We stopped over here for a night on our way to Rome Fiumicino airport. At first I cringed at the sight of the building. Upon entering however, the lobby appeased me somewhat, and the receptionist greatly. We got a good room (albeit very heavy decor but that's a question of taste I presume), attentive, kind service. Parking was a boon and right under the hotel. The hotel has a very cute garden...

Two night stay for work. Staff at reception very courteous and helpful. Clean room and linen. Unfortunately the bathroom is not 4 star, it requires maintenance: cracks in the walls and on the fixtures, shower head completely covered in limestone and broken toilet seat, both of which need to be replaced. Everything ok as always, I also stayed last year for the same reason, i.e. sports in the area, the staff were very kind, we will also go there next year for the Terni moto trip event; excellent breakfast, to be repeated. Thank you

Very convenient hotel at the train station, very convenient underground parking, friendly reception staff available for information on the place! The rooms, parquet and furniture show that it is not new, but very clean. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also convenient.

Pleasant experience, very friendly staff. Very attentive to the customer. Surely when I return to Terni I will be a guest with them again. Also pay attention to the needs of children. Very clean premises. The only small flaw is that the temperature in the rooms is a little high for December.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.

Small self catering accommodation. Close to city centre but in a very quiet area. It has a free private parking accessible only by residents. Continental breakfast Italian style - no savory but good enough for the price paid. Owners very helpful.

3.5 stars. Excellent service, spacious apartment, free attached parking, clean and well equipped kitchen. The heating hours are very limited two hours in the evening. An old-fashioned bathroom.

Great place to stay and great location. Walk anywhere in 10 minutes. Gated parking, friendly staff, son and father run. Great size apartments. We will go back here when visiting Terni.

A real gem. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. It's comfortable, well located, quiet - you'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!

Beautiful and evocative place, with a breathtaking view, the welcome from Mrs. Nadia was fantastic, not to mention the apartment, very clean and fully equipped, and the presence of the two swimming pools is the icing on the cake. Experience that I recommend to those who want to enjoy a bit of tranquility and visit Spoleto and other beautiful neighboring places.

The castle is located on top of a hill, which offers a beautiful 360 degree panorama as well as a breezy climate. Although there are several apartments and common areas, the spaces are large and organized so that everyone has the privacy they want, moreover some services for collective use have been temporarily suspended due to the COVID emergency. All very nice, wonderful decor, too bad it was closed! We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !! What a disappointment!

All perfect! Wonderful location surrounded by greenery, delicious food based on both meat and fish. The staff and the owner Vincenzo very courteous, helpful, efficient and very attentive to customer needs. I chose it as the location for my graduation and my guests and I were super satisfied. Such a beautiful place. Whilst we didn't eat there the restaurant was fully booked and we could tell it would be a lovely night. The grounds were well kept with plenty of parking and a stunning pool. A wonderful place.

Period residence in all respects. It needs a little refreshing and fixing here and there. But the view and the panorama pay off some flaws. The cuisine is good and you can see the search for excellent ingredients. The peace that you breathe is in keeping with the place.

Accommodation and restaurant with stunning views. Ancient home of popes and poets, with pool and wifi. There is no TV as in any self-respecting hermitage. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and impeccable service, present and working conditioner. In the last 1000 meters do not trust the navigator but look for the signs on the yellow signs, otherwise you will not arrive at your destination. Silence...

A very nice place with a wonderful dizzying view over Spoleto but maybe it should be taken care of a little more. pool always very clean ... the road that leads to the hermitage is very narrow and unpaved. In Spoleto, the most beautiful, wonderful, welcoming, rare, unique, kind staff, a pearl of Italy, anyone would envy such a place. Panorama that fills eyes and spirit. Rooms: one more beautiful than the other. dominant structure but itself dominated by peace. I will definitely be back !!!!

Only stayed here for one night, and it was magical. This place is so old and super cool. It's like staying in a museum that you can explore, definitely going to come back. We also had dinner there, and it was incredible...like Michelin star incredible. I cannot express how amazing the food and environment is. If you can, please check this place out, it is a hidden gem. :)

A great hotel in the old town of Spoleto. Close to many good cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from the alleys of the old city. Great service. Excellent breakfast. Our room was huge in size, spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again on our next vacation in Spoleto.

I went there for one night stay with my wife, the rooms are clean with super comfortable bed, we were located at the first floor but had a beautiful view from our balcony. The breakfast was basic but enough to get us started. Have to say that the staff is incredible

Excellent location just outside the centre of Spoleto, with a carpark. Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. This is a modern hotel - everything works well. The staff were friendly and professional and quickly solved a problem with opening a suitcase. All major sites were within easy walking distance from the hotel. The continental breakfast was fine.

Quiet environment, young and kind staff, very attentive to the customer. It is not the first time we go there but it is always a pleasure. We ate appetizers (delicious supplì), pizza and pinsa .. Delicious home cooking, you feel at home. Even the dessert, English soup as tradition dictates. Keep it up!

I didn't have a chance to stay overnight because it was fully booked. But I got to dine on site. Good dishes of Umbrian cuisine, the owner and the restaurant guys were able to advise me on the best choice of their specialties. The result was a great dinner! I recommend it, rely on their kindness and you will not regret it.

Three-star hotel so obviously it is not a luxury but very kind staff, excellent and abundant dishes as requested. Super affordable price in true Umbrian style. There were three of us passing through on a bike ride and we took a triple room (last available ....) with bed and breakfast (excellent) + dinner (if you dine there with accommodation you have a% discount ...) In short, we spent 106 euros all...

Nice location, quiet and our room was nice. However, breakfast service was poor. Always running out: Ordered boiled egg that wasn’t cooked... arrived at 9.00 am each day to find no food laid out, tables not prepared, toaster and juicer not working daily. Our travel companions had to change room as there was no hot water. Then the new room had a fold out bed for one of their daughters that folded unexpectedly...

At the heart of the city of spoleto this nice hote offers really comfortable stay. Although the room is small and could use some renovation but it is the historic center of a historic town. Best thing is you get out of the hotel and you easily reachable to most of the touristic sytes.. the food is very good and fresh with a good verity every day. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Charleston! Our room was a superior room that was very attractive and had a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great! The location of the hotel was very convenient, about a 3 minute uphill walk to the main shopping street in Spoleto and in walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. Even the train station was only a 20 minute easy walk...

Beautiful structure in the center of Spoleto, very friendly and helpful staff, possibility of garage, the only flaw is the slightly dated bathroom. The reference restaurant Barcaccia, not far from the hotel, is also very good, with typical cuisine and really excellent friendly and welcoming staff.

Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.

the Palazzo Dragoni is a splendid old building with a history. The views of Spoleto from its windows are breathtaking. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast is to die for…most of it home made, or local specialties

I enjoyed sooo much the stay at this hotel! It is in walking distance to the heart of Spoleto, Il Duomo, and my favorite restaurant in the world, the famous Tric Trac! We happened to be there while there were filming the Italian Series "Don Mateo" so we got to sit at the tric trac beautiful tables in the piazza and be extras on the show. Recently renovated hotel 5-min drive from gate of city. Spent one night during a road trip. Free parking and good wifi. Commissioned local artists to paint murals and wall texts in halls, stairs, and rooms. Art books in lobby. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with all the basics. Only draw back was the typical Italian-hotel breakfast of pastries and other pre-packed carby, sugary stuff.

Location is easy to reach on SS Flaminia and rooms are clean. The hotel is 30 min walk from Spoleto historical center by a road not so busy. The restaurant offers good dishes for the level of money.

A wonderful quiet place in the country to have some relaxing time near the small town of Todi. We lived there with our dog for 8 days during Ralph Shaw's hot air balloon event 'Sagrantinocup'. Our small apartment 'Pozzo' was very clean and very cozy, the pool with loungers and umbrellas or the garden with hammock and small seating areas invites you to linger outdoors, parking in the shade, tasty products...

Relaxing place in the middle of the green. The house is nice and comfortable, all in wood. The view is beautiful: as soon as you leave the house you can see the swimming pool with hydromassage next to it for 6 people and the countryside. Dear owners, who also take care of preparing homemade food for breakfast and organic food. The funniest thing is the kittens, who follow you everywhere ...

It’s a beautiful historical building in a beautiful setting. The room is very nice considering the age of the hotel: large, very high ceiling with views of the plaza. The décors are “old” (as they should be), but some areas were showing signs of neglect. The front desk staff was helpful, courteous and made us felt welcomed. Paid 50eur for a night and at this price i think the service was really good. The interior is quite old but everything worked well and the noise from the central square below is not a problem once you close the double glazed windows

My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. The hotel had everything we needed. It was positioned very nicely overlooking the river and there wasn't far to go for the bars, cafe's and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very courteous, we enjoyed breakfast very much and there was plenty of choice.

Such a lovely hotel on the river bank of Rieti. The staff is friendly & sweet. The Hotel rooms are spacious & very clean specially during these covid-19 times. Rooms are recently renewed, nice and there's a wonderful view. Too much noise in weekend evenings, but we were advised about it and we could choose a different room when we booked.

We have stayed at the Cavour for the last 6 years usually 3-4 nights . Great hotel the staff is amazing. Federica has been most helpful over the years. The 2 men who serve breakfast make great eggs and the selection for breakfast is always good. We live 30 kms from Rieti and come to town for events and movies. The Cavour has always been able to find us a room. This is a prime location for the events...

A nice hotel, very quiet, clean room. I couldn't eat at the restaurant because I had the dog. Very friendly staff, they even served me breakfast outside because of the dog but it was very pleasant. Convenient for the car because there is internal parking. If I were to return to Todi I would stay in this hotel again.

We spent a few days in Umbria, visiting Todi first and foremost, with its typical beauties of medieval cities, and then moving towards Orvieto, Assisi, Foligno, Lake Trasimeno, etc. The Tuder hotel was our point of reference... We immediately felt at ease. Welcoming staff, nice environment, delicious cuisine. What more can I say...we highly recommend it.

The hairdryer did not work as did one of the two TVs provided in the evening upon arrival (but it must also be said that they arranged everything the following day). This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

The park like setting is stunning. Be sure to book a room overlooking the pool and gardens. Service at both the front desk and breakfast/lunch room couldn’t be more gentile and thoughtful. Great location to enjoy day trips to Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto and other lovely Umbrian hilltop towns. Once back from touring enjoy an Aperol on the terrace before dinner. Good room size, good WiFi, nice location near quiet cycle routes and centrally located for pretty Umbrian towns The bad; no restaurant on site (they had closed it for no apparent reason even though it’s advertised !). If you want any food you have to drive 15 minutes one-way. Nothing in the minibar, no on-site shop. Poor/average breakfast selection...

The property was beautiful, but in a very, very small village, so nothing to do here except a country road walk. The town of Trevi was a very close drive and a much nicer town than the super touristy ones nearby like Spello. I guess my big disappointment was that the hotel was almost empty. It is as most of the reviewers state, a lovely, peaceful hotel which is perfectly located among wines and countryside for daily touring. The staff are friendly and helpful (Luca is terrific) and the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The pool is beautiful and gardens attractive and fragrant. Our only small suggestion would be to provide in the room glasses for water and cups for hot drinks rather...

This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone...

This place is so enchanting! The property will take your breath away. The staff are fantastic, multiple languages spoken. The bed was the most comfortable bed and pillows we have experienced in EU for our entire 3 week trip! Their food is top notch and creative. Their homemade olive changed our world view on olive oil. Trully amazing place! Beautiful nature, great food, nice people! The whole villa looks amazing from both inside and outside. Room was super cozy and they provided an extra baby bed. Tenuta Di Canonica is placed on the top of the hill, with a big and well maintained garden, a swimming pool, and a terrace from where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and a spectacular night sky.

An elegant hotel in a cute normally quiet town. Staff are friendly, restaurant is good. There's a small pool that's welcome in the summer when the weather can be warm. This place just says Umbria.

Generally a nice place to dine and stay overnight. Lounge is quite good. I will rate it no. 1. However the coffee bar is below the standard compare to the overall hotel ambience.
