Hotel is situated nicely, just outside of town.  Hotel could use an upgrade.  Meager breakfast and the coffee is very un-ltalian.  One would expect great coffee in ltaly but we rather drank tea.  A wee bit disappointed here.

We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Regina; the employees especially are what made the trip memorable. They took great care and went out of thier way to make sure we had a special stay. They were also very accommodating of our furry, four-legged family member. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel the first week of September and absolutely loved it. We have never seen a house like this furnished with great attention to detail. A hotel that has been around for several years and it shows, many rooms should be renovated, rustic furniture and dated sofas in the common rooms, but if you do not renew something periodically you find yourself unable to bear a global investment. Slightly dated bathrooms, shower cubicles with plastic walls .. dimly lit and a little sad dining room. A 4-star hotel in South Tyrol makes a lot of difference...

The Excelsior and its location takes your breath away in every corner. Incredible facilities and amenities. The dinning service does not match the hotel. Either understaffed or poor timing. It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. We have been in Hotel Cimone as a group of 29 friends from different countries. The hotel is located in a really good part of SAN Martino. It has a great view of nature. All of the workers here are so nice, cheerful and professional. Thanks to all crew 🙏

It was cheap compared to the other hotels here. We had breakfast, which wasn't the best, there weren't many kind of food. The beds were comfy, the rooms were tidy. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything happening not just from the other room but from the whole corridor. The staff were polite though. I could relax after 10pm, when other guests slept too. it could use a refurbishment.

Great location in the mountains in San Martino di Castrozza. After a day of skiing welcomed with a 5 minute drive from the ski lifts to the hotel. Check in was fast and we chose our dinner for the night. After that we booked a spa time slot and it was very amazing and relaxing. The dinner was busy so I knew it was good. The rooms are cozy and welcome even with our little frenchie we had no problems

The hotel is located very conveniently with super views of the mountains and easy access to trails and cable-cars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our late check-in and early departure without fuss and made our 2-day stay most enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The hotel has a great infrastructure but still keep a familiar approach in terms of guest service. Not have much to talk about hotel, it has everything you can expect from a mountain facility and a bit more. You can trust, stay here and you will not regret.

It was a nice staying with beautiful people in a great location! The surroundings are stunning! The rooms were clean and big. We had a big kitchen. The view was great. The food was delicious and various every day but it took a long time to be served.

At a cost of 550 euros per day, we took advantage of a beautiful room, huge and "mansard" on the top floor. Great dinner in mid-August. A sumptuous wine list (The Bowl of Cherry Blossoms from the Wine Anthology). The hotel is not for everyone, but it's worth it. We have relaxed after months of isolation ... which was necessary. A wonderful, charming place. Super friendly staff, cuisine that will make you full and satisfied (varied and delicious) and some of the rooms have a stunning view. Would definitely come back!

We requested & received a high floor balcony room with mountain view facing front. (4th floor is the top.) Room was a large junior suite on 4th floor, but due to some low ceiling beams, I kept hitting my head while navigating around the furniture. (I'm 5'11".) Centrally located hotel overlooking the Pale, beautiful and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner, wide choice of typical dishes and appetizers on the buffet. Excellent reception of the staff always very kind and helpful. Stunning view of the blades and great compliance with anti-covid regulations. Upon arrival, everything is sanitized and wrapped, including the room remote control. Only thing to improve is the mattress, perhaps because it has a spring base and not a slatted base. Hotel with excellent value for money. The location is also perfect, you can easily walk to the start of the Tognola cable car as well as to the center. Having two little dogs, we appreciated the attention given to them; upon arrival they made us find a bowl and a beautiful blanket for sleeping. Truly a pleasant stay, large and welcoming room, clean and with a beautiful view of Cima Tognola. The breakfast is rich, offering savory and sweet foods. Heaven! Slightly off the center. Delightful family-run hotel surrounded by greenery. A stone's throw from the path to the Ces hut. Hotel is located on the banks of the Plank pond: with so many ducks! If you want to relax, it doesn't get any better. The restaurant is also excellent, the waiters are very kind and attentive to meet all needs.

The view to the Mountains the little lake and the food, make the nice combination to enjoy some days in the heart of mountains of Tirol.

I used to go there years ago and would like to go back. Clean hotel, great food and friendly staff. In San Martino my children learned to ski (I much less) and the Alpino hotel is one of our best memories. We'll be back. A warm greeting.
