Wow! Super nice place in the perfect location. The staff was super available and even left us goody bags for breakfast because we had to leave very early in he morning and were not going to be able to catch breakfast time.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in view of a weekend in Salento. We chose a deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the terrace. The view was spectacular, the jacuzzi just as ... We have just arrived for a 2 week stay and could not have received better hospitality. I spent a wonderful week surrounded by nature and lulled by the sea breeze. My very clean and comfortable apartment with sea view made my stay pleasant also thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. It is the second year that I return to this residence. Very quiet location away from the noise of cars, 40 meters from the cliff and Otranto. Fantastic view! The owners are always present for anything. Fantastic and very courteous. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing holiday!

Skvělá lokalita u nádherného pobřeží - skály a jeskyně, ale je přístup do vody. Klidné místo, velmi blízko u historického města Otranto. Dostatek soukromí. Nádherné pobřeží v celém regionu. Milí lidé.

We visited Villa Grottamonaca from Canada and we loved it. The villas are very nice, spacious, with a great little kitchen so you don't have to eat out every meal. There are lots of fantastic swimming opportunities just 5-10 minutes walk away as well as very pleasant walks along the cliffs and beautiful Adriatic waters. At night very quiet, and while we were there a very nice breeze from the sea...

We stayed at Koinè 4 years ago, we found ourselves so well that this year we decided to return, everything was even more wonderful than the past experience ... very kind staff, good food and above all the very nice animation guys and very good ... thanks for everything .. a kiss from Luigi Angela and Vittoria .. we will definitely return

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms.. big swimming pool, located only 2 km from Otranto and 5 minutes by car from the beach. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast selection of food. Could be more variety of healthy options and fruit.

Newly renovated rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It superclean and the beds are really comfy. Super fresh and nice bathroom. Well situated with the center just a short walk and free parking just outside the hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly personel. Would definetly stay again.

A very nice and friendly hotel in the rural south of Italy. Modern and comfortable rooms, walk-in shower, very friendly service and a good Italian breakfast buffet. It surpassed my expectations by far!

This is an old hotel, definitely needs renovation. On the plus side, it is clean and with free wifi.

I arrived at the advertised check-in start time of 1430 to find the hotel locked. I phoned the hotel and was told there would be someone there soon. Eventually, a friendly but not apologetic receptionist arrived at 1500 and checked me in. The room was large and clean with a good shower. Breakfast (an additional €5) was a disappointment with only the basics available and no ham or cheese, both staples...
