Hotel Le Querce

Beautiful relaxing holiday in Senigallia, a very nice and safe city.
As for accommodation, very clean hotel, well organized in spaces, with spacious and modern rooms.
Excellent cleaning and maintenance services, with staff who are polite, friendly and attentive to individual customer details.
Excellent Italian cuisine and typical local good service from the waiters.
In general all the staff, especially Mrs. Maria at the reception, very kind and helpful.
Hotel located 10 minutes walk from the sea, 20/25 minutes from the center or a few minutes by car.

After many years we returned and had a great time: very spacious rooms, fantastic food, beautiful beach and always helpful staff. Courtesy and empathy are the original technique and skills of the staff and this allows them to be accessible to large and small customers and above all to the family. I also add, cleaning done well, linen always clean and changed. Thanks and keep it up.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, not intrusive.
The food is good, varied and light.
The rooms are some newer, others less so, but all rooms are very clean and tidy. When booking everything is very transparent, which should not be underestimated at all.
The location is excellent, a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the center and the beach, well equipped.

In this hotel I experienced memorable summers with my family, memories of a childhood that hopefully will never return. I have beautiful memories of Cristina, Massimo, Manuele and Bruna and I cannot fail to mention Mr. Dino and Mrs. Irma who are alive in my memories and heart. The welcome has always been excellent and they have always done their utmost to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and comfortable as possible. Honestly, I'm surprised to read about people who complain about inadequate treatment, I can understand if they stayed at the time of the hotel jeunesse which was the reserve structure always managed by them and didn't have all the comforts (which then you just have to adapt because when phones you are told) but even accusing them of not caring about their customers seems absurd to me knowing them.

However, my parents will soon be taking a holiday at your facility and I am sure they will not return disappointed.

This is not a review about service but about kindness.
I had booked at the Le Querce hotel for the weekend of April 27-28.
Reservation via booking, non-refundable (60 euro penalty).
I was no longer able to go due to an unexpected medical issue. The hotel was very kind in canceling my reservation without charging any penalty.

On February 2nd and 3rd 2024 we stayed in this hotel for a special occasion, my uncle's centenary.
I feel like making this positive review as we really had a great time.

The hotel, clean and tidy, has slightly cheap but functional furnished rooms, with a comfortable balcony. Excellent restaurant and good quality breakfast. The location is decent
