I list the qualities of the place Location, cleanliness, welcome, quality of food for breakfast, friendly staff attentive to any of our requests. Very nice hotel, very clean with amazing staff. Close to many lovely beaches. The only down side is the breakfast - it is very limited with very few local products. We would return anyway.

We loved the location so close to the beach. We had a room with a balcony and view to the ocean. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh pasties, great coffee and fruit salad and yogurt. The lunch and dinner menu was fantastic. It changed everyday. The cost was very reasonable.

Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura a due passi dallo stupendo mare del Salento, I proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi nel non far mancare nulla alla vacanza. Pulizia impeccabile. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti e in alternativa in auto si raggiungono le altre spiagge e/o località da visitare.

Structure, location and cleanliness ok, however some aspects need to be improved, parking not always easy, minimal room furnishings, lack of drawers and suitcase rests, good breakfast but with limits, only time slot, lack of salty and dry, served and not buffet, therefore personally a bit limiting. Pricing too high compared to the services offered.

B&B in an excellent position 5 minutes from the sea (rocks and sand). Well organized and managed location, full service. Varied and abundant breakfast. Room with fridge and air conditioner, always hot water (solar panels). The breakfast solution in the courtyard in front of the apartment is very bland (to be used, if desired, for lunches and dinners). Recommended.

I recently stayed at this b & b. It is very clean, located a few meters from the beach and offers a great Italian breakfast. In addition, the staff is attentive to every need. I highly recommend it. I'll be back!
