Based on the stunning views from the balcony and the charming exterior of the hotel, I’d highly recommend a stay at Hotel Fantazia! The picturesque mountain backdrop and lush forest surroundings create a serene and breathtaking atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The well-maintained building, complete with cozy balconies and beautiful landscaping, adds to the inviting charm. Very nice view from the room, room is a bit dated and dinner was alright. A little bit difficult to park

I can’t leave a proper review as we never made it to the hotel. We had a booking and we were expecting to go, but in the run up to setting off the hotel didn’t respond to our messages. With just over 3 weeks to go they pulled our booking leaving us frantically looking for somewhere else. Thankfully the tour operator sorted us out somewhere nicer. Don’t book with this hotel they are dishonest and untrustworthy.

It's cheap and the breakfast is good. That's about it. Beds quite hard, there was no curtain in our room.

Next to the slopes, but 20mins walk from the center of S.Mart., depends on your priorities. Simple, no-frills hotel. Breakfast could be improved.

Dissapointing Place, Unpleasant Rooms and Absolutely Horrible food. Also; A particularly Italian Staff Member collided with me, Causing me to Spill my Chocolate Milk. He merely Chuckled At My Devastation and walked away, Not even Bothering to fetch me another.
