- the room: the suites are very large, fully equipped and have an amazing view on the lake - the inside swimming pool and the spa: they are both well designed, very warm and clean - the staff: they were always super helpful and nice

The WiFi is poor. I'm writing this using my mobile data. After a great meal in Sarnico we wanted a drink in the bar but after ringing the bell many times we asked at the reception but this lady was too busy talking to a colleague and completely ignored me. Breakfast is okay and dinner was nothing special. The pool is nice but the decked area with the loungers quite small and gets cramped at the weekend...

The Hotel is very well positioned just on the lake. The rooms are very spacious, quite modern yet simple and very clean. The bathrooms are also quite spacious and cleaned. The beds and pillows are comfortable. To be honest I was expecting more on the service side given the hotel is a 4 star. Lovely environment. Great location by lake. A bit isolated and not much dining choice. The breakfast buffet choices was very limited. Daytime cafe menu very small. Evening the room service took 1.5 hours to wait for 2 simple dishes. The spa massage was very good and the spa and pool facilities very nice however. Reception staff polite and helpful.

Very nice staff and a strong 3 star hotel (breakfast as you would expect at a 3 star hotel). Pool area is very nice and clean. I did not get to enjoy the spa or other amenities. The staff spoke broken English so I recommend a basic level of Italian to stay here. I would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the city.

Very comfortable and easy for parking. There is a spa which extra but only €10 for the sauna and steam room which are both at the perfect temperature when I visited. Room is large enough, with a view straight out to the lake. It's a little out of town but that's suited us as we're here on business.

The place is stunning and the staff of the hotel always willing to help. There are several places to visit. You just need to be aware of the limited public transport when out of season.

We have had three wonderful days in Sarnico / Hotel Sebino. Its a beautiful charming hotel directly at the lake. The service is perfect and the breakfast too. We will come back!!!

Good quality rooms, though and breakfast isnt that interesting. They tried to trick us into getting worse rooms than what we booked but they gave is a proper upgrade when we told them. So its a good place to stay, but be sure they dont try tricks on you

Simply wonderful, surrounded by greenery! We spent a weekend night in the beautiful terrace suite. Furniture, bathroom, terrace and perfect space! The breakfast area is also very well furnished but above all delicious food. I'll be back for sure! The owner is a really nice and helpful girl!

Hi I stayed at the stumps one night. It is not a B&B but just a room. The room is nice and well furnished, the bathroom and shower are very small but well furnished and new. The room is on the side of the road and you have the feeling of entering a shop or a fund, the street is quite noisy and if you want peace it is not good. You have Wi Fi and the room heating is with a heat pump and in the bathroom...

The accommodation was in an excellent location within minutes walk of lake, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a cafe and bar at the property on the ground floor, however as the season changes in September this was closed during our stay. This was not an issue as there is an abundance of cafes for breakfast nearby. If booking after 5th September please be aware that the ferries only run from Sarnico...

In the historic center of Sarnico in the pedestrian area. You can reach the lakeside promenade and the main attractions in one minute. A beautiful surprise, beautiful apartment, completely renovated, in the center of Sarnico, equipped with all comforts. If we want to find a fault, it is not suitable for the handicapped due to the 3 floors to do on foot.

Recently renovated rooms very nice clean and equipped. The location is central in Sarnico with all services within 2 steps. Cons: after a certain hour in the evening a gate blocks access and to return in the room you have to move it by hand. Beautiful just beautiful hosts and building. Room had am we needed. Kids loved access to the pool even in the rain. Room was set as a bunk and double bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a continental with meat cheese pastry and home make cakes. Kids loved the hot chocolate option and marshmallows. Hosts were great and provided info on local area and where was good to eat.
