The hotel is beautiful big rooms, clean also. The restaurant there has delicious food and the best pizza in Italy.

The worst breakfasts ever! Equipment such as cover for ham and cheese broken, coffee served with half of it in the saucer, very little choice. Restaurant food good and great waiter on first night who was training to be a nurse. Second night told we had to sit outside whether we liked it or not and very noisy music being played. Room had four inadequate lights, three of which did not work. Lovely maintenance gentleman fixed one but said two were not even connected. Room started to be cleaned before we had checked out so when I went back to collect last items, they were not there. Awful hotel and only booked as it was part of Best Western so should have been OK if not great.

the staff were amazing specially Romeo he was amazing he helped us even with the shittle . he directed us how to use it where to go and where to stay . all the recipients people were wonderful and very helpful . flexible with every thing acually they made our stay easy for virst time visited in the Tivoli
. but the location acually was pretty far u will need taxi or shuttle to go to Tivoli attraction .

They treat you like a dog, at the entrance, they don't talk about payment in advance as they deliver the key and assure that the room comes with breakfast, but when going down to breakfast they demand payment for the room, after 5 minutes of stay, again I had to go back to the room for money and a stamp with invoice details, but they can't do it and they say that I will get this later, even though they've already been paid, so I went back to the room to leave my wallet and the stamp, tried to go down again for breakfast, for which they charge 7 € from the service behind the counter, for which I've already lost my appetite, I came back to the room after a tiring journey, you can't recommend this place under any circumstances, the staff don't know what they're talking about, they don't know what they want and they mislead you, they don't speak English very well. As soon as I get up, I run away from here as soon as possible. This hotel is not even worth one star.

Although our reservation was approved while we arrived around 10PM theye didn't have our room and sent us to other hotel claiming there is room waiting for us.
While arriving to the other hotel (which look lihe hostel) there were no room for us (Hotel Cristallo Relais Sure Hotel didn't reserve any room for us!)
We did arrive to available hotel at 2am after lot of phone calls and driving far away to get to that hotel).

I don't remember when I was in such a bad hotel, let's start with the fact that we arrived an hour after check-in and at the reception they told us that the room was not ready yet and we had to wait. The room itself was fine except for the shower, where everything had a lot of mold and a bad smell. As for the morning guest, I recommend not falling and eating there, the waiters don't worry about filling the food, and maybe it's better that way because the food is really, really not tasty!

The hotel is outside the centre of Tivoli but it is very reachable from highway as well as the center of he city. Rooms are clean on confortable and the people are by nice. I stayed with my family and each of us (kids included) enjoyied the stay.

If you like to sleep, choose a different hotel. The walls are paper thin. There was partying all night. The staff is very kind.
