Two night stay for work. Staff at reception very courteous and helpful. Clean room and linen. Unfortunately the bathroom is not 4 star, it requires maintenance: cracks in the walls and on the fixtures, shower head completely covered in limestone and broken toilet seat, both of which need to be replaced. Very convenient hotel at the train station, very convenient underground parking, friendly reception staff available for information on the place! The rooms, parquet and furniture show that it is not new, but very clean. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also convenient.

Pleasant experience, very friendly staff. Very attentive to the customer. Surely when I return to Terni I will be a guest with them again. Also pay attention to the needs of children. Very clean premises. The only small flaw is that the temperature in the rooms is a little high for December.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside...

The owner is a wonderful person, nice, polite, available for anything .. The B & B presents itself, well-kept, clean, welcoming, very elegant! I recommend it to everybody! Excellent.

We stayed in an accommodation other than the B&B where we were welcomed by the two owners, former retired chefs. Excellent hospitality, good location, very good typical dinner. They also have a very sociable, well-mannered dog that my daughters loved. The owners live there, this is perhaps a detail that must be specified at the time of the proposal.

Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean and beds confortante , including the sofa bed. Bathrooms are clean and well renovated. Andrea was very helpful and always one call away. The place to be!! Marco the owner is such a caring person. The Podere has beautiful rustic- style rooms with king size beds and facilities to cook food. Marco provides his guest with homemade cake and fresh croissants in the morning, and he always does his best to accommodate client's requests. The countryside around the house is magnificent and quiet.

Generally nice hotel in a really convenient location right night to the train station and close to the little town with easy minibus access to the historical town Narni which is 15 minutes away. The hotel in itself is very basic, with very basic rooms away mind breakfast with no vegan options.

We rented the whole house for the New Year 2019 .... 10 rating is little. Spotless, warm, cozy, comfortable, wifi, nothing was missing .... Like being at home. The very kind owners. We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !! Any small inconvenience resolved immediately. I don't give 5 stars for the gravel road to go along: although it can be traveled by practically any car, it has too many potholes. The apartment is beautiful with stone walls and wooden ceiling. The view is spectacular - better than in the pictures, the pool is big enough and very clean with the shaded patio near it (all make it very good place for relax). This location is one of the best we have ever been - calm, stunning surroundings with green fields, without too many tourists. Beautiful historical town close to the apartment...
