The quiet location of the B&B is a good base for exploring Tuscany (Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Populonia, Buddhist Center of Pomaia). In addition, Gianna is a very good adviser on excursion ideas as well as an outstanding pastry chef. Thank you for everything.

From the minute we arrived, we felt extremely welcomed. I had emailed with Giana regarding cooking lessons. She was wonderful and even let us pick a menu for our lesson. When we arrived, she greeted us at the gate and showed us where to park the car. We then shared a glass of wine with her after a quick tour and overlooking the beautiful sights of her home. What a great way to be welcomed to Tuscany...

Elena, the host was great all along, it was very easy to collect the keys and be informed about everything. The swimming pool is great, the setting is great too, the little village is lovely (only 2 restaurants and you need to book for the evening, otherwise, "completo"). Overall good, and good value for money.

I spent a wonderful weekend in this Villa with friends. The location is phenomenal, also ideal for families looking for relaxation. A location located among the most beautiful hills of Tuscany. The exterior is all well maintained and functioning. The apartment is clean and equipped with all comforts. Friendly, polite and very professional staff. An experience definitely to be repeated next year, by booking a few more days.

Fantastic experience in a lovely place. If you need peace and quiet to relax this is really the ideal place. Then there is a nice swimming pool where even my baby was able to cool off and have fun. The owners are kind and extremely helpful. Impeccable cleaning ', really 10 and praise !!

It was a wonderful vacation. The house offers everything you need and definitely exceeds all expectations. We fell in love with the house, the view and the surroundings from day one. Very nice location and just a beautiful place to relax. You can enjoy the hot days in the nice pool and the rooms are really nice and keep a good climate even if it's really hot outside. We also could take our two dogs with us, which was important for us. The people there are really lovely and try to help you all the time if you have questions. The only downside are traveling times to supermarkets...

Wonderful place, immersed in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany. We had dinner, so we will be back during the day to enjoy this magnificent environment even in the sunlight !!! This place is a must if you stay near. Nonna is cooking delicious authentic food, every waiter/waitress is very polite and able to speak perfect english. They give you recommendations about the changing menue which has a specialties beyond the normal menue. The ambiente is more than you can wish for. If you do not make a stop here, you made a huge mistake in your life.

Absolutely incredible food and service from Franchesco, Gabriel, and a gal I forget the name. Allowed half orders so we could choose several dishes to try. Nice selection of wines. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place was simply amazing! Excellent food, service and atmosphere! My picky 13 year old thought she had died and gone to heaven in a cream sauce! We will visit this little gem on every holiday in Tuscany. Make reservations in advance! It is a small place and they are often fully booked. One of our favorite meals.
