A very good value for money Hotel. It is located just ten minutes walk from the sanctuary of Saint Padre Pio and the cleanliness is impeccable.

Clean room, great shower, food was great staff were very friendly and helpful ,makes all the difference when travelling. Bus stop outside the gate is a great advantage €1 in to padre pio €1 back... Notice board in lobby great for additional information maybe add bus schedule.

Clean. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Fair breakfast. Toilet seat was tiny and not ergonomically designed, air conditioning did not seem to work in most of our group's rooms. Beds were very hard.

Great hotel very clean and the staff are very friendly. Pool is really nice with a lifeguard on duty all the time. I would highly recommend hotel parco dell rose if you are staying in San Giovanni Rotondo.

The shower is not good, when you turn the fosset to the hot water, there is only a dribble of hot water... And the air conditioning does not work much. It was 27C all night

The beds are not great, but not terrible. The windows have shutters in case you want to sleep for a long time. We could hear other people through the walls and I'm pretty sure they could hear me as well because they laughed at the jokes my dad ignored. The a/c was either set by the hotel staff or was set automatically when we left the "electricity jack" in the wall. They use a 6.3mm jack for electricity...

A nice hotel about 20 mins walk from the San Pio shrine. Easy to find, with plenty of parking. Good value.

charming hotel and great buffet! rooms were small and clean but the adjustment for the thermostat in our room was not working.

Great boutique hotel very close to Sanruario Di Padre Pio. All minimum amenities are provided and the rooms are clean.

The airconditioning in the room automatically turns off when you open a door or window. Breakfast is basic with a little variety though. The restroom is clean. The bed's comfortable. Not a walking distance from anywhere but it's location is a little far from the church.

Very nice hotel, amazing SPA and relaxing outdoor pool. Rooms are comfortable, especially the ones with shared balcony (especially for groups). Spritz at the bar is very good and personnel is very kind. Breakfast to be improved: abundant but average.

Very clean almost palatial, initial problem with room dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Rooms were great although Air Conditioning could have been a bit more powerful. Will definitely be back

Stayed here with tour group. Breakfast buffet and dinner (3 courses) were served to our group. Room comfortable.

The hotel is very very clean, the restaurant is lovely there, staffs are friendly and kind, good location, it's very close to St. Padre Pio Santuary, price reasonable. This is second time we been in this hotel. Absolutely we will come back this hotel again and again....

After booking this hotel (where I stayed one night) the expectations were not very high. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised: the location is good (a stone's throw from the Sanctuary), the rooms are spacious and well cleaned, the breakfast abundant and the managers very kind, friendly and helpful! I also point out the presence of a car park attached to the structure. Contrary to other reviews...

I really enjoyed my stay there. The landlord knew Padre Pio and has stories to tell. The hotel is authentic and that's exactly what I was looking for to come pray Padre Pio.

Good afternoon... We stayed at this property on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13. Annual Parish Pilgrimage. There were 63 of us. We had a great welcome, kindness and atmosphere of peace and tranquility what you need for a pilgrimage. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great restaurant. In summary, we have been peace. I recommend it for those who are going to San Giovanni Rotondo.

Serene and welcoming place. Located near the churches of the Holy Father Pio. The reception staff is prepared and very kind. The room I took was clean and very large. Air conditioning and TV present. More than good the reception for people with handicaps. Extraordinary panorama. I advise.

The location is excellent indeed not far from the Sanctuary; the front desk staff is wonderful, helpful and courteous; the spacious and clean rooms; the restaurant menu is simple and good, moreover, the restaurant staff is very kind; the breakfast is good and there's more to it! We had booked through the web, and they didn't charge us the deposit, they tell me why "there can always be mishaps", this...

I go to approdo only to eat something and i think that they have a great food. The location is beautiful, because the place can take a great panorama.

The stay was great. Although it was for one night only, we really enjoyed everything: the room was super comfortable, the bath tub was very relaxing, the environment in general was perfect. The hotel location is very convenient, close to restaurants, bus stop and Padre Pio Shrine. The hotel restaurant has a very sober environment, food is great and price is fair. Overall, it will be my preferred choice...

I put 3 stairs,because the persons were nice, the food were delicious, but for 2 nights I didn't sleep well because of the bad materasso.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great hospitality, friendly staff, clean room, tasty Italian dishes and great service! The kind waiters at the hotel restaurant allowed us in even though we were late for the required breakfast and luch times! Would go here again with a drop of a hat!

The value for money is really good. We just stayed one night and was super quiet. Is one of the hotels for people who are in pilgrimage (for the story of the town and Padre Pío). That was not our case, we just stayed in out way back home after a long trip. Breakfast, just as the Italian standard and service people were kind.

This hotel was the perfect location to visit, it was very close walking distance to see Padre Pio, even with my torn meniscus. I just took my time. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had dinner and the quality of food and service was exceptional. The local wine was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Nice little hotel, comfortable, providing all you basically need. Very close to the back of the lower (new) big church on the Padre Pio sanctuary site. Parking was good and we were able to leave our car parked there after check out so we could attend the Mass nearby. Breakfast was good, a couple of small rolls, ham and cheese, various sweets, yoghurt, and help yourself coffee machine. It was fine

I can fully support the experience of the other guests. Very friendly staff, large and perfectly clean rooms, simple but tasty food. It's one single type of red wine, but it's a very good one. There are coffee machines at breakfast. Try to feel the atmosphere of the pilgrim even if you are not religious. And take advantage of the nearby Sanctuary of Pio for walks. More than once. It's worth it, at...

Today on 4/08/2021 we left the Rosa Marina hotel and I can tell you that we had a great time, nice and clean room.The helpful and friendly staff, we ate very well with local products and everything at an honest price and importantly, a stone's throw from the sanctuary. I recommend it.

I was in this structure for the occasion of a fiftieth wedding anniversary, very well celebrated in situ ... everything was perfect from the precious tablecloths to the refined and abundant menu, from the impeccable table service to the floral decoration, all well managed by the owners of the 'inn!!! Congratulations also for the pension, for the clean and spacious room!

Great small Hotel! Absolutely recommendable! Modern and very elegantly designed hotel. Comfortable rooms. The staff are very helpful, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. An excellent buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room.

Delightful location not far from the center immersed in ample space with a splendid view of the territory. Tables well spaced .. Dear waiters .. Excellent cutting boards .. All accompanied by live music at the weekend to escape from the usual routine. The only flaw, if we want to say so .. They should add something more to the menu .. Type of sandwiches and pizza to satisfy the customer more .. Overall...

Absolute loved this place. Booked a tour guide, some rental bikes and had a fixed lunch. All very well done. My son and I enjoyed the pump track of site and loved the tour of the Gargano with the rest of the family. Good and drink at the end were cooked and served really well

Hotel was clean en comfortable. People were very friendly. Hotel was very noisy in the morning and cleaning personell made a lot of noise. It woke us up earlier than we wanted. (08:00)

A great place! I recommend to all those who intend to eat quality dishes for lunch or dinner. The location is welcoming and elegant, the staff is very competent and professional, the kitchen is simply perfect. The Polignone family has the merit of all this. Highly recommended.

You can tell Hotel Rossemi is a family run business with their welcoming atmosphere both at reception and the bar. They even drove us into town one day when the buses weren’t running! My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next time. Thank you!

This family run hotel is excellent. I have stayed in many hotels but have never been met with such kindness and attention. Excellent tasty breakfast. Gluten free options available . Central location near shrine. Don’t look any further - just book. You will not get better😊

I had a good dinner at Restaurant la Solaria. The food tasted very good and the service was ok as well. I think they are focusing on the tourists coming to town for Padre Pio. Because of the many tourists the is even a „Tourist Menu“ which is fine. But you can‘t choose from a lot of options.

We received a lovely welcome with wonderful hospitality at the family run hotel. They even helped us do our laundry!!

I spent about 2 months at the hotel residence, which offers rooms with a kitchenette, excellent for medium-long term solutions. An additional, shorter stay at the actual hotel. Both structures, family-run, are well cared for by the owners and managers, wonderful, kind and professional people, available to accommodate the needs of guests. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the hospital and outpatient clinics...
