Hotel is located near train station. Parking is possible on both sides of hotel. One parking is outside and second one is in garage below hotel. It was free. Hotel is practically a 2-minute walk from the train station. If you need a place to crash, this is the perfect place for you. Don't expect anything fancy though, but with the price they offer, you'll definitely have a good night sleep.

The staff was quite friendly although some did not know how to speak in english, but the over all it was great!

We love the location as its central to everything. At the end of a hot summer day the pool is great. The barman George is amazing and soooo friendly anything you need he can get it for you.

The breakfast was very good with lovely fresh scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, ham, cheese etc and friendly staff.

A bit outdated left and right but the service was more than excellent and for that you overlook this for sure. Restaurant is also quite good.

The hotel is very close to the train station and therefore also to buses, making it very convenient for those arriving by train. Very clean, quiet despite the proximity of the station, very kind and helpful staff.

Excellent staff !!! Both of those who welcome you (check-in at Hotel Michelangelo) and of the staff who cleans the rooms (at Hotel Millennium where I stayed). Really close to the station (30m) for those who need to get in and out quickly. For me enough to give full marks. Thank you, see you soon!

It's a very easy to found and to reach whit the car. The hotel is beautiful and clear, the receptionist are kind. Very good breakfast.

It is very elegant and classy. Our room is comfortable, I like the colours of the furniture and the wallpaper. The space in the toilet is a bit small, but there is all the necessary. Abundant breakfast included in the price.

It seems strange to rate such an old hotel (not vintage, just 1960s) as 4-star, however this place has a certain charm - certainly not limited to the very warm people (kind hearted). The place is clean, the wifi works quite well and the air conditioning is good. Great pillows too - often overlooked. Don't be fooled by the dour exterior or spec - this place makes for a pleasant stay.

Overall the hotel is ok (although a bit dated), rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.The big problem for me was the noise. While in bed (after midnight) I could hear the TV from the room next door, as well as some guy having long telephone calls. It took me a lot to finally fall asleep. Then, in the morning, I could hear pretty much all the alarms from the rooms adjacent to ours. And...

I feel like the staff here really tries their best with what they have. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful! We had a group of 12 stay and they were so accommodating. The cafe on the corner had fabulous coffee!

Nice stay again at this hotel. The receptionist recognised me from a previous stay the year before. Very convenient at a good price to visit this part of Umbria. We will be back.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very cosy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket is just in the next building. Everything was very fine! I felt like at home.

Excellent structure, for furniture, equipped with everything and for how it is positioned, very close to the Center. Very professional staff, especially Leonardo with whom we have working relationships, we often send our customers passing through. Recommended!

There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

Friendly and helpful owner, he gave us great advice on how to visit the places around. Excellent location for visiting the Marmore waterfalls. Clean room equipped with air conditioning and TV. Free parking on site. The only problem was the poor WiFi connection.

Lovely apartment in the hills of the town of Terni. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was spacious. I needed to do some washing and was offered the washing machine on site, which was so convenient. When washing was finished, host delivered it to my room. There was parking outside the door of our apartment. Loved...

We loved it here. Very clean, fully equipped apartment with a pleasant view on Italian countryside. There was a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher even! There is a private parking. Easily a good place for a weekly stay.

An unpretentious residence located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the village of Collescipoli. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with everything you need to do the normal housework during your stay. The only flaw, some pans were in less than optimal conditions, with degraded non-stick coatings and no pan lids. Another negative point is the poor functionality of the network service...

Lovely self catering apartment, outside the town with great views of the hills and countryside. Close enough to Marmore Falls too which we really enjoyed.

Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside...

The owner is a wonderful person, nice, polite, available for anything .. The B & B presents itself, well-kept, clean, welcoming, very elegant! I recommend it to everybody! Excellent.

We stayed in an accommodation other than the B&B where we were welcomed by the two owners, former retired chefs. Excellent hospitality, good location, very good typical dinner. They also have a very sociable, well-mannered dog that my daughters loved. The owners live there, this is perhaps a detail that must be specified at the time of the proposal.

It was really warm in the room! Also there are a lot of animals on the territory. Breakfast was wonderful!
