Hotel is located near train station. Parking is possible on both sides of hotel. One parking is outside and second one is in garage below hotel. It was free. Unpretentious, clean and good value. Air conditioning not very effective.

It is very elegant and classy. Our room is comfortable, I like the colours of the furniture and the wallpaper. The space in the toilet is a bit small, but there is all the necessary. Abundant breakfast included in the price.

It seems strange to rate such an old hotel (not vintage, just 1960s) as 4-star, however this place has a certain charm - certainly not limited to the very warm people (kind hearted). The place is clean, the wifi works quite well and the air conditioning is good. Great pillows too - often overlooked. Don't be fooled by the dour exterior or spec - this place makes for a pleasant stay.

Overall the hotel is ok (although a bit dated), rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.The big problem for me was the noise. While in bed (after midnight) I could hear the TV from the room next door, as well as some guy having long telephone calls. It took me a lot to finally fall asleep. Then, in the morning, I could hear pretty much all the alarms from the rooms adjacent to ours. And...

The hotel is very close to the train station and therefore also to buses, making it very convenient for those arriving by train. Very clean, quiet despite the proximity of the station, very kind and helpful staff.

We love the location as its central to everything. At the end of a hot summer day the pool is great. The barman George is amazing and soooo friendly anything you need he can get it for you.

The breakfast was very good with lovely fresh scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, ham, cheese etc and friendly staff.

Lovely apartment in the hills of the town of Terni. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was spacious. I needed to do some washing and was offered the washing machine on site, which was so convenient. When washing was finished, host delivered it to my room. There was parking outside the door of our apartment. Loved...

We loved it here. Very clean, fully equipped apartment with a pleasant view on Italian countryside. There was a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher even! There is a private parking. Easily a good place for a weekly stay.

An unpretentious residence located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the village of Collescipoli. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with everything you need to do the normal housework during your stay. The only flaw, some pans were in less than optimal conditions, with degraded non-stick coatings and no pan lids. Another negative point is the poor functionality of the network service...

A truly welcoming place, with many colors and a lot of vitality. Mariachiara is a wonderful person, who goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Very pretty and welcoming! Not far from the center of Terni. We were greeted very warmly and with great attention by Mariachiara, who, among other things, prepared us a spectacular breakfast! Highly recommended!

The b & b "Pets and bed" is located a few minutes away from the Terni railway station and various services. Mariachiara will immediately put you at ease by offering you maximum availability and courtesy. Comfortable and clean environments, and a rich and varied breakfast. Excellent base for exploring the Terni area and the wonderful marble falls.

The B&B is a 2-minute walk to the waterfall. There is a restaurant next to it. The owner of the B&B will let you park your car at the B&B for free. You don’t need to pay more for parking, and will also give you a coupon for the waterfall ticket. We accidentally stayed too late that day. The boss waited for us until 1:00 in the middle of the night, and helped me carry 20 kilograms of luggage...

Wonderful spacious rooms. Beautiful landscapes. Nice staff. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the hotel owner. I was SHOCKED by his behavior at the reception. He publicly insulted my sister who helped me pay for the hotel. I came to Europe and saw rudeness and disrespect for people, especially since we were guests of this hotel!

A little difficult to identify the sign is small and poorly arranged, the parking lot, better not to mention it, a forest of brushwood that you don't know where to park, the owner is a courteous and well-disposed person, the room is welcoming, spacious, bright and well 2 windows, perhaps an extra ouce point would not have hurt but all in all it is pleasant the Wify would be welcome. Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside...

The owner is a wonderful person, nice, polite, available for anything .. The B & B presents itself, well-kept, clean, welcoming, very elegant! I recommend it to everybody! Excellent.

We stayed in an accommodation other than the B&B where we were welcomed by the two owners, former retired chefs. Excellent hospitality, good location, very good typical dinner. They also have a very sociable, well-mannered dog that my daughters loved. The owners live there, this is perhaps a detail that must be specified at the time of the proposal.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very cosy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket is just in the next building. Everything was very fine! I felt like at home.

Excellent structure, for furniture, equipped with everything and for how it is positioned, very close to the Center. Very professional staff, especially Leonardo with whom we have working relationships, we often send our customers passing through. Recommended!

Nice apartments with a living room with small kitchen corner (featuring fridge, freezer, stove and microwave) and 1 or 2 bedrooms. Building looks a bit strange on the outside and is set in a quiet side street in a residential area, some 15 minutes by foot from the hystorical centre. Plenty of free parking on the street, but the hotel has a garage too. Apparently the building has been recently converted...

There was a lot on offer, big spacious room with a kitchenette and very close to the city centre, felt it.was real value for money

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

The staff were in contact with us prior to our stay to ensure they were prepared for our arrival. Unfortunately we experienced serious car problems on route, however the staff were excellent in keeping in contact and upto date with our situation. Regrettably, we were unable to make our stay but the staff allowed us to have a full refund and we will be staying there again once the situation allows....
