink on Thursday, 10% discount agreement in some of the best restaurants in San Cassiano, ski and boot deposit at the start of the lift (however about 300 m from the hotel) . Mr. Giorgio was of a rare kindness, he allowed us to take a shower and change in a room he had free at the start! If we add a hearty breakfast with homemade cakes, we can speak...

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff: Giorgio advised and booked dinners for us along with excellent tips of the best way to ski la Sella Ronda along with weather hints and discounts for ski hire and local restaurants! The staff go above and beyond for customer service, especially the bar staff Luna... Lovely stay would reccomend to anyone in the most perfect resort of the most fantastic ski are!

We spent a week in this b & b and we enjoyed it very much. Spacious rooms (our with balcony) comfortable and new bathroom. Parking in front of the b & b in the center of San Cassiano. Friendly and helpful manager. I did not give 5 stars because the salty breakfast was minimal (for example as a salami there was only cooked ham). But everything else was perfect.

Nice, clean apartment in center of village. Beds are very comfortable. Miss Claudine, hostess, is very polite. Sound isolation is not so good but everything else was ok

Great experience in this residence. Room n.14 beautiful large with double foldaway sofa and single bed. Separate kitchen, bathroom and double balcony. The rooms are turned down every day and are very clean. Thanks to the very nice and kind property in giving information for the stay!

We stayed here for a week, and I must admit it grew on me. This is a top quality, high service, spotless hotel, having an alpine, old world feel throughout. Wooden lodge in a quaint town with great facilities next to a trail where you can ride bikes with family to the next town for lunch in the summer. NYTimes and FT are provided which was a nice touch for english-speaking travelers. Dropped a star for spotty Wi-Fi that was in the livingroom but not in the bedroom

The service you will get here is non comparable to any other place. Mateo the bartender, Fabio in concierge, Mauro the pianist, Hugo the owner. Everyone is incredibly special and attentive, making sure that you have the best and most relaxing vacation. Recommend it 100%.

There is no hotel better in the area, with staff as attentive and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, cozy and perfectly accomodating rooms, beautiful spa with very talented beauticians, great dinner options. Staff take most of the hassle of organising the skiing for you every day.

Can’t wait to go back. We stayed in mid-February with the family. Immaculate service, literally faultless. I didn’t carry a ski the entire time... we were shuttled to and from the ski slopes, never waiting longer than a minute or two. The ski team would take our skis, store them overnight and load them onto the bus the next morning, waiting for us. The rooms incredibly tasteful and elegant, oozing...

Beautiful residence. Located in a strategic point halfway between the center of San Cassiano and the gondola. Simon is a highly professional, friendly kind and professional person. The breakfast is abundant and of high quality in all products. Fresh daily. The apartments are very nice, modern and complete with every necessary accessory. COMPLIMENTS!!!

Excellent base for a week of family skiing...brilliantly run by the ever obliging Simon...good breakfasts....well decorated & surprisingly spacious apartment perfectly located between the town centre & the main Sorega lift. We loved San Cassiano & we loved Residence Forcelles.
