Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We went as non accomodation visitors in and got a nice and healthy breakfast. Very rear in S. Vito lo capo.

Is hard not to give this hotel a full 5 star rating..the facilities and location could not be better. The rooms, though quite small, very very comfortable. It could be such a wonderful place to spend time.. But we were disappointed by the level of service especially at the reception desk, but also in the restaurant..Really not sufficiently switched on or of a level necessary for a 4 star hotel. Also...

Love this beautiful touristic town. Gorgeous crystal clear blue water and pristine white sand beaches. Lots of shops with beautiful locally handmade merchandise. Many traditional restaurants offering delicious traditional and nontraditional dishes.

Great hotel. Great service. Great location. Free upgrade. Relaxed and nice staff. For this price, I'd bet it's the best in the area.

San Vito lo Capo is a wonderful place from all points of view, sea, beach, hotel, entertainment bars, restaurants, craft shops, pastry shops, locals the hotel even if a little dated is very nice ... strategic position ... close to everything, with shuttle service every hour, with spectacular views of San Vito. Very kind and professional staff, rich and fresh breakfast every morning, for lunch and dinner...

It is located about ten minutes' walk from the sea, perched almost on the small mountain behind it and therefore it is certainly the highest hotel; from here Panoramic, and in fact the panorama overlooks the whole of San Vito and the sea. I was there to dine. Top service and probably the best cous cous on town. I read some review and I thought it was some tourist trap but it was actually very nice

Best Sicilian Food you can ever Eat. Fish Cous cous is heaven. Busiate is great pasta. Fresh fish and seafood.

I can not leave any review on the hotel but only to the restaurant. Honestly.... Really good. The best restaurant. I suggest the pasta with finocchietto. Excellent. Staff nice and friendly.

By far he best lodging experience I have had on Sicily. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was responsive to everything and gave a personal welcome and orientation at check-in. English was spoken very well. Location is ideal with access to beach and walking distance of all attractions in town. Will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing place! Clean rooms, nice design. The staff is super friendly. They make you feel very welcome and help with everything. They have beach towels and umbrellas. Nice breakfast in the morning. Get pistacchio croissant! They are delicious.

Perfect sea welcome B&B near Alessandro the owner available for any request you may have. Spacious and clean rooms. Beach close to the venue as are the restaurants to eat at. I thank all the staff and Mr. Alessandro for a great holiday.

I recommend it because it has excellent value for money cuisine. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleaning ladies work well. Staff in general my courteous. Personally I have included breakfast. Great place, stunning sea view, good management, quiet and clean, good breakfast. Downside: small sower cabin, old furniture. All the receptionists was helpful and kind and Maria, the girl from kitchen was speaking good english and very, very helpful. Overall was really nice experience and we enjoy our holiday a loot. The hotel has a good position, close to the centre. Unfortunately the Seaview was impeded by the Cous cous fest stands. Breakfast buffet and dinner quality are good. Our room was nice. I have to point out that no one among the hotel staff members wore the face mask (apart from the waiters)

Everything was on point! Sadly the staff seemed really unhappy and came across as rude. They were still helpful but it felt very cold and made us feel like we were really bothering them...other than that this place is magical! Naturally it is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect grand luxury but for the location and the absolute charm of San Vito lo Capo it is just perfect. We want to go back so badly

Excellent for a 3 star restaurant. Comfy, good decor, air conditioned rooms, good restaurants. Even offers a private beach and a valet park service, which is essential in S. Vito. Excellent value for money too.

My friend and I had no reservation. Don't speak Italian. Didn't matter - Everyone was super-nice. Was able to get a room on the beach and it was great! Exceptional hotel and very kind staff! But the flagship of the hotel is Mrs. MIMMA, the one who prepared breakfast for us and cleaned our rooms every day! She spoiled and pampered us throughout our stay, she took care of us almost as if we were at home and in addition, the room when we returned was always clean and fragrant. Really special person!

Hotel in the center but at the same time very close to the sea, beautiful and clean room not to mention the breakfasts veramenti subscriptions ... from stuffed brioches, to cakes of all kinds, cannoli, Sicilian biscuits, cunzato bread, scones, fruit, yogurt, slices biscuits! The style of the hotel is unique and very pleasant. The spacious and clean rooms. The isolation between the rooms is not the best and you can almost clearly hear what they say in the adjoining rooms. WiFi works only in the Hall. At least it didn't arrive in my room. Air conditioning is super. Quiet and efficient. The assorted breakfast but to be improved for types of food. We stayed here for 3 nights in august. It was clean and the location is great. The room was well decorated but unfortunately had no windows and therefore was missing a little bit fresh air. Breakfast and service was ok. The ads were a little misleading because we tought the lettinis on the private beach part were included but unfortunately they were not.
