We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Regina; the employees especially are what made the trip memorable. They took great care and went out of thier way to make sure we had a special stay. They were also very accommodating of our furry, four-legged family member. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel the first week of September and absolutely loved it. We have never seen a house like this furnished with great attention to detail. This applies to the entrance area and the various dining rooms as well as the rooms. The food is a poem. Great to look at and very tasty. The service staff is very friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed this hotel! Very clean hotel, very good cuisine, very polite staff and very nice and spacious rooms. Thanks even to the animators for making us laugh every day. At a cost of 550 euros per day, we took advantage of a beautiful room, huge and "mansard" on the top floor. Great dinner in mid-August. A sumptuous wine list (The Bowl of Cherry Blossoms from the Wine Anthology). The hotel is not for everyone, but it's worth it. We have relaxed after months of isolation ... which was necessary. Just returned from a week stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect, service and staff. We booked directly, room and breakfast, and dined at the in-house restaurant a few evenings. Excellent dinner. We will definitely return

Location is fantastic but hotel rooms are quite old

The hotel has a great infrastructure but still keep a familiar approach in terms of guest service. Not have much to talk about hotel, it has everything you can expect from a mountain facility and a bit more. You can trust, stay here and you will not regret.

The hotel is located on the main road with the private parking behind the hotel. We stayed 6 days in September. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the Pale. They had taken "half board". Good and abundant breakfast, sweet / salty mix. For dinner there is the menu: fixed appetizer, 3/4 first courses, 3 second courses, side dishes and dessert. The dishes are quite good but .... Nice open lounge with good wifi, good for a meeting spot or after checkout. Good resturant in the hotel. Room was secure and comfortable. From the hotel you can easily walk to the ski lift. Good location with nice views of the mountain.

Great staff in a rustic / historic hotel. The gregarious attitude of staff and the added kid mini club make this an ideal spot for families. Location is great for walking to places in town. Parking is easy and free. The only issue I would say is the food is par by Italian standards, but maybe that's because I spend most of my time in Tuscany. We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. First of all, I would like to clarify that we arrived well in advance of the scheduled check-in time and were immediately shown to our room. Well furnished room, pity the chilly temperature, it can't be adjusted from the room but you have to tell the reception and they said it only on departure. Paid wellness center, non-functioning Turkish bath, only the sauna and the two whirlpool tubs with fresh water. A disappointment M. Grazia

Truly a pleasant stay, large and welcoming room, clean and with a beautiful view of Cima Tognola. The breakfast is rich, offering savory and sweet foods. Private SPA service, not very large but complete. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy every request. Central location a few meters from the ski rental and the main ski lifts. Absolutely recommended!

Three-star hotel, spacious rooms, owners and kind staff. The kitchen is good and plentiful and the coffee for breakfast delivered by the machine is really good. Good quality / price ratio. P.S. the hotel is located on the outskirts of San Martino di Castrozza, a 5-minute walk from the center. The space in front is free and allows a view of the Pale. (Stunning)

Heaven! Slightly off the center. Delightful family-run hotel surrounded by greenery. A stone's throw from the path to the Ces hut. Hotel is located on the banks of the Plank pond: with so many ducks! If you want to relax, it doesn't get any better. The restaurant is also excellent, the waiters are very kind and attentive to meet all needs.

The view to the Mountains the little lake and the food, make the nice combination to enjoy some days in the heart of mountains of Tirol.

I used to go there years ago and would like to go back. Clean hotel, great food and friendly staff. In San Martino my children learned to ski (I much less) and the Alpino hotel is one of our best memories. We'll be back. A warm greeting.

Staff could not have been more helpful - a real effort to cope with our lack of Italian. Good food too.

It's cheap and the breakfast is good. That's about it. Beds quite hard, there was no curtain in our room.

Next to the slopes, but 20mins walk from the center of S.Mart., depends on your priorities. Simple, no-frills hotel. Breakfast could be improved.

My experience with the service was very good. The waiters are very kind and friendly. The food is reasonable but in other hotel in the same area you can find better.

High standard. The food is however disapointing for such a place. Also, the Spa area is forbidden for kids, even for quiet ones together with parents ... a shame. Not worth the extra shilling!

Clean and cozy rooms, although not spacious and very friendly and rather easygoing staff. The weak point in my opinion is the catering, which in some cases has left much to be desired both in terms of the freshness of the ingredients (many offers of the vegetable buffet at dinner) and in terms of preparation. Excellent reception of the staff always very kind and helpful. Stunning view of the blades and great compliance with anti-covid regulations. Upon arrival, everything is sanitized and wrapped, including the room remote control. Only thing to improve is the mattress, perhaps because it has a spring base and not a slatted base. Overall great find with good food.

Marcello and Monica - the owners - are great people, kind and welcoming. As a family ran business - I was told the hotel has been ran by the same family over three generations - it is quite impossible to feel more comfortable than in this home-feeling place. Also, the price-quality relation is excellent, considering we even had access to the spa plus typical Italian dinners prepared by a great chef...

A wonderful, charming place. Super friendly staff, cuisine that will make you full and satisfied (varied and delicious) and some of the rooms have a stunning view. Would definitely come back!

The good: comfortable beds, views of the mountains and an ample breakfast buffet with made to order eggs and crispy bacon. The bad: rooms need maintenance (mildew in the shower, chipped paint). Nicer in photos than in reality. They also gave a French couple the key to my room so I had the unpleasant experience of people barging in on me as I was getting undressed to take a shower. The manager came...

We were greeted excellently and pampered throughout our stay. Also coming back after a day of hiking and relaxing in the SPA was the top. Outstanding Sacher Torte!

Feeling at home while on vacation

Value for money, really poor food, bad wine, not even at a business lunch they give you overcooked and discaunt ravioli, omelet to feel sick all night, sorry because the structure, even if dated, is usable, the wellness satisfactory, the kind staff, things that you can also find at more affordable prices in every tourist destination , the view should be free not charged in the bill, skimping on the...

Hotel with excellent value for money. The location is also perfect, you can easily walk to the start of the Tognola cable car as well as to the center. Having two little dogs, we appreciated the attention given to them; upon arrival they made us find a bowl and a beautiful blanket for sleeping. The food is also excellent, local products and dishes are enhanced as it should be. Great!!

Very close to the city center and the ski tracks

Price was great, staff were super helpful, facilities including laundry, pool, games and parking along with proximity to the center make this a great place to stay. The only thing you should be aware of is that some of the rooms are dated but they're fully functional and equipped, when balancing this with the other points it's a non issue.

A hotel that has been around for several years and it shows, many rooms should be renovated, rustic furniture and dated sofas in the common rooms, but if you do not renew something periodically you find yourself unable to bear a global investment. Slightly dated bathrooms, shower cubicles with plastic walls .. dimly lit and a little sad dining room. A 4-star hotel in South Tyrol makes a lot of difference...

We were in that lovely hotel in 2013 during our honey moon travelling in our old Renault Siete. It was perfect, and the owner was so friendly =) We'll come back soon!!! ;)

This is the second year we have stayed in this hotel: highly recommended! Extremely helpful staff, excellent and abundant cuisine, highly appreciated the tour guide service and the availability of indoor swimming pool and wellness especially in case of bad weather. For children, the Dolomiti Family Fun service is included, which offers the opportunity to live a campus experience during the holiday...
